Lovely hotel, very clean in all areas. Food is good for all inclusive compared to what we have had before. Pools are all very cold even the heated one. Staff very good and on the ball. Rooms are very spacious. Atmosphere around the pools isn’t great is the only thing that lets it down. Very good selection of spirits on all inclusive drinks. Victor and Adrian are the best animation team people 🤝

I am currently staying at Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel and this is my third day here (Room 623). Overall, I am having a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food is varied and tasty, with plenty of choice at every meal. My room has been comfortable, clean, and serviced to a good standard throughout my stay. One thing worth mentioning is that many guests start reserving sunbeds around the main pool from as early as 9:00 a.m., so it can become quite busy during the day. However, I discovered that the separate pool area with the lazy river offers a much calmer and more relaxing atmosphere. It is a great place to unwind away from the busier main pool area. The all-inclusive package has been very good value, with continental alcoholic drinks included, giving a good selection of beverages throughout the day and evening. The hotel has a pleasant holiday atmosphere, good facilities, and a convenient location close to Los Cristianos. After three days here, I can say that I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our holiday enjoyable.

Had a great week long stay all inclusive. Rooms were very nice and cleaned every day, we had a pool view. Food was great, good variety and had dishes from different countries each night to mix it up a bit. As we were all inclusive we could help ourselves to beer and cider (they have wine and sangria etc too) all on tap... Bar staff were not skimping with the spirits haha. Cesar was an absolute legend with his music quizzes (we won a few and a bottle of bubbles), such a fun guy and so much energy! We spent most of our time in the 18+ area using the natural pool which was fantastic.... Now this is where the victor meldrew comes out and is my only grumble... The 18+ area is not monitored at all and we had a few instances with people letting their children run around being noisy and splashing... I think enough stern looks have them the hint but wasn't enough to ruin the day or week. All in all a great place to stay and would highly recommend

We’ve just come back from an amazing stay at Paradise Park Hotel and honestly could not be more impressed with the level of care and customer service we received. During our holiday we had to call a doctor for our child, which is always stressful when you are away from home. The staff were incredibly helpful and supportive throughout. What really stood out was that the next day the reception team checked in with us to see how our child was doing and very kindly offered to collect food and bring it to our room. That level of genuine care meant so much to us and made a difficult situation far easier. We really appreciate all your effort and kindness. The hotel itself is really beautiful, very clean, and extremely well organised. We especially liked how there are dedicated areas for families as well as adults-only areas, which makes it perfect for everyone to enjoy their holiday comfortably. The pools, facilities, food, and atmosphere were all fantastic. Thank you again to all the staff for making us feel so welcome and looked after. Highly recommended and definitely a true 5-star experience!

First i want to say how friendly and helpful the staff are. They made the holiday for us so thank you. Room was a bit old fashioned and we were put on the ground floor so no nice balcony view however we used the bacony of the restaurant in the evening to play card games and bits instead. All inclusive is good however no food most days for my fussy 6 year old daughter she lived on croissants and chips for a week and the odd chicken nugget when they had them. For adults the food is great, lots of variety and some of it is really tasty. The evening entertainment was just noise 🤣 we didnt rate it at all. However poolside entertainment and kids club was absolutely amazing my daughter loved it. And i enjoyed water arobics. Close to los cristanios and free busses right outside the hotel to other excursions.
