Incredible resort, Incredible Service! This week, my husband and I stayed at Majestic Mirage, and we had such an amazing experience! It started with our concierge, Eduardo, going above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect room and the best experience at this gorgeous resort! I highly recommend going to the Tiki Bar and visiting Ana the bartender! She not only served us the Hawaiian drink we requested over and over again, but my husband asked her to make a drink he remembered the recipe for, and she exceeded all expectations. At Kabuki the Asian drestaurant, Ana Maria the hostess served us the most delicious saki and was so incredibly warm, and Ruben, our server was so kind and went above and beyond answering all of our questions about each dish on the menu! Our favorite restaurant was the Steakhouse, where Alejandro, Yonefri, and Yojancel (along with Gato 1 and Gato 2) gave us the most amazing service while having such a fun time vibing to the live music outside! It was the best experience with all the staff and we can’t wait to book our next trip!

We went here for our honeymoon and it was awesome! We had some trouble with our room when we first arrived but they fixed the problem and moved us into a different room no issues! It was very romantic, relaxing and so fun! There was activities daily and we really enjoyed the shows at night! The food was pretty good, very different than what we are used to but the hibachi was our favorite! We went 3 times! Our butler was great also, Leonardo! He was awesome and checked on us daily! Would highly recommend!

This is our third annual trip to Majestic Mirage Punta Cana, and there is a reason we keep coming back! While the resort itself is beautiful, it’s truly the people who make this place so special to us. During our first visit three years ago, we made wonderful friends that we still keep in touch with today. This resort has become more than just a vacation destination for us. It feels like coming back to visit family! Our butler, De Leon, is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. He checks on us daily, and no matter what we need, he is always there to help. He genuinely cares about making our stay special, and we appreciate him so much! Omar at the swim-up bar has taken wonderful care of us, as has Daysi! Juan Bernardo has been such a treat and has made sure we are well taken care of while enjoying our days at the pool. We were also so happy to see two of our favorite bartenders from last year, Neyali and Yohanny! Being remembered and welcomed back by familiar faces makes the experience even better. We chose the Mirage Club (18+), which we really enjoy. An entire side of the resort is dedicated to adults-only accommodations, and there are exclusive club lounges where you can stop in for snacks throughout the day. It’s a great option for those looking for a more relaxed, adults-only experience. The nightly entertainment in the open-air theater near the lobby has also been very enjoyable! It’s a great way to spend the evening after a day at the pool. What really stands out about Majestic Mirage is how genuinely kind and appreciative everyone is. The staff doesn’t just provide good service. They make you feel welcome, valued, and like part of their family. Their warmth and kindness never feel forced, and that means so much to us. We have visited many resorts, but it’s the people here who make our vacation. Beautiful beaches and nice accommodations are wonderful, but the relationships and memories we make with the people at Majestic Mirage are what keep us coming back year after year. Thank you to everyone who continues to make our visits so special. We are already looking forward to coming back! ❤️
