This was our third stay at Live Aqua Punta Cana, and overall, we had a wonderful vacation. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable and well-maintained, and the staff consistently provides outstanding service. A special thank you to our butler, David, who was responsive, helpful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. We would also like to recognize Angelo at the beach bar and the waiters' team: Salvador, Luis, Yairis, and Erianny for their exceptional hospitality. They helped make our stay truly enjoyable. The food was generally very good, and we especially enjoyed the special cocktails created for Live Aqua's 20th anniversary. Sospiro was one of our favorites. While the French restaurant was not quite as good as we remembered from our previous visits, we still found plenty of excellent dining options throughout the resort. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but they were quickly addressed and did not significantly impact our experience. As returning guests, we also missed the VIP beach bar that we enjoyed during previous visits. Despite these small issues, the service, atmosphere, and overall experience were excellent. We look forward to returning in the future.

This is the best resort I have stayed in in Punta Cana. The food is amazing and it has bigger portions than the other resorts. The service is amazing the people are very friendly and professional. Dario became like family there with his big smile and comforting ways. The decoration is more of a minimalistic modern approach. I love how there are different pools and one big main pools and if you are there make sure to go to the pool party it’s a nice time. The entertainment team works really hard and they do a great job. They are animated and want you to have a great time. The rooms are clean and seem as though they are well kept with no wear and tear. It’s called Live Aqua but if you are a plant or flower lover you will love it just as much as I did. Thank you to everyone for making my short vacation feel long.

Our group of 10 stayed at the resort for 7 days. We had such a great time. First and foremost, the staff here are exceptional. They are all friendly and helpful. Our drink service by the pool was excellent as was our service at the restaurants. The food is the best of ANY all-inclusive restaurant I’ve been to. Our rooms are big and comfortable, although I’m not a fan of the “open concept” bathroom setup. But the shower is huge and our bathroom amenities were refilled daily. We came at the right time because we had one of the pools all to ourselves. The beach was simply beautiful as well. I truly hope to return soon!

The staff made us feel welcome the entire trip and the resort itself is beautiful and extremely well maintained. We stayed in the Fuego Suite and I highly recommend it. The room and experience were worth every penny. A huge shoutout to our butler Ivan for going above and beyond during our stay. He was attentive, professional, quick to help with anything we needed, and truly made the experience even better. His customer service was outstanding and did not go unnoticed. Also want to give a special thank you to Esnierny, our server at the Mexican restaurant. He was amazing, very friendly, attentive, and gave us one of the best dining experiences of the trip. This trip was extra special because it’s where my now fiancée said YES, so this resort will always hold a special place in our hearts. Out of all the resorts I’ve stayed at over the years, this one is easily at the top of the list. We will definitely be back. 🌴☀️❤️

The stay was beautiful ended up missing a day due to the flight but that didn’t matter. When we got here I got greeted by an amazing staff and my wonderful butler Raifer. He was amazing and helped out with whatever i needed he has amazing morals and is a kind person all around. The food was hit or miss at the buffet but when you find your right meal it hits the spot. The drinks were packed with alcohol and flavor and did not disappoint. Staff all around was verry helpful and had a good smile on their face. Last thing definitely try the hibachi 1000/10
