We had a wonderful stay at Sheraton El Gouna. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything we needed. The sea was crystal clear, and the beach was perfect for relaxing. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh and tasty dishes every day. What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Whenever we needed something, it was taken care of quickly and with a smile. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly welcome. Thank you to the entire team for making our vacation so memorable. We would definitely love to come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting El Gouna!

It was a fantastic vacation. Starting from check in, through all my stay. The location is beautiful and so peaceful. Room was nice, spacious, fresh, with a nice terrace with beautiful lagoon view. Breakfast was very good with lot of options, dinner was quite good too. On the down side, spa was absolutely bad,my worst massage ever, and a pointless coconut scrub . Really cant understand how this can be a sheraton spa, clearly no training is required/provided for the masseuse. Also sales staff continusly boder on the beach while relaxing, offering services Overall is was a great stay and would defenetly like to return!

We had an incredible stay at Sheraton Miramar Resort El Gouna! The resort is absolutely beautiful — clean, peaceful, and those views of the palm trees and Red Sea are unreal. But the real highlight was the staff. From check-in to check-out, everyone was so welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. They made us feel like family and went out of their way to help with everything. Thank you to the whole Sheraton El Gouna team for making our vacation so special. We’ll 100% be back! I just enjoyed a 4 night/3.5 day stay at Sheraton Miramar El Gouna. The room and terrace were lovely and exactly like the photos. AC worked perfectly. I enjoyed a ground floor room with lagoon and partial sea view. I opted for the all inclusive option which I would do again. This included all food and drinks (including local beer/wine/spirits and also sparkling water which I liked). The minibar was always stocked with whatever (non-alcoholic) drinks I requested. Note that room service is not part of the all inclusive program. The breakfast/lunch/dinner buffets were very good with a lot of variety. The buffet restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating options. I also had dinner at the Arabic and Italian restaurants which had a set menu with the all inclusive option. The Italian restaurant is currently by the beach since I believe the original location is being renovated, but this was very nice for a dinner spot. Both dinners were very good. I enjoyed a burger and fries at the beach for lunch one day as well. You will see online that the pools are closed due to renovations - I didn’t mind this as I prefer the beach. If you’d like, you can take a free shuttle to two nearby resorts for pool access (but I think the Sheraton beach is the best option). There are 2 main beach areas and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy sun or shade. For an extra charge, you can paddle board, kayak, kite surf, etc. at the resort. There are multiple beach bars with drinks and food, and an indoor bar as well. You can order drinks to your sun bed, but not food (there is a designated eating area on the beach). The resort is beautiful and there are many paths to explore by walking/running/biking. I believe the original gym is also being renovated. The temporary gym is a bit small but has the basics and a nice view. The service was excellent all around - from reception, golf cart drivers, waiters, chefs, bartenders, airport shuttle, housekeeping, etc. I only left the resort once for an afternoon catamaran snorkeling/dolphin/sunset trip, and I did not get bored at the resort. I took an Uber from the airport to the resort for $20, but the airport shuttle back for $40 as I read getting an Uber in El Gouna is not reliable. I would definitely come back in the future, maybe during a slightly cooler time of year. I ended up here at the last minute due to a flight to Europe being cancelled, but I am glad I did - it was a very relaxing summer holiday!
