OUTSTANDING!! From the moment we arrived, we received excellent service from the Valet Staff to the Front Desk. Alisa, was AMAZING!! She took the time to inquire about our plans/stay and provided us with helpful information. We were truly BLESSED by meeting her and she made our stay a one to remember!!! The golf course was absolutely beautiful, and the staff at the club were great! Our trip was for Disney, but it was very nice to know that after long days at the park, we had a beautiful and very well kept resort to come back to! And the access to delicious food at the resort was a godsend! We are already making plans to return early next year to enjoy the pool and spa!

OMGOODNESS, what a fantastic stay we had at this resort. First time at this resort and it was BEAUTIFUL. We felt like we were stepping into a storybook from the grand layout, beautiful Christmas tree in lobby, lighted palms along the drive up, 2 large pools and amazing staff. Everyone was eager to accommodate our stay and grant any requests. We celebrated our Anniversary on this stay and will be going back soon. You won't be disappointed ❤️

Loved staying at Rosen Shingle Creek last December. Room was clean and had a good view, the hotel itself is very conveniently located and had anything you may need. There are several swimming pools, arcade, restaurants and little market. Breakfast buffet was hands down one of the best buffets we've ever enjoyed. The only issue we had was with a group of guests who checked in very late/early morning and were extremely loud. We called FD and were just told that they just checked in and nothing can be done, we eventually had to ask the guests to be quiet and they apologized. This is a very large hotel and this could have been handled much better, they could have all been assigned rooms that were beside each other and further from other guests or a team member could have stopped by to ask them to be respectful of other's resting. We still loved our stay and enjoyed it very much and will probably be back.

I typically don’t wrote reviews, but I felt I had to with this hotel. I had never heard of this hotel until I was looking for a quick weekend get-away and found it through AARP travel services. What a pleasant surprise. This grand hotel had everything you could possibly ask for. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful. The room was clean and well appointed and had a spectacular view. I will definitely return to this hotel on my next stay in Orlando.

In my experience, Rosen Shingle Creek did not offer good value for the total cost of the stay. The room itself was a standard size and clean, but once everything added up, the overall experience didn’t feel worth the price. Breakfast was $30 per person, parking wasn’t included, and there were no courtesy shuttles. Since it isn’t a Disney hotel, I also had to pay Disney parking separately. For a family of four, breakfast alone would be $120 per day, which is a lot on top of the nightly rate. Even basic conveniences added unexpected costs. Laundry was $6 to wash and dry, and you need to download an app just to use the machines. When I asked for change, only $2 was offered, which wasn’t helpful. Arriving to the room with no complimentary water, no small snacks, and no drinks was disappointing as well. Even on-site complimentary coffee wasn’t available, which I found surprising for a hotel in this price range. Service and communication also felt inconsistent. Staff were slow to respond to simple requests, and it took several attempts just to get transferred to an on-site restaurant. The hotel doesn’t sell Disney tickets or help with planning, making things less convenient for a Disney-focused trip. Overall, for a single-night stay, especially if you don’t plan to use parking or eat on-site, it might be fine. But for a longer stay with a family, my experience was that it didn’t offer good value, and I would choose another hotel next time.
