I had a medical issue and needed to get to hospital. Zayda and her staff were very helpful with getting me taken care of and even checking in with my family while I was getting care. The resort had great food, lots of options for food, drinks, and entertainment. Habibi had excellent food (breakfast and dinner). My family loved the karaoke and wired lounge, as well as hopping over to the other Moon Palace resorts. Staff all around was incredible. Staff at the water park played with the kids. Lots of pools and options for a quick snack or longer meals. Buffet had a solid breakfast- omelet stand was excellent.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our stay at Moon Palace The Grand was incredible! Everything about the resort exceeded our expectations. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights was the Grand Buffet. Veronica made the best spicy chicken tacos I’ve ever had—they were absolutely amazing! She was so kind, and her food was one of the biggest highlights of our trip. The food throughout the resort was excellent, with so many delicious options to choose from. The WIRED Lounge was another favorite. The arcade was fun, modern, and completely free, making it an awesome place to spend time between swimming and other activities. We also loved seeing all the wildlife around the resort. Spotting birds, coatis, iguanas, and other animals roaming the beautiful grounds made the experience even more special. The resort is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, and there is always something to do. If you’re looking for an unforgettable all-inclusive vacation, I highly recommend Moon Palace The Grand. We can’t wait to come back!

We didn't stay at the Grand but had access to it, and overall the place looks amazing. I really loved the decor. Unfortunately, the employees weren't as nice as the ones at Sunrise, especially the guy teaching the kids how to surf, who seemed to have a bit of an attitude. The kids, on the other hand, had a blast. They loved the playroom, and there was even a bounce house room. Be sure to check out the speakeasy lounge too; it looked amazing, though I unfortunately didn't get to try their cocktails. We ate at Jade and JC Steakhouse, and the food was good at both.

Let me start with the GOOD. Our kids loved the hotel. My daughter and son loved the Boulangerie and the Wired Lounge and Kids Club. The BAD -> for adults the hotel has some major flaws. 1. Salesmen are very aggressive, they take you to a sales presentation and hit you with 90 minutes of sales processes from different "managers" and "senior managers" to give you $300 of palace bucks. After you say NO, IF you say no, because 90 minutes on vacation is ALOT of time, they then try to recover their $300 by selling you a $300 reservation package for up to 40% discount. 2. Checkout has MORE sales pitches, when you checkout, again they try to sell you the $300 discount package or BPG, if you know an Elite Member you can basically get the same exact thing they try to sell you for $300 for free and with MORE benefits. 3. The beach, is REALLY bad, check the picture, no other comment's needed. 3. Room service, hit or miss, it took me 4 calls to get our cots in the room on day 1. Room service one took our tip, refilled beverages and left, all towels, etc on the floor, no beds, nothing. Another time they came but didn't refill towels. For a hotel trying to sell a $100K plus membership they should do better. 4. Restaurants were great, Momo Teppen, Tavola, JC, Circus was great. Monarca was horrible and not worth it. That being said, will we be back? Yes.

The resort is massive, it's very clean as well. There is a decent amount of activities for the kids, they have 2-3 sections for the kids like the arcade, water park and the indoor activity area located near the pool. Beverages are limited but good, food is also good, pizza actually tastes like pizza! (you can't say the same about other resort pizzas). They have various restaurants in their chain and they are all good, especially Agra and Habibi. The Cafe in the lobby is amazing, great coffee and eats. The ONLY complaint I have with this stay was the constant badgering by random employees about sitting in on a breakfast presentation about their Dominican resort. They called the room several times for it and would walk up and talk to us in the lobby randomly. Everything else was excellent.
