I liked the Park MGM. Its a very good middle-ish tier strip hotel. The location is excellent right next to T-Mobile arena. It has plenty of dining options including Eataly and the Crackshack. It is not too fancy but its definitely nice. The rooms are basic. Comfy beds and excellent showers. They have a couple pools which are good. The best part of the whole joint is the Haus of Gaga. She's the best and its worth checking out if you stay at the hotel or are just passing through

Very happy with our stay here. Rooms were clean and well cared for. Most importantly, it was easy to get in and out of the hotel from parking. Staff was helpful and kind. There were not endless casino's and shopping areas on the way in to the room. We could park and get to our room in under five minutes. This was especially helpful, as we were working hard and very tired. The shower power was out of this world! Legit heaven on earth. Also, great value for dollar. At one point we accidentally touched something from the wet bar and were worried we would be charged. We called the front desk and they confirmed all was well. That is a huge plus given how finicky these Vegas casino's can be. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and left very impressed with this hotel. The hotel is completely non-smoking inside it and the casino areas and you could really tell the difference in air quality between here and other casinos on the strip. The room was a good size, but know going in there is no in room fridge or coffee maker, so plan your snacking and caffeine needs around those two limitations. The bed was very comfortable and the blackout curtain system is top notch allowing some very easy sleeping in after a day of walking, walking, and more walking. Eatly is hosted here also which accounted for most of our non-reservation based food purchases and the tram to Aria and Belaigio was fantastic and very easy to use. The next time we plan a trip to Vegas, this will be our preferred hotel!

The rooms are outdated and not comfortable at all. Room service skipped our room, I called to have someone clean the room and they never sent anyone. I wouldn’t go back but the location is great. Most of the dealers hate their lives and make your gambling experience unpleasant. There is a lot of food option but the prices are ridiculous. Your best bet is Lala noodle combo special of the day. It changes daily. There is 3 pools, 1 adult only. It’s quiet and clean. The pool was awesome, chairs were comfortable.

There were several issues. First, the pool/hot tub I used last time and really enjoyed was closed. I was told it was open until March. But it was already closed by February 26 when I arrived. Second, there were no robes in our two rooms as there were during our last stay. I didn’t bring one and don’t care to walk through public areas in a swimsuit. Third, the hot water was out in one of the rooms Friday evening. It was near bed time and too late to call for service, so we had to take a cold shower. Finally, and actually quite disturbing was a picture on the wall of one of our rooms. It showed a young, underage girl scantily clothed, who looks frightened and unsure, and appears to be being coaxed into a vehicle. I have a young daughter and given the concerns about trafficking of children, I feel the photo is completely inappropriate. It bothered me throughout my stay. I strongly encourage management to remove that photo from room 306 on Floor 10. This was our second trip to Las Vegas and the Park MGM. However, given these issues it is unlikely I will return. And, sadly, I feel it appropriate to warn others through social media that there likely are better hotel options than the Park MGM.
