We go to Sandals Royal Plantation in Jamaica every July. We absolutely love it! The entire staff is amazing. Our butler's Gladstone and Sherill are top notch and our favorite who we call auntie Lorna that works in the gift shop is just the sweetest soul. We retied the knot while visiting this July and it was absolutely perfect. No better place to renew our vows than in paradise at our favorite resort with our Jamaica family! We love the entire staff at Royal and they are truly our Jamaica family.

We stayed for the first time in January 2026. It’s an 5 star, all inclusive, butler service resort. All rooms are suites. It’s a small adults only quiet resort. The hotel is beautiful, very clean, staff are very attentive and you want for nothing. It is very quiet in the evening which we like, you can use the bus service to go to the larger resort if you want more nightlife or restaurants. Highly recommended if you like to be pampered and like peace and quiet. If you like to party probably not for you.

Where do I even begin? This was our honeymoon trip, and it was truly a dream from start to finish. I honestly can’t think of a single negative thing to say about this resort. The ability to easily transfer to the larger resorts was a great bonus, the food was consistently delicious, and room service was incredibly fast. But what really made this experience unforgettable was the staff. From Omar greeting us by name every time he saw us, to the warm smiles and exceptional service from everyone in the restaurants, we felt genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The entertainment team—especially Alex and Brandon—kept the energy fun and engaging every day. A special thank you to our butlers, Richard and Duwaney, who went above and beyond for us. No request was too small—even tracking down a random oatmeal raisin cookie! Their attention to detail made us feel so special. And I can’t forget Shirley at the spa. After months of wedding planning, her massage and facial were exactly what I needed. Not only was the treatment incredibly relaxing, but she also gave me helpful advice for my dry skin that I’ve already started using. What makes this resort so special is its smaller size. It creates such a warm, family-like atmosphere while still delivering top-tier service and luxury. By the end of our trip, it truly felt like home. We will absolutely be back for our 5-year anniversary, our 10-year anniversary, and maybe even sooner if we win the lottery! Thank you to everyone who made our honeymoon such a beautiful and unforgettable experience.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that the entire team was genuinely invested in ensuring we had the most relaxing vacation possible in this tropical paradise. A few specific people made our stay truly unforgettable: * Omar (General Manager): We were blown away by how present Omar is. He seemed to be everywhere, greeting us by name and making us feel more like family than just guests. His leadership clearly sets the tone for the resort’s warm atmosphere. * Gladstone and Sheril (Butlers): These two are absolute professionals. They went above and beyond to anticipate and meet every single one of our needs, allowing us to truly let go of any stress. * Sequoia (Sales): Sequoia is hands-down the friendliest person we met. She made planning our next visits feel effortless and exciting—we already can’t wait to come back. * Kimmy (Bartender): A huge shoutout to Kimmy, who crafted the best Old Fashioneds we’ve ever had! If you are looking for a place where you are treated with genuine care and luxury, this is it. We left feeling completely rejuvenated.

We had an incredible experience at the Sandals spa and couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care we received from start to finish. Diana and Camille were our massage therapists and they were absolutely wonderful! They were skilled and genuinely focused on making sure we felt our best. We left feeling so much better than when we arrived, which is exactly what we hoped for. Tiffany at the front desk deserves a special shoutout. We had an issue with our appointment times, and rather than turning us away, she handled it gracefully and accommodated us without missing a beat. Samuel and Marcia were our spa attendants and did a great job showing us around and making sure we felt comfortable and oriented from the moment we walked in. The team also suggested some great products during our visit, but there was absolutely no pressure. Overall, the entire staff made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommend the spa at Sandals and if you’re lucky enough to get this team, you’re in great hands!
