Pulled up and immediately disappointed. Looked so much nicer online. Kicked off with a $60 early check-in fee?? Then $15/night for uncovered parking and NO ELEVATOR in a Disney-area hotel?? Dragging bags up stairs after travel…not ideal at all. No free breakfast either though they have a place in hotel…still, do better. Location is near a lot of restaurants, not far from parks and rooms are big at least, with decent kitchenette but that’s about it. Likely won’t stay here again. Lots of better options for similar price.

We chose this hotel because of the location and a video posted on social media. The price was great and we were excited. That has all changed since we've been staying here since Monday. We first discovered there was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms and the hair dryer in the same bathroom didn't work. We called and requested new ones but they were never delivered. We called again and AGAIN never delivered. We called for a 3rd time at 2am and finally 30 minutes later these items were delivered. The bathrooms have squishy walls, the love bugs are not kept out of the rooms (the seal at the bottom of the door is not good), the front desk staff needs training on how to provide customer service, all of the washers smell like mold and mildew. We're currently cooking something in the oven and have no oven mitt to take it out with. We will not be staying here again

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!! We went to Disney and usually stay on property but decided not to this time. Sonesta ES LBV is like being home away from home. Staff was amazing, housekeeping is wonderful! They kept the hotel quiet at night, had all the little things we needed. We will definitely be staying here from now on!

I've got mixed feelings about this place. The location is great in reference to the Disney parks. You're back in like 15 minutes. The value for larger groups is there too. Price per night for a two bedroom that sleeps 6-7 is good. However we chose this place due to the fact it had a kitchen. We don't like eating out all the time when we're on vacation. We typically like to grill. This place is a bit larger but they only have one grill and you have to make a reservation. These reservation slots are good for 2 hours. Why? Get in and cook your meat and get out. Let someone else use the grill. They need to invest in more grills for a place this size. Their housekeeping is a bit aggressive in tossing out your things. We had a few things tossed out that we had to go out and buy.

My family and I stayed here for one night. When we came in the king bed had black hair covering the entire bed and sheets. So we had to request new ones at almost 1 am. We also needed to use the pull out sofa and it had no sheets and we had to wait for them to be brought up. Then when we woke up in the morning. We moved the pillows on the bed around and there was a huge cockroach where we slept. Not the best stay and I would not recommend staying here.
