We had an amazing time at Sandals Ochi! We were celebrating my bride to be's 50th Birthday, then got married and spent the rest of our stay honeymooning. They did a great job making each event special for us. They put us in the highest up ocean view with pool and butler villa so we had amazing views from the hillside of the entire area from both our semi-private pool and villa. This was our first time using the Butler service and with everything we were celebrating having them assist with all kinds of things was incredibly beneficial. Jason and Richard made everything special for us. Food was outstanding. The grounds are gorgeous. Service is top notch. The wedding services department was amazing. This location is awesome to me for what as I describe as a mountain beach with lush vegetation right up to the shoreline. Be mindful this is not your typical white sand super clear water experience but we wanted the best of both world's mountain and sea for our celebrations.

We are at Sandals Ochi celebrating our 20th anniversary. We have not had the resort experience in the 4 days that we’ve been here, until we ate at Valentino’s Italian restaurant. We were very lucky to have Ackeem as our server. Wow did this guy deliver the resort quality experience that we have come to expect at other resorts! He made our anniversary special and memorable! He should be teaching the other staff at Sandals Ochi how customer service and satisfaction is done! Sandals Ochi is lucky to have this man on your team! Bravo Ackeem, and thank you for making our night special!

This was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had while on vacation. The food was absolutely amazing, and the ambiance was beautiful, but what truly made our visit memorable was our waitress, Trishana. From the moment we arrived, Trishana was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. She made us feel welcomed, ensured we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make our dining experience exceptional. Her outstanding customer service, positive attitude, and attention to detail truly set her apart. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was wonderful, and thanks to Trishana’s exceptional service, this was an experience we won’t forget. If you’re ever in the area, this restaurant is a must-visit. We will definitely be back!

Ackeem was amazing at the Valentino’s, great service and the food is fantastic. I would like to add that Alicia at the main pool bar on the hill side is fantastic. She makes the best cocktails and was always looking out for us to make sure we had a drink in our hands. Amazing service. Finally, Khaeson and Natalee were our butlers for the 12 days we were here. They were punctual and attentive throughout and nothing was a chore. They made our holiday experience much more enjoyable than we could have asked for. I can’t see how anyone could get better service than this. Overall amazing holiday for our 40th birthdays and we will definitely be returning to sandals Jamaica.

We had a great time at Sandals Ochi on our couples trip! Unfortunately, it rained for most of the week, so we weren’t able to enjoy the water sports we had planned. Pros: The resort grounds were absolutely beautiful. I loved all the plants and flowers, and it was clear how hard the staff worked to keep everything clean after the storms. The rooms were nice and very clean, and room service did a great job tidying up every day. Kelly’s, Valentino’s, and Le Gourmand all had great food. The entertainment was amazing. The circus and drumming performances were highlights, and Lady Cher was an incredible singer at the Rabbit Hole. We enjoyed listening to her three different times during our stay. Cons: For the most part, the staff were very kind and welcoming. However, we did have a few interactions with staff members who seemed short or dismissive. As a young couple, we sometimes felt we weren’t taken seriously. While some comments may have been intended as playful or teasing, we frequently heard remarks about how we look like teenagers, which became uncomfortable over time. We are also hard of hearing, and some staff appeared annoyed when we asked for things to be repeated. Their voices were very soft, which made it even more difficult. One waiter at Valentino’s snapped at us and rolled their eyes several times, which was disappointing. Additionally, we chose not to drink alcohol on this trip. While we understand that this is uncommon at an all-inclusive resort, we felt judged at times and even noticed laughter when we declined alcohol. It would be nice if the resort offered more mocktail options or encouraged staff to be more accommodating and understanding of guests who choose to be sober. The resort is about a 90-minute drive from the airport, which can feel especially long after traveling by plane, so it’s something to keep in mind. Lastly, the resort is very large and may not be ideal for guests with physical disabilities. Getting around often requires shuttles, which I personally didn’t love. Overall, it was a really fun vacation. I just wanted to share some honest feedback and a few areas that could be improved.
