Wow. Not sure where to start. Been coming to Roundhill for years , it’s hard to believe 25 years plus. This luxury resort is outstanding. It’s no surprise why the very elite choose to vacation. ( & some own villas ) here. The only thing better than the resort accommodations are the people. The people are so warm and friendly and while Jamaicans say no problem , they mean it. Just can’t name them all. Kingsley , Wade , Gavin , Trevor , Troy , Kevin, Shelle, the pool bar crew. Larry the leader , Delano , Ottis, De & David our life guard. Always watching to see if they can do anything to make your vacation better. Josef please keep up the exceptional work and also Mark. The food is incredible. Sorry for naming everyone. They all deserve mention. Stayed in Villa 25 Hosted and run by joy and Verona & Nerod,They have been taking care of this villa and property for years. They spoiled our family our entire stay. I honestly do not understand the hype behind this place. For the amount you pay here — easily $100–150 per person depending on drinks and appetizers — the experience was shockingly bad from start to finish. I’ve genuinely received better customer service from Chick-fil-A and even McDonald’s. The service was one of the worst parts. Our salad came out completely dry with no dressing, and after trying multiple times to get someone’s attention, the staff either ignored us or acted annoyed that we were asking for basic things. It felt like once they dropped the food off, we no longer existed. Water glasses stayed empty, dirty plates sat on the table forever, and nobody checked on us. For a restaurant charging premium prices, you expect professionalism, attention to detail, and at least decent hospitality. Instead, the staff seemed disorganized, uninterested, and completely disconnected from the dining experience. The food itself was mediocre at best and definitely not worth the price point. They dont even fill your water unless you bug them I don’t mind paying for expensive meals when the quality and service match the cost, but this felt like paying luxury prices for fast-food level service — except somehow slower and less attentive. Extremely disappointing experience overall, and unfortunately not somewhere I would recommend or return to.

So you through that drive from the airport was something to discuss. Hold that thought. The best is yet to come and the service and ambiance was definitely worth the wait. That welcome to drink and cold towel was definitely something only caring parents would think of. Where did my luggage go? No worries those luggage are already in your bedroom waiting for you: now that is excellent bell desk service.. Round Hill Hotel is on the ocean side with private villas and fabulous hotel block to suite your preference. I like the cosy room down the staircase to the left of the receptionist desk. It not quite a conference room but it definitely has that design and space for hosting your special or work place events. So you wanted to get married or celebrate an event. The gazebo or the beach has been the favorite for my pals Joan and Bruce . Ask about the local bread pudding or potato pudding, including the Red Forrest Cake and carrot cake. Did you know that the locals cook the carrots then, blend the carrots with that same water and they add a bit of the carrots roughage to the cake batter to give it that extra carrot taste. Also the same water used to cook the carrot is cooled then used in the carrot cake batter. Do give my compliments to the pastry chef. Round Hill Hotel and Villas is where you will taste real pastry, because the sugar is not the main ingredient in their pastry. GOLF LOVERS don't forget to get on the hotel shuttle to swing your club at nearby tryall golf course. I was glad that tipping was allowed. I left a few crisp USA note for my housekeeper, the Bell Hop and that hotel operator who I asked to ensure that I never overslept and missed my flight. The Villas are that home away from home paradise everyone keeps raving about. I definitely needed that quite space to write my manuscript. Josh my partner used the private space to run his company for two whole weeks, because we had personal cook housekeeper, gardener and nanny services we were pleased as can be. No the stay was not overly expensive. The service and facility matched our budget and pocket books thanks reservation Sales

Truly a stunning place with some of the most outstanding customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our villa ( Villa 6) had Ms. Angela, and she is, without a doubt, one of the best people I’ve ever met. She takes care of everyone with such warmth, always wearing the most beautiful smile, and her kindness shines through in everything she does. Not to mention, she’s an incredible cook! I absolutely fell in love with Round Hill because of Ms. Angela and her amazing service, but even more because of her genuinely beautiful heart. Of course, the property itself is top-tier, the villas, the views, the food, the grounds, the pools, the facilities, ecen the way thr property us laid out...everything is breathtaking. But what truly sets this place apart is the level of care and hospitality. Thank you, Ms. Angela, for making our stay so unforgettable!

Amazing luxurius hotel, I spent three nights at villa n. 10 (JFK stayed for holyday). The theme is really coloniale periodo, It has been built in the earlu 50'. The villa has 4 rooms, Wide space, private pool and service staff all a round a day, breakfast included. Near tò the beach there Is Maine Building including, restaurante bar and facilites. The staff Is so professional and gentle.
