Jenny, it was a wonderful experience. She was able to take care of my daughter hair. They bonded very well, my daughter doesnt normally allow people to touch her hair. Jenny was great with getting her to relax and enjoy her day of getting her hair done. We love her experience and knowledge and friendliness. Love the spa. We also enjoy the front desk rep she was extremely help as well and kind. The massage that me and my wife got was definitely relaxing as well. Highly recommend stopping at the spa section.

It’s seriously the best resort for kids. My 6 and 1 year old had a BLAST. Almost gave this rating a 5 star. I have to say, the service at Jazmin and fresco pool BAR needs a friendlier team. The nick park was AWESOME and the service team here was honestly the best. We tried one of the best pizza made by ALUIS and the best burger. I have attached a picture of the team, thank you so much for treating my kids with kindness. We will be definitely coming back.

Had a great time. Junior reached out asking for a review near the waterpark. Taught us a bit of Spanish which I was too drunk to remember! 😁 The whole family had a great time. I have to mention how hard things were to discover. The bigger waterslides are basically hidden behind nothing points there. same for the shows. Took us a few days missing events to figure how things work here.

Great resort for kids with activities, pools, and fun entertainment. The rooms and facilities were nice and well maintained. However, the food quality and taste were very disappointing, and unfortunately my friends and I got food poisoning. The beach was also not very impressive, and there wasn’t much for adults or parents to do. Overall, this did not feel like a true 5-star experience. Good for kids, but not a resort I would return to.
