Me & my partner have just returned from a week stay at this resort. We had the most amazing time. The hotel and scenery is beautiful. Everything is well kept & clean. Service was always amazing & welcoming. I’d like to leave a special thanks to Gretel on the entertainment team - she looked after us from our first day until our last and she was so helpful & informative, she made us feel welcome & got us included in activities we had never tried before - she is a true credit to the company. Another thanks to Ever who worked in the Market Cafe, he looked after us most mornings & was so welcoming & lovely. Alfredo from the Italian restaurant - He made our dining experience extra special and we couldn’t have asked for a better waiter. The concierge team were super helpful on the day we arrived & the day we left. And Nataly who was always able to answer any questions we had and inform us on all activities / events every day. Overall we had an amazing experience and a big part of that is due to the team being so helpful & welcoming. We would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back one day in the future!!

Spent 2 weeks at this resort and loved it! Bluewater Grill was the fantastic food and ambience and our favorite. Easy to find quiet if you want it but plenty of activities if you prefer to be active. Live singers most nights, 2 foam parties each week, plus silent disco, trivia, fire show and prehispanic show accompanied by dinner. E- team made this property shine, thanks to Gretel, Sebastian, Arturo, Samara, Enrique and Cristal, plus jhonny at beach club. Already booked for next year!

My wife and I went in February, and I am just now writing the review. Even now we're still in the after glow. We loved it. Absolutely loved it! The ambience is heavenly, the food is delicious, and the staff to a person was warm and authentic. Our room was spectacular, large airy and still cozy. We had a swim out. We didn't know we needed it in our lives. The design for the resort over all is top. The food: I had the best steak of my life at Bordeaux and immediately ordered a second and crushed it as quickly. The restaurant set amongst the grove of trees is inspired, absolutely magical. My favourite however was the breakfast/lunch eatery. The food was fresh and delicious, but the friendliness of the staff made it. Also, I worked out 3 times a day. The water spin class was a highlight and the gym is fantastic. We will definitely be back.

I was amazed by how good the customer service was. It genuinely felt like we had known these people from previous visits or like they were close friends. I know people say, “It’s their job to be polite,” but everyone in my group who interacted with staff—even during brief encounters—was made to feel welcome. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and has plenty of bars to choose from. The food was great, especially the authentic Mexican dishes offered during theme nights and inside the buffet area. There’s also a restaurant next to the main pool area, La Taqueria, that serves good hot dogs and quick finger foods. The specialty restaurants were good as well. Portofino was especially amazing, although portions were on the smaller side. For sushi lovers, the Japanese restaurant is worth trying too—I recommend sampling a few options first and then ordering more of what you like best. Now for the downside: the beach club wasn’t as great as advertised. It had a small pool, and unfortunately, the beach was closed during our visit in May due to excessive seaweed. Make sure to check the shuttle schedule when entering the beach club area because it doesn’t actually run every 30 minutes as advertised. Overall, I would rate this place an 8 out of 10. Having the beach open would have completed the full experience for us. Big shout-out to: • Carlos (bartender) •Hector (buffet area) • Timoteo (buffet area) • Itzel (massage therapist) •Hermenegildo (room service guy) These individuals truly stood out for being exceptional at what they do and going above and beyond.

Loved our experience! The best part of our 9 day trip was the entertainment team: Sam, Gretel, Sebastian and Enrique made everything so fun, we did almost every activity. Jeremiah by the main pool was my favourite bartender. Service was always amazing from everyone. The resort is beautiful and unique, our room exceeded our expectations, the restaurants were quite good. The only reason this is not a 5 star is because its very far to the beach (almost 30 minutes by shuttle) and there was a constant upselling of events and experiences (we were here for both Superbowl and Valentines Day, with prices exceeding what you would get off resort, so we went to do that instead). Its walkable to many restaurants and shops, and walking in the area felt quite safe. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
