We had an amazing stay at Majestic Resorts! The property was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the all-inclusive experience made the whole trip relaxing and stress-free. There were so many activities and great restaurants to enjoy, and the staff everywhere on the resort were friendly and welcoming. One person who truly made our stay special was Alvaro at the swim-up bar Pure. His service was outstanding! He was always smiling, attentive, and made sure everyone at the bar was having a great time. Alvaro mixed fantastic drinks, remembered what guests liked, and created such a fun and positive atmosphere in the pool. It’s clear he genuinely enjoys what he does, and it really shows. Because of people like Alvaro, our vacation felt extra memorable. We would absolutely recommend Majestic Resorts to anyone looking for a great all-inclusive getaway, and we can’t wait to come back!

We’ve been to DR twice (Elegance & Mirage) but it is our 1st time here in Mexico with Elegance and we can’t wait to be back! We had an amazing experience, and couldn’t be more grateful for the wonderful staff who made it even more special. Special shout out to Luis at the Soothe swim up bar. He has an awesome personality, hard worker, and makes the most amazing special drinks! Also, please visit Juan at the cigar lounge, and request Alber as your butler. We made sure to go out of our way every day of our trip to visit them! Exceptional food, and really clean resort! Highly recommend the steak house, and night shows. Do not miss out on the spa!

It was a fantastic stay, would definitely do it again. Service was fantastic, had Cauich as our pool side server all week and he is the man. Top notch! Definitely a place you should go if you can. The resort had excursions you could book through them. We went snorkeling through salty experience and it was great as well. The food was excellent, didn't have anything we didn't like. All the food you could eat so if you are hungry it's your fault.

We had such a great stay and would definitely recommend this resort! This was our first trip with our 7-month-old daughter and honestly, it couldn’t have gone better. Having a swim-up pool was a total game changer and made traveling with a baby so much easier and more enjoyable. The resort is absolutely beautiful, the grounds are well maintained, and the service is incredible. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating, and we always felt well taken care of. Traveling with a baby can be stressful at times but the staff made everything so easy for us. The food was also excellent. We were pleasantly surprised by how good everything was, with lots of variety and consistently great meals throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Victor at the Glee Bar for being so kind and welcoming. He really stood out, although honestly every staff member we met was fantastic. We loved our experience here and will very likely be back in the future!
