Best hotel I have stayed at in Rhodes so far! The staff are absolutely amazing—so friendly, welcoming, and great with kids. They truly made our stay special. A special mention goes to Dimitry and Alexandra. They are the best employees I have ever met in a hotel. They are full of positive energy, kindness, and good vibes. They genuinely care about the guests and always go the extra mile. One example: my son loves chicken nuggets, and Dimitry would often make sure he got some extra during dinner. Small gestures like that made a huge difference and showed how much they care. The view is beautiful, the swimming pool is great and warm, and the beach is clean and well-maintained. We definitely recommend this hotel and would happily return. The only area that could be improved is the food. It was good, but I would rate it 7/10. I have had better food at other hotels in Rhodes. However, this did not take away from our overall experience, which was excellent thanks to the outstanding staff and atmosphere.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with a very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I truly appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent customer service throughout my visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing, and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip! Final thing special shout-out dimitrius is the most kindhearted man ever someone give that guy a pay rise it was worth staying here just to talk to dimitruis every dinner time he never failed to put a smile on our face!!

Very nice hotel that deserves the 5 stars. Rooms are very good, a bit worn but acceptable. It is very clean, including rooms, the pools and private beach. Beach is only partly sand and mostly stones close to the water, so beach shoes are recommended. Hotel is huge but pols and beach do not feel over crowded. Only team you notice the many guests are if you have breakfast at peak hours and also when waiting for the few available elevators (a minus!). Staff is very efficient and helpful, food is very good and not too overpriced. There is a hotel supermarket and prices are not different from the nearby ones. There are also a few shops with Cosmetics, jeweleries, clothes etc. Gym is open 24/7 and it is very decent. Did not try the spa, but it looks good including inside pool. View from most balconies are fantastic with sunset over the sea and Turkey. One small issue is internet that is partly very slow. Overall a great place to stay.

The hospitality at this property is exceptional, and several staff members stood out: The Arrival Team: A huge thank you to Anna for the incredibly warm welcome, Rafaela for her flawless assistance during check-in, and Kaliapi for delivering the lovely, delicious sweets to our room. A Special Shout-out to Dimitris: We met him at check-in, and he consistently went above and beyond for us throughout our stay—especially during breakfast. His genuine warmth made us feel like we were being welcomed into a friend's home. He is a truly special asset to the resort! From the elite perks to the amazing team, this resort is highly recommended. We can't wait to return!

Sheraton Rhodes is a beautiful luxury hotel located on a hill, offering amazing views of the Aegean Sea. The hotel is built on different levels — the pool area is on the first floor, the lobby is on the 7th floor, and the dining area is on the 6th floor. There is a wide variety of rooms: some rooms do not have a view (facing a wall or the forest), while others offer breathtaking views of the pools and the beautiful Aegean Sea. If the view from your room is important to you, make sure to pay attention when choosing your room. If you don’t plan to spend much time in the room, the hotel’s public areas offer amazing views (for example, the restaurant area), and the entertainment shows by the hotel team are highly recommended. Regarding the location — getting to Rhodes Old Town or the city center by taxi from the hotel costs around €15–16 each way. If you take a taxi from the street, you can probably get a better price (around €10, based on my estimate). There is a nice and organized beach right across from the hotel. We visited Amalfy Beach, which is just a short walk away, and we really enjoyed it. The hotel has several pools. I didn’t visit all of them, but they all looked great and we had a very enjoyable time. Overall, this is a very high-level hotel with excellent facilities and views. I would happily return in the future — and next time, I will probably choose a room with an Aegean Sea view.
