We (2 adults, 2 kids under 10) stayed 9 nights. The staff was very good and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable and the entertainment was great for kids. The water parks, club Nick were fantastic too. Housekeeping was great. Lots of wonderful people who work. The resort is very bilingual so most everything gets repeated in English and Spanish, which is great for kids' learning, but U.S. travelers who may be unaccustomed should be aware that it isn't an English-first experience (yet quite accommodating nonetheless). The hotel had some minor annoyances: foods with shrimp were off the menu for several days, the video board in the Nick Lounge had multiple panels that were broken, the minibar was always restocked with water only (I'm not sure why I'd need to contact someone to get that fixed). Rooms weren't as soundproof as other family-friendly hotels. There was the typical level of upsell (not overly high pressure). A bottle of spray sunscreen from their store cost $40. The beach wasn't the best for small kids (choppy waves and lots of seaweed), but infinity pools along the shore were nice and had the view. Overall, it was a good experience that our kids enjoyed. Such a beautiful, peaceful spa! The treatments and the facility itself were amazing, but I really have to give a huge shoutout to Jenny. She was super helpful, welcoming, and made sure we all had the best possible experience. She treated us incredibly well and checked in to make sure everything was perfect. It was exactly the kind of relaxing escape we needed. Five stars for Vassa Spa, and five stars for Jenny!

From the moment we met him, he was friendly, personable, and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed while always maintaining a positive attitude. What stood out most was how genuine he was. He took the time to engage with guests, remembered preferences, and consistently provided top-notch service with a smile. His professionalism and dedication to creating a great guest experience set him apart from every other staff member we encountered. Luis is the one staff member I would wholeheartedly recommend. If you're visiting Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Punta Cana, make sure to stop by the pool bar and ask for Luis—you won't be disappointed. He is a true asset to the resort and deserves recognition for the outstanding work he does! 👏🍹🌴

Albeni and Sonic provided great service by the pool with activities poolside. Johanna was great in the Jellyfish play place by Aquapark. Kids had a blast and the resort provided us with what we needed, a place where our kids can run around and play with other kids/families, they enjoyed the characters and shows, as well as provided many activities for them. As for the parents, the food is not great. Overcooked, cold, flavorless at the buffet, but there were some tasty dishes in the other restaurants if you go early enough to avoid long lines. Drinks were a hit or miss but luckily we knew Spanish to ask for more and obviously enticing the bartenders or servers with a tip usually enhances services. We did become friendly with Dario who did help make our stay better with helping us navigate and boom the character breakfast when we arrived. We did have a horrible experience with our room the first day... our room was flooded from the shower not draining, when we called the front desk was not very helpful. My husband went in person and they tried to send maintenance but he demanded a new room which we were upgraded to a suite. Our housekeeper has been amazing since then but my parents had a housekeeper that didn't restock their water, so seems like service is inconsistent. Overall, I gave 3 stars because my kids were extremely happy and the pools/ parks are clean. Ideal for younger kids who don't really have too much preference

Jenny, it was a wonderful experience. She was able to take care of my daughter hair. They bonded very well, my daughter doesnt normally allow people to touch her hair. Jenny was great with getting her to relax and enjoy her day of getting her hair done. We love her experience and knowledge and friendliness. Love the spa. We also enjoy the front desk rep she was extremely help as well and kind. The massage that me and my wife got was definitely relaxing as well. Highly recommend stopping at the spa section.
