It’s a beautiful hotel and we were lucky to book the Master Suite, which was spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. The beach is fantastic, everything is clean, and the service staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. However, there are currently major renovation and maintenance works going on. It feels like a large construction site, one of the restaurants is partially closed, and the noise continues until around 10 pm, which significantly affected the overall experience. For me and my family personally, the food would only deserve one star. That is of course a subjective opinion, but we were quite disappointed with the quality and variety.

I come with my boyfriend and we had a very nice time. We loved our room, it was a good size and the cleaners were very friendly, always smiling. We will definitely come back again this year. The animation team were great, the girls were friendly & Boody made us laugh every single day. We will definitely come back when the weather is warmer x

It’s the best experience for me because have been to other resort in Europe and I wasn’t treated this good!! Food varieties is top notch, reception attendants are so lovely and supportive especially Ibrahim, staffs are every corner in the resort to render help when needed even while you’re swimming someone is watching incase of any issues. Chefs are on the clock.. I love the environment, the beach exercises, activities, night shows and music!!! Breakfast, lunch, dinner buffet. Exquisite services and I’m coming back with my sisters soonest.

Been here for a solo trip and I had a great stay! Loved that you have swimming pools but also the beach just few steps away, with bars and activities. I also had various massages and treatments for a fully relaxed holiday. I would just have appreciated a slightly better quality when it came to food, but I understand it is very difficult to make everybody happy. The variety they have anyway serves that purpose and I appreciated the efforts of the Staff.

We spent our holidays at Pyramisa and had a truly pleasant experience from start to finish. The hotel is beautiful and very well maintained, with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. During our stay, some renovation work was taking place, but the hotel managed it very well. They clearly tried to keep any disturbance to a minimum, and all areas remained clean and well organised at all times. The staff were exceptional — always friendly, polite, and helpful. Whenever we were not happy with anything, even small issues, the staff resolved them straight away, which made us feel very well looked after. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with excellent housekeeping. The food was varied and tasty, with plenty of options for everyone, and the dining areas were always clean. Overall, our holiday at Pyramisa was relaxing, enjoyable, and stress-free. We made great memories and would happily return again. Highly recommended.
