Bellita Cen’s service was exceptional! She was incredibly kind and welcoming! She answered all the questions we had and was super respectful! She also gave us a really fun show with one of the desserts! Next night we ate at the Mexican restaurant Jose was our server he was good the food out of the 3 specialty restaurants was okay compared to the others. Decor was fun. We spent our final night at the Italian restaurant, and it was the perfect ending to our vacation. The food was delicious, and Patricia Del Rosario Tamay was an amazing waitress. She provided such great service and truly made our last evening special.

This was our first hotel stay in Mexico, and unfortunately it left a very negative impression. The property positions itself as a high-end hotel, and the price reflects that. However, the overall experience did not match the rate charged. Upon arrival after a night flight, we were exhausted and hoping to eat something and check in quickly. Instead, we were informed that all food outlets were closed and no alternatives were available. The check-in process was unexpectedly slow, despite the reception area being almost empty. We also had to wait an excessive amount of time for our luggage, even though our room was located very close to reception. The room itself was extremely disappointing. There were visible signs of humidity, mold, limescale stains, and overall deterioration. Due to the jungle climate and poor ventilation, nothing dried properly during our stay. By the end of the trip, our personal belongings were affected by constant dampness. The food quality did not correspond to the hotel’s price category. Buffet options were limited and uninspiring. The à la carte restaurants were also underwhelming. The only consistently positive aspect was the cocktails. We were invited to a “welcome meeting” which turned out to be a sales presentation for a yearly membership program. After we politely declined, the tone of the interaction noticeably changed and felt unprofessional. Additionally, I previously shared a detailed review of our experience which is no longer visible. I am reposting this to ensure that future guests have a complete and transparent picture before booking. For the price paid, this hotel did not deliver the level of comfort, service, or quality expected. Unfortunately, this experience significantly impacted our first impression of Mexico. I would strongly advise future travelers to carefully evaluate whether this property aligns with their expectations.

Large, clean rooms. All the staff are helpful, and the service good. The food is good for the price you pay. Good,selección of restaurants. Location is excellent with its own entrances to Xcaret. The hotel is well spread out with lots of space and lots of wildlife roaming free around the grounds. However, our room was described as having a garden view - which meant a line of trees then a road. If you want a sunbed, they are all reserved by about 6am - and then keft unoccupied for hours - the hotel would benefit a lot by clamping down on this.

Really good resort. It is in a great location that helps you enjoy the natural surroundings. Loved the beach and pools and nightly entertainment. I found most of the staff to be friendly. The Food was just ok, I would prefer less food but better quality. Our room was a junior Studio Suite on the ground floor and looked exactly like the picture on the website. The room was not very sound proof but we only heard people in the other rooms and hallways a few times. A great spot from which to visit Xcaret park, as you can walk into the park from two spots in the resort. We got a 7 day pass (you can buy at the resort) so we would see a little of the park each day and relax each day also. A little breakfast then walk into the park and enjoy one or two attractions then back to the resort for lunch and pool time. Finish with dinner and a show then repeat this daily :)

Yadira is brilliant. She was energetic and friendly. From organizing fun games to creating a lively atmosphere in the evenings, her enthusiasm was contagious. She interacted well with both adults and children and kept everyone smiling. A great host who clearly loves their job and adds real value to the guest experience.
