My room 1422 date from 3 to 6 july My stay at graceland resort Hotel in Phuket was absolutely amazing. The hotel is beautiful in every detail; the rooms are elegant and extremely clean, and the design is tastefully done. The staff are incredibly helpful and polite, always quick to meet the needs of the guests. What stood out to me most was the staff member kanika. She was absolutely wonderful—always smiling, so kind, and eager to help us. She gave me a fantastic room upgrade on the same day, and I was so happy and grateful for that. Honestly, this hotel is a model of excellence, and I thank kanika and the entire team for making my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for .a luxurious experience in Phuket

We have been staying at Gracelands Resort for a few years now. It is a great resort with many pool options and many amenities to choose from. A special mention to the entertainment team (Dino, Asha and Kelvin), they have been fantastic and a lot of fun for all ages. Extremely friendly, helpful and fun. Thabk you guys and keep doing what you do best.... ENTERTAIN! On a side note, the hotel does need some refreshing and fixing up as its starting to show its age.

Stayed here for 2 weeks. Immaculate resort. Immaculate location situated directly across the road for patong beach. The resort itself has massive pools all around the resort. Very nice rooms , restaurants and everything you need to have a relaxing stay. Close to the action however far enough away to enjoy a good night's sleep and not hear the 3am leftovers from Bangla rd. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. The reception was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, helpful, and cooperative. A special thank you to Paul, who was incredibly helpful and kind. His generosity and excellent treatment truly touched us. 🙏🏻 If I visit Thailand again, this will definitely be my first choice. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ One small note: I hope the breakfast could include more Arabic breakfast options.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we checked out, every member of the team made us feel genuinely welcome. The reception, hospitality, service, and farewell were all outstanding. What impressed us the most was the care and kindness shown when my wife became ill. The team immediately arranged for her to see a doctor and supported us throughout the situation. We will never forget their compassion and professionalism. A special thank you to Ms. Kannika, Ms. Pear, Ms. Kauai, and Ms. Tarn. Your kindness, dedication, and sincere care made our stay truly memorable. You are a wonderful team, led with excellence, and you deserve the highest appreciation. We highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.
