⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Moon Palace The Grand was incredible! Everything about the resort exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the Grand Buffet. Veronica made the best spicy chicken tacos I’ve ever had—they were absolutely amazing! She was so kind, and her food was one of the biggest highlights of our trip. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with so many delicious options to choose from. The WIRED Lounge was another favorite. The arcade was fun, modern, and completely free, making it an awesome place to spend time between swimming and other activities. We also loved seeing all the wildlife around the resort. Spotting birds, coatis, iguanas, and other animals roaming the beautiful grounds made the experience even more special. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and there is always something to do. If you’re looking for an unforgettable all-inclusive vacation, I highly recommend Moon Palace The Grand. We can’t wait to come back!

Moon Palace Cancun is truly an all-inclusive paradise that exceeds expectations in every way. From start to finish, our stay was smoothly organized and filled with incredible amenities. ​First of all, the water park is absolute fun for both kids and adults, offering great slides and splash zones that kept us entertained for hours. Because the resort grounds are immensely vast, you will find yourself getting around by golf carts. The shuttle and cart service is very frequent, efficient, and makes exploring the huge property part of the fun experience! ​When it comes to dining, the food was overall delicious across various restaurants, offering a wonderful mix of flavors and options for everyone. Another huge highlight that sets this resort apart from others is that all the arcade games in the playroom are completely free of charge! You don't have to worry about constantly buying game cards or coins, which was an amazing perk. ​Lastly, the staff here deserve a huge shoutout. Every team member seems remarkably well-trained, attentive, and genuinely friendly. Their warm hospitality really elevated our overall experience. ​If you are looking for a complete, worry-free resort getaway with fantastic amenities, great food, and top-notch service, I highly recommend Moon Palace Cancun!

When we arrived we were told check in isnt until 3pm, mind you we arrived 8am and had a long flight. We had to upgrade our room to a swim up suite and then we were able to check into pur room immediately. We chose Moon Palace Cancun for our first trip after seeing the beautiful photos of the beach, resort amenities, and nightly entertainment. The property itself is very nice, the staff is friendly, and there are plenty of activities for families. However, there were a couple of disappointments. When we arrived, there were no evening shows or entertainment scheduled during our stay, which was one of the main reasons we booked the resort. Also, the beach on this side of Cancun was not what we expected. It was covered with a lot of seaweed, and the water was brown rather than the clear turquoise color shown in many photos. If you're looking for that classic Caribbean beach experience, be aware that you may need to travel to other areas. We ended up taking the ferry to Isla Mujeres to enjoy the beautiful white sand and crystal-clear water. Overall, it's a nice resort, but if beach quality and nightly shows are a big part of your vacation plans, it's worth doing a little extra research before booking.

We didn't stay at the Grand but had access to it, and overall the place looks amazing. I really loved the decor. Unfortunately, the employees weren't as nice as the ones at Sunrise, especially the guy teaching the kids how to surf, who seemed to have a bit of an attitude. The kids, on the other hand, had a blast. They loved the playroom, and there was even a bounce house room. Be sure to check out the speakeasy lounge too; it looked amazing, though I unfortunately didn't get to try their cocktails. We ate at Jade and JC Steakhouse, and the food was good at both.
