We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We received a warm welcome and it’s non-smoking is always a possitive. The value for money was excellent. the room size was great for 3 people.We liked the Decor even if it is a little out dated( felt in the 80's) We used the Gym a bit small for such a big hotel. We used the pool and was a great. Only down side was the water presure and the AC was very noisy

We have been staying at this hotel for many years, since it was still the Monte Carlo Hotel, and we have always had a very pleasant experience during our stays. Unfortunately, this year we have stayed here twice and both times we had disappointing experiences. The first time, the bathtub was clogged while we were showering, and the water started overflowing onto the bathroom floor. The sink was also leaking, so we had to ask to be moved to another room. The second time, the overhead shower had almost no water pressure. Only a few drops of water came out, and it was extremely uncomfortable. It would take us up to 45 minutes just to shower. In previous years, the showers had excellent water pressure and taking a shower felt like being at a spa—it was so relaxing and enjoyable. Management really needs to pay attention to the condition of this hotel. It feels like the property is being neglected, and that is very disappointing for longtime guests like us. We truly hope management takes these issues seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

I liked the Park MGM. Its a very good middle-ish tier strip hotel. The location is excellent right next to T-Mobile arena. It has plenty of dining options including Eataly and the Crackshack. It is not too fancy but its definitely nice. The rooms are basic. Comfy beds and excellent showers. They have a couple pools which are good. The best part of the whole joint is the Haus of Gaga. She's the best and its worth checking out if you stay at the hotel or are just passing through

Yesenia at the front desk is really friendly and personable! It’s refreshing to get some actual customer service in this city, as Vegas for the most part typically ignores that component of the guest experience as of late. That said, Park MGM has always been great for me, and it’s one of my favorite properties on the strip. Smoke free, cold AC, and great staff like Yesenia.

Fantastic fun filled birthday stay at Park MGM!! Thank you Park MGM for making my 46th birthday memorable! Easy check in with friendly, courteous staff, great location on the strip, nice room, comfortable beds, loved the decor, nice shower/pressure and the nice red tone vibes inside the bathroom, plenty of stuff to do, direct tram access to Bellagio and back, easy in/out parking (loved the easy access to Frank Sinatra drive on the backside) awesome nightclub in "On The Record". Loved the art there including the old boom boxes, cassettes and lighting & was digging at the music played (especially for 90s-2000s hiphop R&B). Time went by way too fast. Didn't get to sample as much eats at Park since we did most of our dining with a super quick walk to NYNY. This was our first stay here but remember being at a event at this location 20 years ago still being the Monte Carlo. Love all the upgrades! Better than ever! Won't hesitate to stay here again. Also fun random moments, each time we drove in or out, when we get to Bruno Mars Dr, "I Just Might" randomly played on the radio! Lol Good times!! Cheers!
