I was at Dreams for my 26th birthday and they made me feel at home. Our experience at the hotel was excellent from start to finish. The facilities are beautiful, clean and very well maintained, the food varied and delicious, and the perfect atmosphere to relax and have fun. But without a doubt, the best of our entire stay was the entertainment department, especially Vero. His energy, charisma and professionalism made the difference. Always kind, attentive and with a contagious attitude, she managed to make every activity fun and special. It shows when someone loves what they do, and Vero shows it at every moment. Thanks to her, our experience was even more memorable. We would definitely go back and recommend this hotel 100%. Thank you for making our stay so special!

This was our first all inclusive and it was above and beyond anything we could’ve asked for. (Everyone said our bar is set too high now for all inclusives ;) Sharina and Fabio with Dreams Entertainment for the kids/teens were incredible. Extremely helpful with all activities, or general information. My son broke some light up glasses at the beach party, and Fabio saw he was upset and instantly gave him his own. He was so friendly and fun when helping out the kiddos. Sharina has the sweetest soul, and gets into all of the things going on. (She is also a phenomenal dancer.) She really tries to have everyone be engaged, but if you don’t want to, she isn’t pushy at all. Felix at the top bar at the water park made simply getting a drink, very memorable. From his humor; to the “special drink” he made our son on our last day, he was a sweetheart. Jenny at the main pool was incredible, all of the housekeeping staff made the room impeccable, Henry our butler was on top of everything for us, all of our servers made dinners a once in a lifetime experience, and there are countless others that I, unfortunately, forgot the name of. (BTW, something that NONE of the workers forget, which makes you feel so known.) We live in such a broken world, and I know these people are doing their jobs, and it is a harder lifestyle compared to most, but they do it with the most genuine care and consideration. We typically don’t like to travel to the same place twice, but we will 100000% be back.

We just spent a week Jan 24- 31 2026 at Dreams Onyx as UVC members, and overall it was a wonderful experience. Like any trip, we had a few issues come up throughout the week, but what truly made the difference was how quickly and professionally they were handled. Our butler Leonardo was absolutely outstanding. He reported everything right away and stayed on top of things the entire time. He is truly one of the best young men we’ve ever had in all our years as members — attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. The Preferred Manager also made a huge difference. He took the time to meet with us, really listened to our concerns, and made sure everything was addressed. He truly made up for it by personally ensuring everything was corrected right away and by going above and beyond to make sure the rest of our stay was enjoyable and stress-free. While all of the staff were great, there were a few who truly made our trip unforgettable and are the reason we would return. Eddy, the supervisor at Capers and the Preferred breakfast area, along with Estefani and Luis, took exceptional care of our group of 15 every single day. Capers quickly became our favorite restaurant, and their kindness, organization, and attention to detail made every meal something to look forward to. A very special shout-out also goes to Junior, the bellboy. He is one of the most personable and memorable bellmen we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He remembered everyone in our group, was incredibly helpful, very knowledgeable about the resort, and always made sure we were pointed in the right direction. Honestly, he would make an excellent butler — he absolutely has the personality and professionalism for it. Because of these amazing staff members, we would absolutely return to Dreams Onyx. They truly made our vacation special.

I recently stayed at Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa and it was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end. The service was exceptional every staff member was attentive, friendly, and genuinely committed to making sure guests felt welcome and cared for. You can clearly see the impact of great management in how smoothly everything runs and how well the team works together. The location is beautiful, offering easy access to the beach and stunning surroundings that make the stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere throughout the resort is relaxing, vibrant, and luxurious, making it the perfect place to unwind. The rooms were spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail. Cleanliness was excellent across the entire property, from the rooms to restaurants and common areas. In terms of value, the experience definitely exceeded expectations, offering incredible quality for the price. Noise levels were very well managed, allowing for both fun and relaxation depending on where you spent your time. The amenities were outstanding, including pools, dining options, entertainment, and of course the spa which truly added to the overall experience. Overall, Dreams Onyx Resort & Spa delivers excellence in every aspect: service, comfort, atmosphere, and hospitality. I highly recommend it and would absolutely return!

Our group of 16 (ages 8-77) had an incredible time!! Our rooms (building 7) were fantastic and always cleaned well. Kids loved the waterpark and beach, and adults loved the preferred adult pool. Food is average - crepes and omelettes at breakfast were the best part of the buffet, and we all loved the French restaurant! Vast majority of the staff were fun and friendly, and our butler Starling was outstanding. We absolutely loved our stay!
