The Bluemoon restaurant was the best one of all the ones we went to (italian, Amaranto, steakhouse, margarita, and Pez Vela) Dinnee: We came to the Bluemoon restaurant at almost 9:10 pm since we came from an all day tour, so hungry! And Mariam, the host helped us get a table immediately, she was so welcoming and kind! And then Lluvia attended us for the dinner, and has such a positive attitude, so welcoming! They both made our night incredible! Thank you Mariam & Lluvia! 🫶🏼 For Breakfast we had Heydi as the Host, AMAZING! super kind lady. And our servers one Diego and in another occasion Marbella, both amazing people! Truly the best one yet with the best service.

We visited Margaritas for dinner with a party of six. Since we didn’t have reservations, we were a little worried we wouldn’t be able to get a table. Leticia greeted us and asked about our reservation, and when we told her we didn’t have one, she saw how excited we were to experience the restaurant and went above and beyond to accommodate us. She made us feel incredibly welcome from the moment we arrived. We also had the pleasure of being served by Jesus, and his service was outstanding. He was attentive, friendly, and provided excellent recommendations throughout our meal. Both Leticia and Jesus made our dining experience memorable, and their hospitality truly stood out.

I just experienced one of the most delicious set menus I’ve had in a very long time here at this resort. Honestly, it felt like dining at an André Michelin-star-level experience. Every dish was thoughtful, creative, and beautifully executed. From the cocktails to the entrées, everything felt outside the box in the best possible way — unique flavors, artistic presentation, and combinations I wouldn’t have expected but absolutely loved. It’s actually difficult to critique anything because the entire experience was so well done from start to finish. Huge compliments to Chef Carlos, Chef Yuritzi, Omar, Anapolo, and Eliseo for creating such a memorable dining experience. You can genuinely feel the passion behind every plate. Highly recommend this place if you appreciate creative cuisine, elevated dining, and chefs who clearly care about the details. The food alone is worth the visit.

We are currently staying in the privileged section of the resort, and while the grounds are beautiful we have had subpar service throughout the establishment. My partner and I were thrilled to enjoy our first vacation out of the country together, enough so that we paid to upgrade our room upon arrival. Irving with concierge services was stellar, but I could not say the same for his manager. He made the experience feel more like an inconvenience for him than providing a good experience to paying guests. Being in our early 20s we are fairly used to getting lack luster service at restaurants compared to an older couple or family, but I did not expect to receive the same poor service for a place we spent nearly 3k to stay at. Our service through the provided butler, Hugo has been wonderful. He is very attentive and is accommodating and knowledgeable about the resort. However, the service we received elsewhere via the restaurants and bars has been disappointing. We have visited 3 of the main dining establishments thus far, and each one has been a truly awful experience. The food was incredible, but the service would make our appetite disappear. At La Laconda, every table was offered bread as an appetizer, but we had to ask for it when our entree’s arrived. We have been skipped on simple items such as water, napkins, welcome gifts, and the complimentary bottle that was included with the room. We were supposed to receive the bottle the same day, or the day after and had reminded staff we still did not have it. We asked four times before it was delivered. We have a few remaining days to see if our experience gets better in anyway, but as of now if you are below 30 with no kids I would not recommend staying here.

Zuleyma made our night wonderful. Best service during this holiday at Oceans so far. Shout out to our sommelier, Rolando, as well! Friendly and knowledgeable service. We will try to squeeze in one more night at La Locanda before our holiday ends. Daniela Cap Rosario David. Has been fantastic and very dedicated to excellent service. Also at the beach restaurant, Jordan Paola was so attentive and friendly service. Jordan made our sea side lunch very relaxing and wonderful. Wednesday Jul 14, Zuleyma is so wonderful that we return to La Locanda for one more wonderful dinner. Zuleyma is so amazing and warm that we will definitely plan our future vacation back her at Ocean Rivera Paradise. Lisandro was also amazing and quick thinking to help my father in-law be able to seat comfortably. They are super amazing people and provide amazing service. Thank you!!! Jul 15, Last day at this wonderful resort. Having lunch at the beach restaurant Pez Vela. Victor helped us with our order and he was superb and very attentive throughout our lunch. Served us with his friendly smile and made our lunch experience so wonderful. Thank you, Victor!!!!
