Room: Master Suite Swim Up * The room was spacious with plenty of storage, allowing our family of five to unpack comfortably. The dining table was perfect for daytime room service, and we never felt overcrowded. * The swim-up layout was excellent and one of the best I’ve seen at a family resort. Our swim-up connected to the main pool via a short lazy river, giving easy access to both the pool bar and Cielo for lunch. * The swim-up patio was spacious, and the built-in beds in the pool were awesome. We spent a lot of time swimming right outside our room while other families occasionally floated by. This setup was a huge advantage with an infant who naps frequently throughout the day. Family Concierge * Pre-arrival concierge: Email response times were solid, and all questions and requests were handled efficiently. We also appreciated receiving confirmations for requested reservations as soon as they were booked. * Check-in: The check-in process at the Family Concierge building near Lunch Box was quick, smooth, and welcoming. * Concierge service: Roberto was outstanding. He was energetic, incredibly friendly, and attentive throughout our stay. He consistently checked in on us, left gifts for the children daily, and arranged champagne and dessert for my birthday on our second evening. He even met us at our departure van to send us off. A++ service from Roberto. * Lunch Box Restaurant: We ate breakfast here three mornings and enjoyed every meal. Service was quick, friendly, and very accommodating for our children. * Additional Family Concierge perks: We loved having snacks, coffee, and liquor available throughout the day in the FC building. The kids also really enjoyed the cookie decorating event hosted there. Other Notes * Our door lock broke on the first day, but I submitted a maintenance request through the app and it was fixed within about two hours. * Kidsdom: The staff (Yessenia, Yodira, Carlota, and Lety) were amazing. Registration and drop-off were very easy. Our 3- and 6-year-olds spent 1–2 hours there almost every day and looked forward to going each morning. They separate kids by age group, which worked out great for us. * The buffet and restaurants were consistently good. Every meal met or exceeded expectations, even if the food itself wasn’t dramatically above what you’d expect from a quality all-inclusive resort. * Overall, this was an excellent resort for families, especially with younger children and infants.

This is a great family resort for kids aged 0-6 years old. The resort itself is very well maintained, rooms are large and the daily housekeeping was very thorough. There are elevators in all the resort buildings, so families with strollers or accessibility issues don't need to worry. All the staff we encountered were very friendly, always smiling and happy to help. They all dress professionally in nice uniforms. No matter where you choose to lounge, there was always someone coming over and offering to bring you a drink. There are food options available all day long; the only downside to the food and beverage service is the limited availability of dinner reservations - we could only get 5pm reservations our whole week. The Aqua Zone was awesome, they have 2-3 lifeguards working at a time to ensure safety for everyone. This pool was 'cloudy' , I think due to everyone layering on sunscreen then jumping in; otherwise all the other pools were crystal clear. Fresh pool towels were always available. Be wary of the 'Circle Club' representatives approaching you; they sit at the 'guest concierge' desk, but really are trying to sell you on memberships. All dining reservations are actually made at the 'culinary experience' desk. Once we figured out how everything works this wasn't a problem. They have a 24hr coffee/pastry shop, and an ice cream counter open all day. They have kids activities every morning and night, and evening entertainment which was great for the kids. Overall I would definitely recommend this resort to young families.

If you have toddlers — like we do (ages two and four) — this resort is absolutely for you. There were kids everywhere, and so many activities specifically designed for little ones. They really cater to families. What I loved most is that they also balance it beautifully for parents. There’s an adults-only section, and they offer a daycare/kids club with tons of activities, so you can actually enjoy a fancy dinner or some quiet time while your kids are having fun. The staff was amazing. The resort itself was beautiful. We honestly weren’t there long enough to explore everything because it’s a large property with so much to do. One thing I really want to mention — please tip the staff. They work incredibly hard, and what they’re paid is simply not enough for everything they do. Their kindness, energy, and service truly make the entire experience special. A little extra appreciation goes a long way and is very well deserved. Hands down, this is the best resort I’ve been to — and I usually like trying different ones. This one is truly top-notch.

We had a wonderful stay at Paradisus Playa del Carmen. The resort is beautiful, the rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. The quality of the food was also excellent. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants, and everything we tried was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. What impressed us most was the customer service, especially whenever we had a question or a problem. The staff responded quickly, listened carefully, and handled everything professionally and kindly. It made us feel cared for and relaxed during the whole trip. The overall atmosphere, service, cleanliness, and food quality made this a very memorable vacation. We would happily return and definitely recommend Paradisus Cancun.

Amazing service. From check in to all the servers, everyone greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome. The rooms were large well kept and very clean and luxurious. I love their lotions and their care packages. It was a added touch that also made you feel welcome. Room service was excellent and we hot breakfast every day. The pool was small but well maintained. The beach and ocean were sadly full of sargassum. Crews did the best to clean but mother nature won. Sam at the boat aqua club was awesome and took us to clean water on the catamaran and we were able to swim. Food here is great. The buffet is small but the restaurants have great variety. The sushi restaurant was the best. Kids will be spoiled with a lot candy and the ice-cream is amazing. Only negative is most of the lobby area and where shows are isn't air conditioned and there are no fans. So it gets HOT. Also a couple of power outages happened. Regardless it was an amazing stay and we will be back.
