Beautiful resort and excellent service, many amenities and not so large you get lost in. Very good on site restaurants and bars, gathering places. Very well maintained property and superbly managed. Rooms could use updating but still very comfortable. You can stay on site and find plenty to do but other attractions aren't far away. Very close to the airport and interstate. Highly recommend

Amazing stay! Couldn’t go wrong with the huge pools and tons of restaurant choices. Also rooms were spacious and super clean. What blew me away was the service. I left my necklace behind in the room, called the next day they were able to locate it and shipped it back to me for free! Rosen Shingle Creek exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with stunning views that made it hard to leave each morning. The pool facilities were outstanding — plenty of fresh towels, convenient water stations, and a brilliant pool bar that kept the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. We had a lovely poolside lunch and drinks at CatTails, which was perfect for a sunny afternoon. The true standout of the trip, though, was Cala Bella. The food, service, and overall experience were absolutely incredible and easily the highlight of our stay. Breakfast each morning was another pleasant surprise. The buffet offered a very good variety and excellent value, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, Rosen Shingle Creek delivers comfort, quality, and exceptional service in every area. We would definitely revisit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

This place is a true hidden gem! Part of me wants to tell everyone about this resort, and part of me wants to keep it all to myself 😄. From the moment you arrive, it’s absolutely breathtaking — the property is huge and instantly puts you in awe. Self-parking is available, and you can also pull up next to valet for about 15 minutes to check in, which was super convenient. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the front desk staff was incredibly kind. I was even given a top-floor room with a pool view — and wow, the view is to die for. The resort offers 15 restaurants, 4 heated pools, and towel service is provided. I was in the pool just yesterday and it was perfect. Everyone on the property is friendly and welcoming. Special thank you to manager Celeste and Caroline for truly looking out for me — the level of care and accommodation here is unmatched. Whatever you need, they are on it. The location is ideal — right in the heart of everything you’d want to see or do. I will note that the rooms are slightly outdated, but nothing major and still very comfortable. And the best part? No resort fees! I’m definitely coming back and will only be booking this resort from now on. Don’t hesitate — book it! -A Clement

Honestly, I wasn't impressed. Maybe as a traveler who is not a fan of Orlando, this place just isn't for me. The going rate for water seemingly everywhere in this hotel and elsewhere is 4+ dollars. You have to pay for the gym - 10 dollars a day or 20 for the stay. Everything has a fee attached so good luck staying under budget - but that might just be an Orlando statement. The hallways feel like the backrooms. The rooms are fine from my experience, the bathrooms are nice and have good water pressure. The food was genuinely good and the prices matched most nearby restaurants and the staff was amazing and personable. Really it's just the fees and outrageous overcharging across the board. I know hotels are expensive, but you might as well buy your snacks at the airport because it's cheaper there! Or hike to the Publix across the "street" - an 8 lane Boulevard.
