Had a great stay with the family. Everywhere we went we were treated with so much genuine joy and excitement. Specially the entertainment team, they really made our vacation a success. Specially Luis, Oliver and Tuti fruity. They made us feel like family and made our days super enjoyable. The staff at the buffet helped us celebrate my dad's birthday, loved them too. Hotel is family friendly, and even di, it was not crowded and the pools are big enough to acomodate everyone.

Great resort. The dinner at the Italian and steak house were fantastic. They need better lunch options. Only a small buffet by the beach. A beach BBQ would add a lot. They also do not have a place to get smoothies. Jenny and Luis on the animation team were fantastic Ramonde at the breakfast buffet and Italian restaurant was amazing. Yessica at the Italian restaurant was fantastic and attentive.

Myself ,my best friend and her mom had the pleasure of staying in the Elegance club ,adults only section. It was amazing. Our rooms were close to the beach. We really enjoy private areas away from the large crowds. The staff was very helpful, special mention to Santa ,the waitress/ bar tender who helped me to feel better after some stomach upset with her BOMBA drink. The hotel is beautiful. My friend and I played pickleball 10 days, loved it! WE used a local cab from the airport instead of the hotel transportation, much more affordable and safe. Rooms were clean and it wasn't noisy. Large selection of good even though I am a vegan, i found many things to eat. Entertainment was good as well, beautiful long beaches to walk, we used the gym as well, great equipment and staff. Butler service was helpful az well. Would diffinately come back, thank you for a perfect stay.Only thing I would recommend is screens on the patio doors.

This resort is absolutely beautiful! It is very well maintained and the workers are always doing something to make it better such as painting, cleaning the pool, and making sure the grass and flowers are nice and pretty. The staff at this resort go above and beyond. Our butler Santiago, let us know the itinerary everyday and was always one call away with whatever need we had. Oliver is an amazing person you want to meet when it comes to entertainment. He sat with us on the beach and talked with us as if he knew us. We had an AMAZING bartender at the swim up bar in the adult only section. I never got his name but he truly made the whole trip. The food was overall very tasty. We always went for breakfast at sea & sea which overlooked the beach. The food was always fresh and tasty. No matter what restaurant you went to, the waiter/waitress always had water for you as soon as you sat down. Our favorite spots for dinner were the Italian restaurant and the steak house. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and the bed was always made. I just want to give a shoutout to the entertainment staff who put on a fantastic show every night, we always looked forward to a show. Overall, this resort is a great place to relax, drink, and spend time with whoever you go with. The only downside of this resort was the nasty stares and comments we received from other guests. I do not recommend this resort to young couples who want to do stuff. There isn’t much to do except sitting by the pool or the beach. We are very go go people and found ourselves bored most of the time. With that being said, that has nothing to do with the resort itself. I would absolutely go back to this resort if I wanted to just relax. Thank you for a great week Majestic Elegance, but please tell your guest to be a little kinder next time. We all paid to come here :)

Trip was great. Juan our butler went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met. The entertainment team was awesome. Great shows and very friendly people. Tutti fruity was the best. The room was always cleaned well. Loved the Japanese, Italian, and steakhouse for dinner. The only down fall to vacation was having to wake up at 6:30am to go find a cabana/pool chair for the day. People were putting out towels and reserving the night before. People were also reserving early in the morning and leaving their belongings for hours unattended. This needs to be regulated.
