Park MGM Las Vegas

Park MGM has become my favourite resort in Las Vegas, and my most recent stay only reinforced that opinion. What makes this property special isn't extravagant luxury or flashy attractions, but its atmosphere, consistency and, above all, its people. The staff are genuinely friendly, attentive and welcoming, and there's a noticeable pride in how the resort is operated. The smoke-free environment is a tremendous advantage, and I particularly appreciate the property's relaxed, understated character. It's a welcome contrast to the noise and overwhelming crowds found at many other Strip resorts, without sacrificing an excellent location or access to dining and entertainment. Our accommodations were excellent, and the Atelier Suite was a wonderful setting for our family visit. Dining at Bavette's and Best Friend was another highlight. I also appreciate the attention paid to cleanliness and maintenance throughout the property. Even minor housekeeping matters in public areas seem to receive prompt attention. Park MGM may not appeal to everyone, particularly those looking for an enormous, high-energy casino resort. But for travellers who value genuine hospitality, a comfortable atmosphere, excellent dining and a well-run property, I cannot recommend it highly enough. It's a resort that has earned my loyalty, and one I look forward to returning to.

Nice rooms at a good price for the set up and space. The amenities and food options are great. The floor layout is nice in that you can easily get to the rooms from the lobby and not have to walk through the casino. It is smoke free and the air quality is good. The staff was also super nice and helpful.

If you suffer from dust allergies do not come here. Absolutely disgusting. Rooms are not well maintained. Rooms are warm as hell and the thermostat does not go to as low as it says. Room service doesn't work. Tried the app. Tried scanning the QR code. Tried using their website. The TV says you can order from the TV. Wrong. Just push the room service button on the TV remote. It doesn't exist. If you try to call from the room phone it will tell you to use the app or scan the QR code. Was told dialing x33340 on our in room phone would take us to room service. Not true. Called the front desk to see if they could provide guidance on what I was doing wrong. Walked her through everything and she told me she doesn't know. I ask if she had the ability to speak with someone from room service to see if there was a glitch. Nope. So I let her know I guess we will have to go elsewhere for breakfast. She said ok. What a complete disappointment this place has been.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **Absolutely incredible experience at Park MGM and Dolby Live!** We were at Park MGM on September 26 for the **Sammy Hagar concert**, and what an amazing night! From the moment we arrived, everything about the property impressed us. Park MGM is an incredible resort, and Dolby Live is an outstanding concert venue. The atmosphere, layout, staff, sound, and overall production made the entire night feel like a first-class experience. And then there was **Sammy Hagar**—what a show! The energy in that place was unbelievable, and Dolby Live was the perfect venue for it. It was one of those concert experiences we'll be talking about for a long time. Park MGM has done an incredible job creating a place where you can spend the entire evening enjoying yourself. Beautiful property, fantastic entertainment, great atmosphere, and an incredibly convenient location. We honestly can't say enough good things about our experience. Our only complaint—and it's a small one compared with everything else—was the **$20 beers inside the concert**. 😳 That's definitely Vegas pricing! 😂 But even that couldn't take away from what was otherwise an absolutely fantastic night. **Five stars all day long!** If you're coming to Las Vegas for a concert, Dolby Live at Park MGM is absolutely worth experiencing. We can't wait to come back! 🍻🎸🤘

I had a wonderful experience at Park MGM, and I want to recognize a few outstanding team members who truly went above and beyond! First, a huge thank you to Jerry Moreno from Maintenance for providing exceptional service while assisting with an issue with my room curtains. Jerry was incredibly hospitable, professional, and customer-centric. His attentiveness and willingness to ensure everything was taken care of truly exemplify excellent hospitality. I also want to give a very special shout-out to Ru at the pool! She was absolutely PHENOMENAL! Her energy, attentiveness, and exceptional customer service made my poolside experience even more enjoyable. If you're visiting Park MGM and planning a pool day, do yourself a favor and ASK FOR RU! She is absolutely the BEST! And let's not forget the bartender! Unfortunately, I didn't catch his name, but he was equally amazing and contributed to such a fantastic poolside experience. It's team members like Jerry, Ru, and the bartender who truly elevate the guest experience and make a property memorable. I highly recommend Park MGM for a wonderful stay, exceptional hospitality, and an amazing poolside day in Las Vegas! Thank you to the entire team for making my visit so enjoyable. I'll definitely be back! 🌴☀️🍹
