First off the service was excellent- at the front desk, housekeeping and restaurants. For them 5 stars. Also in the lounge area, everyone was nice and it was always very stocked. It’s a complimentary drink and snack area for dinner hours. Also the restaurant was great with breakfast included every morning . The rooms were nice. Missing some items in the kitchen. Rooms could use a little TLC and upgrading but they were clean. The pool was very nice and warm.

Rooms are nice. Very friendly and approachable staff. Very sociable and they run mini events around the pool (today it was bingo). Great to see vs our last hotel that seemed very ‘clinical’. Disappointed by the pricing. Given a $ amount per night, that we paid upfront. But then when we get to the hotel, charged an extra $25/night for fees. Huh? Apparently fees are for “free drinks” between 4-5… although a very small selection (2 wines; 3 beers). My wife drinks wine, but only moscato. That isn’t on the list of free wine, so we paid $9 a glass and didn't get part of the “fees” back. So the “free drinks” are not actually free and you are paying for a service (free drinks) that you may not use. If a fee is mandatory, then include it in the advertised price, not a tacked on $ amount afterwards. Seems shady to include it afterwards.

Very nice facilities. Beautiful resort, unfortunately our room had no hot water, the fridge leaked water all over the floor in the middle of the night, and the smoke detector in the connected room is low battery chirping every 60 seconds. It also woke us up at 6am when it went off twice. Room had a bit of an odor. Nice looking pool tho and friendly staff.

My son ran the Celebration Marathon. He booked this hotel because it was close by. It has a very nice kitchen with a regular full size fridge, microwave, full size oven & stove. We were very impressed on how clean the room was when we arrived. I spoke to Iberica and she was an amazing staff member that helped us. If we ever come back to Celebration, we definitely would stay here again! I highly recommend this hotel!

Great resort, the rooms were clean, comfortable beds, with a fridge. Staff was great, especially Iberica who was very helpful and assisted us when we needed to change rooms. She was accomidating and welcoming. Also, this hotel is walking distance to a few restaurants, in addition to the hotel restaurant. Nice pool too.
