I can't say enough about Sandals Negril. This was our first experience with Sandals. We are well seasoned travelers and have experienced many vacation facilities and Sandals Negril is hand down the best. The resort offers many onsite activities and the food throughout the various restaurants are superb. My hats off to the chefs! We enjoyed the variety of entertainment and the performers did an excellent job choreographing the routines. Regarding the staff, I want to say I have never experienced such professionalism. The staff knew us by name and made us feel like we have known each other for years.The staff would go above and beyond for us. I do want to point out two of them.. Anita and Trishun.. These two women I can't say enough about. Thank you for making our honeymoon an unbelievable time.

We are having the best time at Sandals Negril. There are alot of people to shout out, but let me start with Jermaine the camera man on the Cataraman Cruise. He made sure he captured every moment above and below water. He was working hard and setting us up for the best angles and memories. I have to shout out another gentleman. I called him my MVP and forgot his name. I am a first time snorkeler and he took very good care of us in the water. Kept us safe while snorkeling and made sure we got to and back from Rick's Cafe safely. I was the last to get back to our boat because I was waiting on my Jerk hamburger. This man bagged my burger and fries and carried it above his head as we swam through the water to get back to the boat. I've been amazed with ALL of the staff. They are truly 10/10!

Negril is a beautiful beach resort and I can totally understand why people love it but it is all about room location. If you have an ocean facing room, waking up to that view every morning would definitely lift your heart. Unfortunately we did not get the full experience due to the room we were given. Let me say firstly this was not the fault of Sandals Negril, it was due to South Coast not being ready to open in September, which was the original date given, meaning we had to be found an alternative for our 12 night stay and Negril was the only resort that had availability for our dates. Unfortunately there were only 2 rooms left, both facing the garden, one with a patio and one without. On arrival, from the very late UK flight, it would seem that we were not expected, although 2 couples arrived on the transport. It took a good 10 mins before we were offered a cold towel and a drink of choice, not a welcome drink, then showed to our room. Our room not only faced the garden, but also faced the road which was only a few metres away and the road traffic noise was so bad you could not hear yourself speak. We did change rooms the next day but unfortunately there were issues with the patio. We contacted Gina and then spoke to the Director of Guest Services, Cion Robinson-Bissett who was completely understanding of the situation and said she would try to find us an alternative room, but as a number of rooms were being renovated, it might take a few days. Cion was amazing and kept in daily contact with us, ensuring we were fine and keeping us abreast of the situation. We were eventually moved into a fantastic room for our last 5 nights and it felt that our holiday started then. Cion is definitely an asset to Sandals Negril, she was so understanding, caring and supportive throughout. She also sat with us at the VIP lunch and we had such a laugh. I also want to mention Ann-Marie, on Reservations who sorted out all our dinner reservations and also ensured that we had our meal choice at Bayside and an inside table at Sundowner, for our second visit. She is so helpful and such a lovely person. Food for us was a bit hit and miss. Brava and Sundowner were lovely and we ate there a couple of times. The front of house staff team and servers were so welcoming and friendly at both restaurants and I am sorry that I did not write down your names. You all deserve to be mentioned. Both times we went the food was good. It did surprise me that on a few occasions they had run out of items on the menu and some of the food served was just lukewarm. The best meals of the holiday were the two VIP lunches. The Chefs were outstanding and those meals were so delicious. Thank you 🙏 We spent all of our time at the beach, close to Perla and we have to praise the team there, in particular Trevolyn, who was not only very welcoming each day but also remembered your drink choices and Chantay, who was always joking and having a laugh with us. Such a wonderful team. All in all we had a lovely holiday, yes the room allocation for the first week did mar our enjoyment, but sitting on the beach just listening to the waves and chatting with the wonderful staff team really made up for that.

Sandals Negril is located along 7 mile beach which is a premium beach. The resort and views were spectacular and clean. The highlight was our butler service (we had Delroy & Brittany) they worked hard to make sure our experience was amazing . They handled everything from making reservations to bringing snacks and drinks to our room for the night. I highly recommend using the butler services. Our room was clean and refreshed daily by housekeeping and always a comfortable place to come back to once our day came to an end. The room we got was also amazing (8102). One of the nicer rooms we’d ever stayed in. The pool and pool atmosphere was excellent with live music, games, and a great swim up bar. We spent most of our days poolside enjoying the vibes and music. The only downside to Sandals Negril was our culinary experience. The food was fine (nothing spectacular but certainly adequate), but the restaurant service was lacking and often took hours to get in and out. At several points and in multiple restaurants we were left for at least 30 minute intervals in between apps and dinner. In a few cases (all within an hour of the restaurant closing) the server seemed annoyed that we even showed up and didn’t seem to want to serve us. Overall a great trip though! Will likely try to come back sometime. Jason

I just wanted to say that we had the best time this week at Sandals Negril! We loved the service, the room was enjoyable ( you aren’t in it much except to sleep) and the location was beautiful! I also wanted to make sure and give a shout out to the entertainers who make the week FUN!! I really wanted to say that Leon went above and beyond his duties on our first day there when my husband fell. Leon jumped right in to help him up. (He is handicapped). That was very kind of him. Thank you so much for making it a memorable experience. As far as our service at meals go, Joshua and Loyd made every meal enjoyable and we felt like we were at home! Great job once again Sandals!
