Overall great experience! Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite which was clean, recently updated, and an amazing value. Not a luxury resort, but it's not run down and sketchy either. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. 10-20 minutes to anywhere you have to go. Pool looked good, but didn't get to use it due to how cold it was. Some reviews mentioned the busy road, our room was quiet with zero road noise. Housekeeping was fast when we asked for extra blanket for our child. Housekeeping and front desk was also great when we got home and 4 days later realized we left items behind. Robert at the front desk helped us and we received all of our items within a few days with no problems.

The location is about the best thing this hotel has to offer. The hotel has motel feels and vibes. There is no elevator, all rooms accessible via the parking lot from outside. The place charges a daily parking fee that should come standard with the reservation, however it does not. I could see if it was covered parking in a garage, but it’s not. The walls are paper thin and the guests are in and out of the rooms all hours of the night regardless of the 10pm-7am quiet hours. The waste management company shows up at 4am to dump the facility dumpsters which is absolutely annoying when you’re on vacation trying to sleep. We called 2 hours prior to our check in just to see if the room was ready. The attendant informed us that our room had been ready, and that we were welcome to check in prior to 4pm if we paid a $30 extra fee. Why would I pay $30 to check into my room that I already booked? The mattress on the beds are all worn out and not at all comfortable, bring your own pillows as well. If you’re traveling to Orlando for a Disney vacation, spend the extra money and stay on site or at a nicer hotel, we gave this one a chance and was so disappointed with the nightly routine and noise that we packed up and left a day early from vacation.

I definitely will not be staying at this hotel again. I ended up leaving two days early. I chose this hotel originally because of the availability of a suite. However, the rooms are overall pretty small. The noise level at the hotel was terrible. There are designated quiet hours in the hotel, but they are definitely not enforced. Doors were being slammed and loud music was played late at night. I had to contact the front desk because the room above me was incredibly loud. People were stomping around. They said that they would send somebody to ask them to quiet down. Over an hour later, my husband had to go and talk to them. The hotel staff had not gone to ask them to quiet down. I was in town for the Disney run and ended up getting an hour of sleep before my run. I definitely don’t recommend this place if you’re hoping for a quiet and relaxing vacation.

Love this hotel! The rooms are perfectly set up with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. The pool and grounds are clean and very well kept. It’s the perfect location! A 10 to 15 min drive to the parks and Disney Springs. You can walk to Wawa or El Patron for dinner. We stayed here twice already and plan on staying again next year!

Definitely low priced for low quality. Passable if you need to save money and be central but there were very clear issues. FOUND DIRTY PANTIS AND BRA IN THE PULL OUT COUCH. Clearly shows cleaning staff does not do a good job. Dirty bathrooms including foot prints in shower, tub clogged and wouldn’t drain, toilet clogged, shower head rusted and dirty soap suds everywhere. Kitchen was small and awkward, dishwasher was disgusting and wouldn’t drain at the bottom. Carpets are dirty and smell with pet hair everywhere. Front desk staff have attitude. The building itself is 3 floors with NO elevator. No breakfast included Must pay $15/night/car for parking and there’s very little parking spaces. Paid $700 for 4 nights in a 2 bedroom “suite”. FYI rooms and bathrooms will be very tight spaced for big people.
