This hotel is absolutely outstanding from restaurants to the numerous pools. You'll surely find something for everyone here. The staff are outstanding and pleasant. The buffet is delicious. There is so much to explore. I originally gave 4 stars, but after exploring and the hotel responding to my original post I gave this review five stars.

Everything about this place is top notch. You just have to balance the price and it is large and expansive valets expensive. Maybe $30. I think it was $36. Self parking doesn't really get you close to your room, but overall if you're on vacation just splurge and valet Park have them bring stuff to the room. Enjoy the pool in the backyard and maybe go golfing

Checked in on 06/30 for a company event and 4th of July celebration vacation. Had a gorgeous view of the landscape and pool area. My wife and I started hearing wierd noises over our head. Called guest services to find out they were doing construction on the floor above us. We were told this construction would start at 11:00am and end at 6:00pm. The very next morning they started hammering and sawing at 08:00. Called guest services again to be told it was a mistake and wouldn't happen again. They wanted to relocate me to another room overlooking the parking area. After refusing to relocate, I was assured that the workers wouldn't start construction until 11:00am and end at 6:00pm. Guess what, the construction starts at 08:00 every morning! This was our second and last time staying at this resort. We had planned to stay until after the July 4th celebration. My wife is packing now (0900 on Thursday 07/02) to go home!

5/18- UPDATE: They offered a refund after seeing my review. Thank you for offering to make it write. I have updated my rating. Thanks. 5/16- Overall, the hotel itself was okay, but for the amount of money spent, the experience was disappointing. The biggest issue was the spa experience. I paid around $300 for a massage and honestly felt like I was being massaged by a student rather than an experienced professional. At that price point, I expected a much higher quality service. I also brought my concerns to management. They were polite and seemed open to hearing the feedback, but nothing was done to make the situation right. It felt like a missed opportunity to show good customer service after a poor experience. Additionally, I ordered a salad with grilled chicken and it arrived covered in Caesar dressing. When I asked for plain chicken instead, I was told they didn’t have any, yet I was still charged for the meal even though I couldn’t eat it. Overall, not an awful stay, but definitely not worth the money spent, especially when it came to service and how issues were handled.

We had a very enjoyable stay and were highly satisfied with everything the hotel had to offer. The accommodations were comfortable and thoughtfully designed, especially since our stay included our baby. We appreciated the range of amenities, including the pools, restaurants, a convenient market, and especially the guest self-service laundry facilities. We would gladly recommend this hotel and look forward to our next stay!
