We had a fantastic experience at Ricardo’s Pool Bar! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was relaxed and perfect for enjoying time by the pool. What really stood out was the service. Manolin and Ricardo gave us excellent service they were always attentive, smiling, and very professional. They recommended the best drinks, made sure everything was perfect, and made us feel right at home. The service was fast, friendly, and full of that warm Dominican hospitality that you really appreciate. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a nice spot to relax and have a great time! Rating: 5/5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We are having an amazing stay at this resort! Everything has been excellent from the moment we arrived. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food has been delicious with plenty of options to choose from, and the drinks are great as well. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the property is beautiful and well kept. There are lots of activities to enjoy, but it’s also perfect if you just want to relax. We especially loved the Japanese restaurant, SAKURA. The food was outstanding, and our chef NOEL was simply the best — such a great experience! Also, we were assigned a butler named Hector, who has been absolutely fantastic. He is very attentive, professional, and always makes sure we have everything we need. So far, everything has exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a great vacation experience.

Their dedication, hard work, and nonstop positive energy went far beyond anything we expected. They took incredible care of my family and me every single day, always one step ahead, making sure we were happy, relaxed, and never without a drink or a smile. Their warmth, humor, and genuine kindness made us feel like VIPs, and they turned a great resort into an unforgettable experience. We honestly would come back to this resort just to see them again. They deserve the highest recognition for their outstanding service, work ethic, and the joy they bring to every guest they serve.

Great resort!! All of the workers are so fun and kind! They make all the events super enjoyable and engaging! Lots to do around the resort and good food. Definitely your moneys worth! Big resort but very walkable. Carlos and Enrique are some of the best poolside and event staff! They take the time to get to know you and remember you throughout ur stay. They are super fun and friendly. Overall great stay at this resort!

Gerson was always welcoming and had amazing entertainment.The rooms were spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with beautiful views and great amenities. The food was incredible, and there were so many activities to enjoy throughout the stay. Everything was organized perfectly, and the atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The location was also perfect, close to everything we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and stress-free vacation. Definitely a five-star experience, and I can’t wait to come back!
