My stay was great. Came with the family for thanksgiving and mom’s bday. Beautiful resort, food was good, the service in some of the restaurants was very slow, but it didn’t take away from our experience. The entertainers at the resort were so great and always tried to make everyone dance and do the daily activities. Bolivar was our butler throughout the trip and he was more than awesome, was very accommodating and answered any question we had at any time of the day. He even prepared a very nice surprise for my mom’s bday in the room. He genuinely wanted to make our trip the best he could, would highly recommend!

I had an amazing stay at the Majestic Resort in Punta Cana! The property is beautiful, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is exactly what you want on a tropical getaway. The rooms were clean and spacious, the pools were always lively, and the beach was absolutely stunning. One of the best parts of my trip was the entertainment team — especially the activities coordinator, David “La Mamba.” He brought so much energy and fun to every event. From pool games to nightly activities, he made sure everyone was having a great time. His personality truly elevated the whole experience! If you’re looking for a resort with great vibes, friendly staff, and plenty to do, Majestic is definitely the place. I’d 100% come back!

Every employee i interacted with was very helpful and kind. Entertainment was awesome. Lots of fun events. Drinks are great (some bartenders are better than others but everyone is great). The sand on the beach is super fine and soft. The rooms look very nice at a glance but ours had a few items that didn't work. The masseuses were great but the tables were very uncomfortable. Fun place to spend a vacation.

Majestic Mirage is a great hotel and a perfect place for a family vacation. There is a lot to do, a good gym, and separate adults only buildings for guests who want a quieter atmosphere. The beach is amazing, we tried the banana boat attraction and had a lot of fun. The foam party in the pool was also a big highlight for us. The only thing I would love to see is a bit more variety in the food. I want to give a special thank you to our butler Bolivar. He always made sure we were taken care of, prepared a beautiful birthday surprise for my wife, decorated the room and made the whole day feel very special. We truly appreciated his kindness and attention.

Roberto and the entertainment team were fantastic. They were consistently kind and always around to help. They had amazing performances every night and multiple times a day. They had fun activities planned, and they were all very personable and very easy to get along with. Definitely make time to go to the theater. The shows are great, and worth the time. Also make sure (if you are a guy) that you bring some long pants for some of the restaurants.
