The no smoking was the best part! Honestly, the smoke in the casinos was too much. I definitely prefer the no smoking atmosphere. Hotel itself was very nice, modern and clean. Some rooms need some TLC (seems the lower floor rooms are more scuffed than the higher level). We went from 26th to 8th floor (problem in the room on the final night) and there was a difference even though the decor was identical. The service, however, was top notch. On a side note, Park MGM, if you don’t make Rosa (your croupier) a pit boss you are missing a beat. We love and fear her. She is the perfect combination of dry sarcasm, fear and politeness. It was great to have Eataly there, we love Turin so it is a nice little treat. Great gambling, learned about craps at their 11am lesson. The tram to Bellagio is a big bonus, makes everything all the more accessible. Overall, excellent stay. If we go back, definitely staying there!

Pretty nice looking hotel. I had a parking issue as I was just there visiting some friends in town. But the staff was amazing, got free parking. Even the guests were really nice. They kept asking for my autograph. Not really sure why, but there was a basketball tournament in town and people usually think I'm the tall light skin guy from the San Antonio Spurs. So like anyone else would do, i signed'em. To Bud, your friend EW.

We are MGM rewards members and really enjoy utilizing the VIP check in and check out. We did not know as veterans we could still use this even though we are Pearl status. Shenee plucked us out of the long desk check in line AND got us into a room ahead of the normal check in time. Kudos to her! Room 15306 was pretty cool. Minimalist, loved the red decor. We love this location, in the middle of everything! Primrose, Betty’s Grill are both fantastic. Carlos at Primrose was a superb server!

Great location, convenient, lots of food options. Non smoking made it all even better. Stayed in NoMad section, rooms were nice and spacious. Only negative was no fridge, this was done in favor of the mini bar fridge, a fridge can be rented for 75 which seemed excessive, so we filled the extra sink with ice...

I'm a blackjack player, and my trips are almost always just about that. That makes this a difficult review to write. In most ways, Park MGM is a phenomenal resort. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and make me feel wanted. It's the only smoke-free casino on the strip. The spa was incredible. Just awesome. There were two issues. The first is minor: I had a Nighthawk suite. It's bathroom wasn't as nice as the bathroom in a regular room at Mandalay Bay. It's floor plan is meh. Instead of walling off the bedroom, giving you the added privacy you'd expect from a suite, the foyer is instead what's walled off. The foyer has no tables, chairs, etc. That results in wasted space. Not the end of the world. The second problem will keep me from going back. In my first four hours of blackjack, I won $1,150 on a $2,500 bankroll. Even by my standards, that's remarkable. However, I was constantly taking with other players, so there's no way I could have been counting cards, and how else could I be cheating? (Note: Card counting should NOT be considered cheating.) Nevertheless, one of the pit bosses made inappropriate comments towards me, constantly delivered dirty looks, and even made another player uncomfortable by suggesting I was cheating. This is unacceptable to me, but if it isn't the sort of thing that affects you, then by all means, stay at the Park MGM. You'll love it. I, however, will be highly unlikely to return. A single, unprofessional pit boss can overshadow the positive experiences I had with literally every other member of the staff. (Note: The casino chief called me to apologize personally, which is a nice touch.)
