Very nice hotel that deserves the 5 stars. Rooms are very good, a bit worn but acceptable. It is very clean, including rooms, the pools and private beach. Beach is only partly sand and mostly stones close to the water, so beach shoes are recommended. Hotel is huge but pols and beach do not feel over crowded. Only team you notice the many guests are if you have breakfast at peak hours and also when waiting for the few available elevators (a minus!). Staff is very efficient and helpful, food is very good and not too overpriced. There is a hotel supermarket and prices are not different from the nearby ones. There are also a few shops with Cosmetics, jeweleries, clothes etc. Gym is open 24/7 and it is very decent. Did not try the spa, but it looks good including inside pool. View from most balconies are fantastic with sunset over the sea and Turkey. One small issue is internet that is partly very slow. Overall a great place to stay.

Good location and breakfast, but dated hotel with inconsistent service Pros: Breakfast & Staff: The breakfast was quite good with a nice variety. The dining room staff was absolutely lovely, welcoming, and very helpful. Gym & Location: The gym is pleasant and well-equipped. The hotel's location is excellent, highly accessible and close to a great variety of local restaurants and beaches. Cons: Hotel & Dining: The hotel feels a bit dated. We also tried the dinner but found it wasn't to our taste and was very overpriced compared to the much better dining options available just outside the hotel. We wouldn't recommend booking dinner here. Staff Attitude: My partner and I look very young, and unfortunately, we felt that some of the staff members treated us with a dismissive and disrespectful attitude because of this, specifically at the spa and the hotel parking. It was clear they would not have spoken to older guests in that manner. Overall, it's a decent stay for the location and breakfast.

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location. Room was beautifully clean as was the rest of the hotel. Pool areas had plenty of space and amenities. Spa experience wonderful. Food was lovely with plenty of choice. Housekeeping went the extra mile - they arranged my breastfeeding parts neatly on a flannel in the bathroom to make sure they were drying (I’d just thrown them wet on the side) and left extra bottles of water for me without being asked. Hotel provided us a beautiful cake in our room as a kind gesture to celebrate our anniversary. Loved it so much we’re going back only a fortnight later and for longer!

Sheraton Rhodes is a beautiful luxury hotel located on a hill, offering amazing views of the Aegean Sea. The hotel is built on different levels — the pool area is on the first floor, the lobby is on the 7th floor, and the dining area is on the 6th floor. There is a wide variety of rooms: some rooms do not have a view (facing a wall or the forest), while others offer breathtaking views of the pools and the beautiful Aegean Sea. If the view from your room is important to you, make sure to pay attention when choosing your room. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the room, the hotel’s public areas offer amazing views (for example, the restaurant area), and the entertainment shows by the hotel team are highly recommended. Regarding the location — getting to Rhodes Old Town or the city center by taxi from the hotel costs around €15–16 each way. If you take a taxi from the street, you can probably get a better price (around €10, based on my estimate). There is a nice and organized beach right across from the hotel. We visited Amalfy Beach, which is just a short walk away, and we really enjoyed it. The hotel has several pools. I didn’t visit all of them, but they all looked great and we had a very enjoyable time. Overall, this is a very high-level hotel with excellent facilities and views. I would happily return in the future — and next time, I will probably choose a room with an Aegean Sea view.

Stayed here recently with a toddler. The hotel itself was really nice and I appreciate the upgrade to a Junior Suite as part of my Elite membership. The staff were amazing, in particular I'd like to shout out Housekeeping for room 513 who did a great job of keeping our room clean and topping us up with fresh towels. I'd also like to thank Dimitris who looked after us during breakfast, remembered our names and food preferences and also went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. I've stayed at many top end Marriott Bonvoy hotels and Dimitris easily provided the most impressive service I have seen to date - he's a true asset to the company. I would definitely stay here again.
