  • Breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche or La Brioche (7am to 10am)
  • Late breakfast at the Mediterranean Restaurant (10am to 11pm)
  • Lunch at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine or Zum Kaiser (12.30pm to 2.30pm)
  • Snacks at the Beach Bar at Dana Beach Resort (12pm to 2.30pm), Club MC (12pm to 5pm), Aqua Park Restaurant (12.30pm to 2.30pm) and La Brioche Café (3pm to 5pm)
  • Dinner at the Mediterranean Restaurant, Tagine, Zum Kaiser, Le Marche, L’Asiatique and Alfredo (6.30pm to 9pm) or La Brioche (6.30pm to 9.30pm)

A great place for families to go together as a group. Children over 4 are well catered for, we went with a baby of 16 months and not being able to go on the slides with her was illogical. We saw a few parents very frustrated with this rule. The children’s pools with the slides were very cold. So not ideal either. An indoor younger children’s play area would’ve been great for us. Food and cleanliness could not the faulted. The staff were lovely, so friendly and helpful and the rooms were great. The slides were great, a lot of fun and plenty to keep our older children and adults entertained. Loved the all inclusive vibe with the snack bars open during the day, the pizzas, crepes and kebab meats were awesome.

It has been an amazing 12 days holidays. The room service ( especially Mohamed Farrah- he service the room daily and went above and beyond to make sure we have what we need, made toys out of towels for our 4 years old daughter , she was so happy seeing the eleganta and the Santa prezent he left her on Xmas eve. He is a genuine and funny persons made our stay even more special) The food especially the BbQ was amazing every lunch and dinner was available to most of the restaurants. There are many restaurants to eat at all included on our all inclusive oprien we've booked. On the Beech especially Niamh had helped us to get here on a almost last minute booking and she handled everything so nice and made everything so clear. Thank you! I want to thank the staff at the Neverland restaurants, pools and the ferry park , the safety and security has been always so nice, kind and attentive. For everyone thinking that going to a country like Egypt please know that people are kind and happy to receive you. Everyone has treat us with a smile, some jokes and great admosfere, they went above and beyond to make sure we are happy at the Neverland. The Xmas Eve event was very nice organized and included aswell. We are going to miss the New Year Eve party but we had an amazing time, is a grate place for family with kids.

Cannot explain how good this resort is. Very family friendly, clean and top notch service! Over 10 restaurants to eat from and a good variety. Loved the fresh BBQ's done daily alongside the restaurants. Theme park for the kids, never mind the endless pools and slides for the whole family. Highly recommend as an all inclusive resort.

Amazing resort for a brilliant holiday 👏 😀 the resort is full of activities for all the ages. We had the best time there. Lots of fun to do for all the ages. The cleanliness is amazing. The staff is really friendly and professional. We stayed over the new year time and the party was brilliant and included in the price. My husband and I visited Egypt for the first time and stayed at Neverland & Jungle Aqua Park. Overall, the resort itself was fantastic. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, the entertainment was excellent, and most of the staff members throughout the hotel were friendly, helpful, and truly made our stay enjoyable. However, the reception experience was disappointing. Despite having around six or seven receptionists, the area felt chaotic—phones ringing constantly, passports scattered across the desks, and very little organisation. We had a simple question, yet it took around 20 minutes before anyone was available to speak with us. The staff seemed eager to move guests along as quickly as possible, which didn’t create a welcoming first impression. During the trip, I also experienced severe stomach pain. The pharmacy staff at the resort were wonderful and did their best to help, though the medication they provided unfortunately didn’t relieve my symptoms. I then visited the clinic next to the pharmacy. The first thing I was asked was where I was from, and upon saying the UK, I was immediately told the consultation fee would be €200, not including medication. This felt very much like a rip-off, as if the price was determined based on nationality rather than any standard rate. On a positive note, the food around the resort was generally good, and the gentleman running the outdoor BBQ station was excellent—the food he prepared was delicious. The resort grounds were spotless, and the atmosphere throughout was lovely. The only other downside was the drink selection, which felt quite limited compared to what we expected. In summary, the resort itself is amazing with great staff in most areas, excellent entertainment, and very clean surroundings. However, the reception experience and clinic pricing left a negative impression. With improvements in those areas, this could easily be a perfect holiday destination.
