Everything was perfect from start to finish. The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The property is beautiful, the rooms are spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, creating a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere. The staff provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel's location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the area. We truly had a wonderful experience. We would definitely return in the future and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service and a memorable stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights and will absolutely come back when we visit Bangkok again. Very modern, spacious and clean room. Kind and helpful staff. Just removed enough from the hubbub that it is not loud outside, but remaining very accessible to Terminal 21 and restaurants/shops. The pool was nice and the buffet breakfast was also a highlight with a huge selection of food and drinks! Thank you Samala for a lovely stay!

I had a wonderful stay at Samala Bangkok Sukhumvit 15. My room was kindly upgraded to a Premier Room, which was a lovely surprise. I initially thought breakfast was not included, but to my delight, it turned out that breakfast was included as well! The room was comfortable, spacious, and well maintained. The complimentary upgrade and breakfast made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Samala Bangkok, for the warm hospitality and thoughtful service. I would be happy to stay here again!

Staff were welcoming and friendly, and the rooms were clean. The King room was relatively small compared to other hotels in the same category. The breakfast selection changed daily. While the food was enjoyable, the overall quality did not quite meet the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The rooftop pool is beautiful, fewer sun beds as it’s a small space. 10 min walk to Terminal 21 shopping mall, I used their shuttle service too.

We stayed at this hotel for nine nights. Overall, the hotel is beautiful, and the staff were consistently very friendly and helpful. The doorman in particular was very attentive and always happy to help with our luggage or hold the door for us. Unfortunately, cleanliness was a major issue during our stay. We were on the 12th floor, where there was a strong musty smell both in the hallway and in our room. We noticed that other floors did not have this problem. The bed linen was repeatedly stained. Even when we asked for fresh sheets, some of the replacements still had stains, and we also noticed stains on some of the towels. The drawers with glass panels in our room were also visibly dirty and smudged. The pool was a pleasant surprise, it was much larger and nicer than we expected. The breakfast had a good variety, although it didn’t really suit our personal taste. That’s obviously subjective and not a major criticism. What we really appreciated was how quickly and kindly the staff responded whenever we mentioned an issue. Unfortunately, despite the beautiful hotel and excellent service from the staff, the repeated cleanliness and maintenance problems had a significant impact on our stay. With better cleaning and maintenance, this could be a really great hotel.
