Room service and location, were great! Literally no complaints! This place was really made for kids, but Also with parents in mind, because they know happy parents also equal happy kids lol. The food was the only meh thing… But it was only meh In a few places - Like the burger for room service, soft, but the burger in the restaurant was great. Pizza and one place sucked, but it at another place was really good etc. junior helped us a lot and there was tones of things to do. 10/10 reccomend

Second time here. Nice resort and amenities at a reasonable price. The quality of the food and service went down over the last ten months. The staff are very nice but not as many speak English this year so it's hard to get answers to questions. The prestige salespeople are very obnoxious. Overall, I'd recommend this resort for young families.

It was an amazing experience! One of the best all inclusives I have been to. Went there with our 3 kids, the resort is packed with kids friendly areas and activities. Great food options and amazing service. It is not only beautiful and well designed but it is also kept very clean and in great condition!

I usually read other people’s reviews to help me choose a hotel. So, I hope this is helpful to you. We had travel complications and missed one night at resort. We did call and explained wasn’t looking for no compensation but was looking forward to go straight to our room when we arrived. We waited for 2 hours until we got in our room. The TV had another guest name so we couldn’t order room service from the TV. I called for it to be fixed nobody came. We didn’t have hot water another fix. We didn’t receive our pictures we paid for. I could get over the language barrier but service is service. Whether it’s an expensive or less expensive stay and in this case it was expensive stay the service should be exceptional. Our room was the plunge pool room which was beautiful and the view was amazing. Have extra money because you will have to pay for different experiences if you like too.

We traveled November 29th 2025 to nickelodeon punta cana for 1 week my husband myself and our two daughters ages 8 and 6 First impression it was beautiful clean and colorful...decorated for xmas and the staff was accommodating to our needs when needed. We booked the character breakfast and the family sline ( cost extra) but worth it to see the smikes on our daughters faces Juan Carlos and the entire entertainment team where great and mad sure the kids where having lots of fun. The food was great especially all the ala cartes. No complains just all around great time. We will be back for sure.
