OMGOODNESS this place is the best. Best service, Best people. Best everything. I had such an incredible time and will remember it forever. I especially love the people. So polite, so caring and loving. I can't wait to return. Never have I felt so much love from so many. Oh and the food is great too. Dolphin Cove is a must and the catamaran/ snorkeling is top notch. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They have that personal touch that touches your heart. I want to give a special thank you to Cion and Sheldon, Patricea , Kenny, Travis, David and last but certainly not least Isreal. 100% One Love ❤️

We had an amazing time at Sandals Negril. We were there with another couple over the 4th of July. There were so many options for food and when we wanted special items the wait staff made it happen! Our room was great and cleaning and making up the room was done daily or more. The 4th of July celebration was so much fun from the foam party in the pool and USA decor in the pool to the Aerial show and fireworks! The entertainment staff was wonderful! Stephanie's amazing voice captivated everyone, the dancing shows by the staff and the singers was wonderful. I cant remember all the names but Shenise, Leon, Ashley and others were excellent. They have the best personalities. Shaneika kept the drinks flowing at the pool!

The resort is gorgeous and the staff is extra helpful and always ready to help. First time staying at a Sandals and it will not be our last. We came for a wedding and they made it as stress free as humanly possible. The staff is everywhere and always asking if you need anything. I only did 4 stars for the room because we stayed in the original section on the third floor, it needs some updating- but honestly the room is fine and the view is fantastic. The food is great, hard to get reservations at some of the places so plan ahead for that. The main pavilion is fantastic for breakfast, lunch and dinner though. You can get in there without reservations. Plenty to do and lots of beach to sit at or the pool(s) are good too. The sun comes up early (5am), so get your beach chair as soon as possible- put a towel on one and get a Bob Marley- those are fantastic! Sign up for the excursions too- glass bottom boat and snorkeling are great. Do the glass bottom boat early in your stay- they give a lot of info about the other options on and off the resort.

I can't say enough about Sandals Negril. This was our first experience with Sandals. We are well seasoned travelers and have experienced many vacation facilities and Sandals Negril is hand down the best. The resort offers many onsite activities and the food throughout the various restaurants are superb. My hats off to the chefs! We enjoyed the variety of entertainment and the performers did an excellent job choreographing the routines. Regarding the staff, I want to say I have never experienced such professionalism. The staff knew us by name and made us feel like we have known each other for years.The staff would go above and beyond for us. I do want to point out two of them.. Anita and Trishun.. These two women I can't say enough about. Thank you for making our honeymoon an unbelievable time.

Our stay at Sandals Negril was truly unforgettable from start to finish. We chose one of the swim-up rooms, and it was absolutely worth it. Having direct access to the pool just a step from our patio created the perfect balance of relaxation and luxury. The property itself is beautiful, but what really elevated our experience was the exceptional service throughout the resort, especially at the nearby restaurants where every meal felt special. However, the true standout of our trip was Asha Lee. What started as her being our waitress quickly turned into something much more. She went so far above and beyond that she honestly became part of our vacation family. She anticipated our needs, checked in on us even when she wasn’t assigned to us, and made sure every detail of our stay felt personalized and cared for. She might as well have been our butler. Her level of attention, warmth, and professionalism was that exceptional. One of the most memorable highlights of our trip was a birthday dinner on the beach. The setting was stunning; the sunset, the ambiance, the attention to detail; everything came together to create a magical evening that we will always remember. Put together by Asha Lee, of course. She made the most beautiful set up and covered it with an umbrella- so we could enjoy even in the light rain of the evening. We would absolutely return to Sandals Negril without hesitation, and next time we would even consider booking one of the butler suites; especially if we could request Asha Lee as our butler. She is a true asset to the resort and someone who made our experience genuinely extraordinary. Thank you, Sandals Negril, for an incredible stay and for team members like Asha Lee who make guests feel so welcomed and valued.
