We spent 2 weeks here and had a fantastic time! We will definitely be returning. Firstly, all of the staff were so friendly! Vicky in the restaurant was so attentive and loved our children Penny and Ted. Stephanie from the animation team had all of the love, care and energy to keep the children happy and busy. Mariusz was a very friendly bar man who looked after the whole family. The food was amazing and there was always something for everyone. There was a large range of drinks available throughout the day. My only recommendation would be to have blackcurrant and orange squash for the children. We visited both entertainment upstairs and downstairs and they were great. We also visited the spa for a massage and spent time using the spa facilities. The rooms were spacious with plenty of storage and cleaned to a high standard daily. From the moment we arrived we were well looked after, loved the surrounding areas and had the best time! Thank you all!

I am currently staying at Paradise Park Fun Lifestyle Hotel and this is my third day here (Room 623). Overall, I am having a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend this hotel. The hotel is clean, well maintained, and the staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The food is varied and tasty, with plenty of choice at every meal. My room has been comfortable, clean, and serviced to a good standard throughout my stay. One thing worth mentioning is that many guests start reserving sunbeds around the main pool from as early as 9:00 a.m., so it can become quite busy during the day. However, I discovered that the separate pool area with the lazy river offers a much calmer and more relaxing atmosphere. It is a great place to unwind away from the busier main pool area. The all-inclusive package has been very good value, with continental alcoholic drinks included, giving a good selection of beverages throughout the day and evening. The hotel has a pleasant holiday atmosphere, good facilities, and a convenient location close to Los Cristianos. After three days here, I can say that I am very satisfied with my experience and would definitely consider returning in the future. Thank you to all the staff for helping make our holiday enjoyable.

Me and my boyfriend have just arrived back from this hotel. To be honest I did have mixed feelings before we arrived due to seeing very mixed reviews. However, this hotel honestly exceeded both of our expectations. From arrival, the staff were warm and welcoming - this continued throughout our 7 night stay here. From being served at the bar, to meal times, we had positive interactions with all members of staff. The food was what you’d expect from an all inclusive, but still very enjoyable - I’d say they definitely had something for everyone to enjoy. The aesthetics of the hotel were very nice, we stayed in the annexe building and the room was lovely - even had a bit of a pool view which we were not expecting so was a bonus. We would definitely like to return in the future and would recommend this hotel.

WOW! Our first stay but definitely not our last. This hotel is something else. There are 5 pools where you can always get a lounger, the restaurants are very nice and the staff are very attentive. The staff all seem happy and nothing is too much trouble. They really do make you feel very welcome. I asked one of the staff in the buffet if he enjoys working at the hotel, as they all seem so happy - he told me yes, he has worked here many years and said that the hotel looks after their staff. This shows in their service and their rapport with guests. Too many staff to name but special recognition for Alfonso, and to Melanie in Paradise Amigos who, amongst others, made our stay extra special. We are already looking to come back next year and can't wait!

We’ve had a fantastic stay at Paradise Park Hotel in Tenerife and would definitely recommend it. From the moment we arrived, the staff have been so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The hotel is lovely, clean and well maintained, and there is a great choice of food with plenty of variety throughout our stay. The pools and outdoor areas are great. There is 3 different pool areas and an adult only area on the rooftop which is amazing. There’s a really relaxed atmosphere around the hotel. We’ve especially enjoyed the pool entertainment daily and the overall friendly atmosphere. Evening entertainment wouldnt be as good. Rooms are lovely and spacious but would recommend going for the premium lounge. Trust me it won't disappoint. A special mention to all the staff who work so hard to make everyone’s stay enjoyable — they really do go above and beyond especially Alfonso who was so kind and helpful.
