The location is excellent; however, the cleanliness of the hotel is very poor. The bathroom amenities were incomplete. For example, there were no cotton pads available. In addition, after room cleaning, the bathroom amenities were not replenished and had to be requested every time. The soundproofing is extremely poor. We could clearly hear noise from the hallway, outside the room, and from neighboring rooms. On one occasion, housekeeping entered our room while we were sleeping, which was very uncomfortable and unacceptable. We also booked a room for two people with a King Bed. However, upon arrival, we were given a room with two separate beds. When we requested the King Bed that we had booked, we were told that we would need to pay extra for a higher room category. It was not even possible to combine the two beds because the bedside tables were fixed to the wall between them. This was very disappointing, especially since the bed type was one of the reasons we chose this booking. The breakfast was very good overall. However, there was one staff member preparing omelets who appeared to have a very poor attitude toward guests. Unfortunately, I do not remember his name. During my 7-day stay, I only saw him once. He was slightly older than the other staff members working at the omelet station. The room furniture is heavily worn out, and the towels are not practical, as there is no medium-sized towel available. Despite the building, rooms, furniture, and amenities being old and outdated, guests are still required to pay a security deposit. Overall, the location is the hotel’s strongest advantage, but significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, maintenance, room quality, and service standards. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Wonderful experience at Phuket Graceland Resort We stayed here from 4th April to 7th April, and everything was excellent. The location is perfect—everything is nearby and easily accessible. The swimming pools are amazing, definitely one of the highlights of the property. The breakfast was great, though vegetarian options are a bit limited for those who don’t eat eggs. Hospitality was excellent throughout our stay. A special mention to the receptionist KITTIMA , who guided us very well and made sure our luggage was safely taken care of in the lobby after checkout, as our flight to India was late at 10:30 PM. Also, the bike rental available within the hotel campus is very convenient. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended

​I recently stayed at Phuket Graceland Resort and had a decent experience overall. It has a lot of great perks, though there are a few areas that could use improvement. ​Location: Fantastic. It’s a very quiet and peaceful resort, yet it is incredibly close to the beach. You get the best of both worlds—easy beach access without the loud noise. ​Facilities & Ambience: The resort is a bit older, but it still looks great. Everything is well-maintained and highly functional, retaining a nice classic charm despite its age. ​Breakfast: The breakfast spread was okay—standard resort fare, decent selection, but nothing overly extraordinary. ​The Room (Ground Floor Warning): I stayed in a room on the first floor. Unfortunately, I had a major issue with mosquitoes throughout the entire night. If you are staying on the lower levels, I highly recommend bringing bug spray or asking the front desk for an electric mosquito repellent.

Graceland Phuket Resort is located across the road from Patong Beach, with many many shops, restaurants, 7-11 shops within a short walking distance. We had an upgrade to a second floor balcony room overlooking the swim up pool bar and it was fantastic. From the moment we entered the resort, from security at gates to door person to reception staff and porters, it was very clear they are exceptional with regard to hospitality. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable . Every staff member we encountered were very friendly and attentive . We cannot fault any of the services we used from the spa , buffet breakfast ( fantastic) , room service, on site coffee shop, gift shop and the swim up pool bar staff were fantastic. The cleaners work very hard and do a top notch service of cleaning rooms . This was our first trip to Thailand and we absolutely love Phuket and the Thai people. Only issue we had was leaving the resort to go home after only one week 😩 We have rebooked already for next year in the sunset wing ( pool access room) for 2 weeks and can’t wait to return. Big appreciation to all the staff at Graceland for their dedication and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service 🙏 Leah & Phil

It's our first time in Phuket, the hotel is actually pretty nice, although it's a bit old. The good: location is great, right across from Patong beach. There are 6 outdoor pools to choose from. Service is great, most staffs are friendly. The bad: there's no dedicated smoking areas. Seems like people can smoke anywhere, by the pool, on the balcony... it's hard to escape from the smokers. 😔 Breakfast is the same everyday during our 7-night stay.
