Our stay at Secrets Resort Tulum was unforgettable — from the beautiful design of the property to the peaceful atmosphere, everything exceeded expectations. The food, the beach, and the overall vibe made this the perfect escape. What truly made our experience stand out was the customer service, especially from Lisbeth at the front desk. She helped us throughout our entire stay and consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Whether we had questions, needed recommendations, or required assistance, Lisbeth was always warm, patient, and genuinely attentive. Having someone so friendly and professional made us feel welcomed and cared for the whole time — she is an absolute asset to the resort! If you’re considering a trip to Tulum, I highly recommend staying at Secrets Resort. With breathtaking surroundings and incredible staff like Lisbeth, you’re guaranteed an amazing experience.

Let me start of by saying how surprised I am with all the reviews. I’m surprised to see the people are so picky about the littlest things. The only reason why I gave four out of five stars was because they have 12 pools at this resort, but no hot tubs. There was barely anyone in the pool because how cold the pool water was! We asked the receptionist if they had a hot tub and they mentioned no only in the spa which you would have to pay $400 USD per person to use the spa area. Overall, our stay was great at this resort. Every single server had a smile on their face, very polite and friendly! But they do give priority to preferred members. We were not forced about the time share presentation. They asked us once, and we politely said and no, and they never asked us again. I highly recommend the resort if you don’t care for the hot tubs. I’m naturally a very cold person so I couldn’t enjoy the pools. I do highly recommend the beach club! Which is included in the resort package. Beautiful water, excellent service and they have a free shuttle.

What truly stands out is the staff—they were extremely attentive at all times, making us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay. ​Dining: The food was a highlight! Both the lunch and dinner we had were delicious. The quality and taste were top-notch. The only minor point for improvement was the breakfast. While the food was good, it lacked variety; it was essentially the same offering every morning. ​Beach Club Experience: The beach club is excellent. The beach area was clean, and we felt very secure, thanks to the visible security. The beach club restaurant is also good, and the drinks offered are absolutely top-tier. ​Overall Experience: Outside of the small issue with breakfast variety, the entire experience was magnificent and we highly recommend Secreta Tulum for a luxurious and relaxing vacation.

I am editing my review from 0 to 5. At first my husband and I got a bad impression. Late check in and food is just not there yet. But given that this resort is two years old the staff understand they need more improvement for the al a carte and entertainment. I do want to say the fire show was the best evening so do not miss this show. I updated my rating because the staff are friendly and they truly try to give you a good experience so I guess just have patience. Nonetheless if you are looking for a good night out hit downtown Tulum restaurants.

The rooms are spacious and modern, with a beautiful mix of organic textures and minimalist luxury. Many have private plunge pools or large balconies overlooking lush greenery. The food is a highlight — fresh seafood, creative cocktails, and several à la carte restaurants that easily rival the best in Tulum. One thing to note: the main resort is not directly on the beach. The hotel offers a private Beach Club, which is a short shuttle ride away — stylish, serene, and perfect for spending the day by the ocean. Overall, Secrets Tulum Resort & Beach Club is a perfect escape if you’re looking for elegance, tranquility, and that modern-boho aesthetic. It’s not the typical loud, all-inclusive resort — it’s more of a hidden gem for those who appreciate detail, design, and peace. Definitely coming back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
