Maluma aka Juan was very entertaining. We had the BEST time thanks to the entertainment crew at the resort! From day one, they were incredibly energetic, engaging, and genuinely fun. They didn’t just perform — they danced with us, hyped us up, and made sure our group felt included in every activity. What really stood out was how they would actually come find our group and pull us into the fun. Whether it was poolside dancing, games, or the night shows, they made us feel like VIPs the entire trip. Their energy never dropped, and you can tell they truly love what they do. If you’re looking for a resort where the vibe is lively, interactive, and unforgettable — this is it. The entertainment team absolutely made our vacation!

The food that was delicious we ended up playing volleyball for one of their plane sessions, and the staff was exceptional in it. They were dancing with us while playing volleyball and made it worthwhile to get involved in the events that are happening at the hotel. Juliana specifically was really Helpful in the beach area. She catered to us with drinks and activities. She was able to get a coworker to help my partner with the one-on-one Spanish class while we’re at the beach because my partner accidentally missed the Spanish class earlier in the day. I would highly recommend Juliana and her coworkers at this resort. We’ve been to several resorts and by far this is one of the most exceptional ones with the service that they provide

We just celebrated our 25th anniversary at Majestic Mirage!! After a long day of traveling we were greeted and checked in with little to no effort from us! Staff was amazing. From there Osvaldo was incredible! Showing us the grounds taking us to our room and telling us all the amenities! The resort was clean and easy to navigate! We aren’t much of explorers but still had a lot to do and enjoy while there. Again our concierge Osvaldo was so nice and attentive that’s we didn’t have to worry about a thing. The only problem I can think of is the lack of restaurants we could enjoy as part of our all inclusive package was few. Thank you Mirage for helping us enjoy our 25 years of marriage!

This was our first stay at Majestic Mirage, and we traveled with a group of eight friends. Overall, we had a great experience. The only issue during our stay was with our personal check-in experience. It seemed we were overlooked until we asked about our room status. When we arrived at our room, our luggage had not yet been delivered and there were no towels. Throughout the stay, we occasionally needed to request towels as they were sometimes missed during housekeeping. Our friends did not experience these issues. Thankfully, our butler, Bolívar, was excellent. He was attentive, responsive, and always willing to help with towels, water, and anything else we needed. He truly enhanced our stay. The food is typical of an all-inclusive. We especially enjoyed the coffee shop, and the banana smoothies at breakfast are a must-try! The resort has a more laid-back, relaxed atmosphere compared to other all-inclusives I’ve visited. The beach was beautiful, and staff were consistently available to offer drinks and assistance. Overall, we had a wonderful time and were very happy with our experience.

We booked our stay through Destination Weddings to come out for my wife’s best friend’s wedding. There was some hoops to jump through as we requested a family suite to make sure we had comfortable beds for not only our kid but the couple’s kid that was going to join us after the wedding. When we arrived we were presented a smaller room than we had thought we booked. Our butler David worked immediately to rectify, but due to bookings we were in the smaller room until the day of the wedding. When they moved us, they moved us not only to the room we had originally booked but upgraded to pool side. The rooms themselves were comfortable, though definitely more enjoyable being in or near the pool. All of the members of staff have been most excellent to work with. While not working directly with the wedding personnel, from what I saw they delivered pretty top notch service and care. Food was mostly good. Some fish options were fishy in smell and flavor. But there were plenty of options and restaurants to try different things. Very nice experience and would absolutely come back again.
