I can’t say enough good things about this Hotel… the expertise of the front desk was exceptional, informative, she was knowledgeable about the area. The restaurant was beautifully decorated and spotless, not too fancy but very inviting either sit outside and see the pool or the deck area to hang with your pet for dinner, and a great TV for sports. Everyone was thought of. The food a nice variety and yes almost all tried and each dish and dessert better than the next. Room was a suite and the absence of rug was a blessing, as I have allergies. All Amenities were here for the using, thank you. The staff though I did not speak Spanish we gave the IPhone translator and it was fun to relearn a few words!!! They were all very helpful and anxious to accommodate your needs. I’m so happy that I called my husband and told him we found the “GEM” in Orlando and I’m not waiting for another meeting to come back, we need to make it our work break place. Thank you to all who spend your day here working, please know your efforts and hard work is greatly appreciated . As a Military Veteran we travel with service dogs and we were welcomed with open arms.

My 1st time in Orlando Florida. My husband booked this hotel through Costco travel. The hotel was spacious but service is neglected. Fortunately we only used the hotel to sleep, most of the days we were in Disney world. However, we got back to the hotel early one day. I asked them to refill the coffee and get more towels, did not happen! Pool was a little dirty and hot. Restaurant staff was polite but food was not that great. Staff at front desk should smile more and welcoming. I have to give this hotel a 3 star.

We had a last minute stay here due to some flight challenges and it was a good price for the area, including free parking. The hotel lobby was bright, clean and busy, and the pool area that we passed but didn't utilize looked like it would be great on a summer day. Check in was smooth and friendly, we had no trouble finding parking, and the drive was convenient to Disney and back to the airport. The room itself was quite drab and lifeless, with a rock hard bed and zero decor and a general worn look, but it was spacious. The cleanliness situation was pretty bad - the toilet contained a surprise from the previous occupants and the fridge was full of their leftovers. Overall it was fine for one night.

Valerie went above and beyond! She was very knowledgeable and super helpful throughout the entire experience. She made everything smooth, stress-free, and I felt confident because she explained every step. I truly appreciate her support and great service. Plus a huge shout out to the whole front desk team, as soon as we walked in, they were so welcoming to us and made us feel special!!! Thank you Meliá hotel for this great experience!!

Had to check out of an air b&b at 10am and we had some time to kill before our 8pm flight home. So we booked a day room and it was awesome! The price was a bargin considering the amenities. The room had a walk out patio that lead to the pool. Everything was clean and the room was very spacious. The staff was friendly and efficient. The pool was great and had a mini golf area in the middle. They even had a happy hour at the bar, Frank was fantastic! We couldn't be happier with the experience!
