A great hotel for grandparents and families. Not too noisy as most of the children are under parental or grandparents supervision . The staff are wonderful and accommodating. The food is excellent . The location is 3 minutes walk to the main hub or Cala d’Or so it’s less rowdy at night , it’s 13 minutes walk to the quieter beach cove although others maybe closer. Some good running areas to explore , not too many hills. The pool is excellent and the on duty lifeguard is comforting . The gardens are well kept and tidy with sun loungers dotted around it. All in all a top resort hotel.

I had such a wonderful stay at Meliá Cala d’Or Boutique Hotel, and a huge part of what made it so special was the incredible staff. Vera, Stephanie, Sergio, Mariano, and Ainhoa were absolutely exceptional — warm, attentive, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. They made us feel so welcome and took such care with every detail. Vera booked us a great dinner reservation - it was our favorite meal in Mallorca. Mariano and Ainhoa were also so kind and fun, and made us feel so welcome. Their hospitality truly stood out and made our experience in Cala d’Or even more memorable. The hotel is also beautiful with two pools and a lovely restaurant. We can’t wait to come back!

One of the best places to stay in Cala D’Or! The hotel is fantastic with amazing service from everyone. The pool area is beautiful and feels like you are in quiet oasis in town and the staff are super friendly! Special thanks to Vera for recommending the best restaurants in the area! They were honestly the best restaurants we ate at during our trip! Her recommendations made our stay even more authentic and enjoyed the places we didn’t even think of. We will definitely come back!

Very kind staff, beautiful rooms, nice common areas, lovely location. Design js classic and beautiful. I mentioned to front desk, that the white lighting is making the place feel a bit off at night, apart from this, i rate the place 10/10

We stayed here for a week with our 1 year old. It was a really lovely hotel. The breakfast every morning was so nice. All of the staff were extremely polite and helpful. The location was great for us, as all of the restaurants and shops were walking distance as well as the beach. The weather was mixed while we were there so we often used the indoor pool or asked reception for recommendations and went off to see other towns or attractions. Vera & Stephanie on reception were always so friendly and helpful. Cala d'Or is a very nice area for families and not noisy at night. Our baby had a great time. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel to friends.
