We had an amazing trip, made even better by the friendly and incredibly helpful staff throughout the resort. Several team members truly went above and beyond and made our stay unforgettable. - Joel at the buffet grill went out of his way to make sure I had an enjoyable and delicious meal. - Ramona, our server at Aqua Nick, was always attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. - Zeleika (hope I’m spelling that right!), the main pool server, kept the drinks flowing nonstop — always with a smile. - Rosanna at the sweetery made sure we never ran out of treats and kept our sugar levels happily topped up. Lastly, a very special thank you to the person who made my stay the most memorable — Francisco, the chef at Fresco. I ran into him daily during my morning walks, always smiling as early as 7:30 a.m. while making sure everything was perfectly prepped for the lunch rush. The shrimp ceviche is an absolute must-try, and he made sure my family and I were always well taken care of. This resort truly shines because of its people. Thank you all for an unforgettable experience!

A very cozy and calm place with a nice and beautiful beach ⛱️ to enjoy. With my experience with Club Med, I would prefer Club Med since you have different interesting activities during the day, but if you are looking for a place to spend time with kids this one is very good. It's a bit far from the airport so if you are with kids, it's worth renting a private van. The gym is decent but like other resorts in Punta Cana, it is not a brand new hotel. For the price you pay, you might have better options! There is no adults only pool in this resort.

January 2026 We arrived on Thursday at Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana expecting a comfortable, family-friendly vacation. Instead, we are spending our stay feeling like we are camping inside a supposed 5-star hotel. Our reservation is for five (5) guests, yet the room provided has one king bed and one pull-out sofa only. There is no cot and no third sleeping surface. This has resulted in three people sleeping in one bed, including a 13-year-old who is taller than me. It is cramped, uncomfortable, and completely inappropriate for a resort that promotes itself as premium and family-oriented. We did not come to Punta Cana to stack children in beds, move pillows around nightly, and improvise sleeping arrangements. This situation has genuinely ruined the quality of our vacation, leaving us exhausted and frustrated instead of relaxed. We immediately asked for a reasonable upgrade to a room designed to accommodate five guests. The only option presented was a villa at approximately $1,000 per night, which is not a reasonable solution to correct a booking issue. We booked and paid for accommodations suitable for our family size. What we received feels like budget camping conditions inside a luxury-branded resort. We are still waiting for management to resolve this properly and will update this review if, and when, a suitable solution is provided.

My family had a great time. 3 boys 6 yr, 4 yr, 22 months. It was put first visit and all excellent as expected. We enjoyed the entertainment team, especially by the pool including Junior. The service was great, always polite, friendly and hustling. Helpful when we had questions. Loved the water park, especially the lazy river that we spent hours in. Don't miss the bigger water slides hidden behind the main water park. The restaurants were also great. Buffet was the only place I didn't love for dinner, but it was good for breakfast. Lunch was almost always the water park eatery that was consistently good, if a more basic menu. Happy with the choice we made to visit and could see us returning.

I had one of the worst experiences at this resort. We reserved an ocean view room through Expedia, but when we arrived, we were assigned a garden view suite. After spending a couple of hours dealing with them, I finally got the ocean view suite that I had paid for. However, once I moved into the new room with the ocean view, issues emerged. I was unable to close the back door, and I struggled to sleep at night because the room couldn't maintain a comfortable temperature. Housekeeping was supposed to clean the room daily and restock the mini fridge, but that did not happen; we had to request room cleaning, and they only arrived around 4 or 5 PM to clean, but the mini fridge was never restocked. We called several times for drinks, but no one came. The service was awful; they pressured us into buying a character breakfast that cost $70 for adults and $50 for children, and after that meal, they attempted to sell us a timeshare. Overall, the resort and its amenities are wonderful, but the food and service are lacking. They have a swimming pool with an ocean view, which is incredible. There is one park with a lazy river and children's waterslides, and another park that features a kids' swimming pool and adult slides. We had a lot of fun there.
