I recently stayed at Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh, and overall, I had a pleasant and relaxing experience. The resort has a beautiful location in Sahl Hasheesh with direct access to the beach, making it a nice choice for anyone looking to enjoy the Red Sea. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Throughout my stay, I found the service to be professional, and the team worked hard to ensure guests were comfortable. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with housekeeping maintaining it well every day. While some areas could benefit from renovation, the room provided everything needed for a pleasant stay. The food offered a good variety of international and local dishes, with enough options to suit different tastes. Some meals stood out more than others, but overall the dining experience was enjoyable. The restaurants and bars also provided good service throughout the day. The resort’s beach is one of its biggest highlights, with clear water and beautiful views. The swimming pools were clean and well maintained, and the landscaped gardens created a relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment team organized daily activities and evening shows, giving guests plenty of options to enjoy their time. Overall, Pyramisa Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh offers friendly service, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxing beachfront holiday. While there are a few areas that could be refreshed, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to families and couples looking for good value in a beautiful location.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was great. The animation team was amazing – they were friendly, energetic, and made every day fun for both adults and children. They really helped make our holiday unforgettable. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We stayed at this hotel for six nights and everything was absolutely wonderful. The staff is exceptional, always smiling and very attentive. The food is delicious, with fresh products at every meal. The facilities are very well maintained, and our room was always spotless. You truly feel welcomed throughout the entire stay. The manager, Hassan, who was working at the front desk, was extremely kind to us. I would also like to highlight a very thoughtful gesture: we were supposed to check out at noon, but since our flight was at night, the manager kindly allowed us to keep the room for the whole day. A real plus that makes all the difference! We are extremely satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately, I am very disappointed with this vacation. The hotel itself, the rooms, and their cleanliness were perfectly fine, and I was satisfied with that. However, the biggest problem was the bar staff. They were unfriendly and seemed to focus almost exclusively on Russian guests, while other visitors were often ignored. The entertainment program was another major disappointment. It was very poor, uninteresting, and overall of a low standard. If you are looking for a hotel with good entertainment and a pleasant atmosphere, I definitely cannot recommend this one. It is a shame that the otherwise decent hotel is let down by the attitude of the staff and the poor quality of the entertainment. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

My message to Pyramisa: go fix your corrupt policy. I haven’t stayed here, but the story I am reciting is true!! I recently attempted to book this hotel through Travelup UK. I paid in pounds sterling, and the rate quoted was almost 50% lower than the price shown to Egyptian nationals on the hotel's own website and on Egyptian booking platforms. > I then spent close to ten hours telephoning both Travelup and the hotel to confirm the reservation. I was given conflicting explanations, including a claim that third-party bookings are exempt from Egyptian taxes, which was clearly implausible. > Eventually Travelup informed me that the discounted rate was available only to British nationals, and asked whether a British national was included in my booking. In other words, foreign visitors were being offered a price substantially lower than that offered to Egyptians. > I cancelled the booking immediately. > I have been travelling to Hurghada regularly for more than 25 years and I have never encountered a policy like this. It actively penalises Egyptians and discourages domestic tourism, while favouring overseas visitors simply on the basis of nationality. Not all hotels operate in this way, which makes this approach even more disappointing. > I am leaving this review because such discriminatory pricing damages trust and harms the local economy it claims to support.
