Lovely hotel. Fantastic entertainment staff. Rooms clean, good choice of food. Pool area clean. Dont leave your sunloungers unattended between 9&10am, or towels will be taken! We used the Spa as they had an offer on, which I recommend. The Up sun terrace is lovely. We paid €5 each for the evening to see the sunset. Fizz was included. We would definitely book a day up there, if we return. Entertainment in the evening could have been better. Little supermarket opposite the entrance of the hotel has everything. We brought water and drinks there for the pool, as we were half board.

The hotel and staff are exemplary and a credit to the hotel. Everyone is very helpful, friendly and polite. Adults only is a big attraction . Lovely living wall of plants around hotel. Received a welcome evening tray of rolls, ham, cheese,salad and fruit, as we arrived late evening. Had a complimentary bottle of cava for my 60th birthday, which was a beautiful surprise,as I kept it low key, not telling anyone. Room 423, had a stunning view of the bay and it was lovely to wake up to the sound of the sea and to watch the beautiful sunset. Only downsides are, the location is a little far for going out as struggled with mobility and the night time entertainment at the hotel is hit and miss, a bit disappointing, sadly. Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family.

We had a fantastic holiday and can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we received a warm and professional welcome. The staff are friendly, helpful, and genuinely go above and beyond to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. One of the biggest highlights is that the hotel’s sunbed reservation policy is actually enforced. This means there are always plenty of sunbeds available by the pool, creating a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere for everyone. The entertainment team also deserves a special mention. They are enthusiastic, energetic, and do a wonderful job of entertaining both children and adults without ever being intrusive. The buffet, both for breakfast and dinner, was truly outstanding. There was an excellent variety of fresh, delicious food, with plenty of choice and something different to enjoy every day. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches from the hotel, such as a complimentary rose, cava, or sangria, which made us feel especially welcome. The live music in the evenings created a lovely atmosphere around the resort. Musical tastes naturally vary, but it was great that there was entertainment every night. The location is also very convenient, with a supermarket directly opposite the hotel—perfect for buying water or any small essentials. Prices in the hotel were very reasonable. If we had to mention a couple of minor drawbacks, the coffee could have been better, and the knives in the restaurant were not very sharp. However, these are very small issues and certainly did not detract from our overall experience. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel with excellent service, delicious food, and a warm, relaxing atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future

Was at this hotel for 11 days from the 11 of 21st. It was brilliant. From great food to good entertainment most nights. The Breakfast and the food in the restaurant was fabulous. The choice of food was excellent especially in the evening they had a great choice of meat and fish and of course desserts. You could also use your bottle of wine over two nights which was great for me as my partner don't drink alcohol. The staff especially the manager where all brilliant. After dinner there was great entertainment most nights. They also have 3 lovely pools. Looking forward to good back next year and this will be my first time going back to the same hotel in 44 years of going on holidays.

The Arona Gran in Los Christianos is an excellent adults only hotel. From the reception staff right through to the room maintainance we cannot fault it. The entertainment and animation team work tirelessly to make sure you stay is filled with fun and enjoyment. Virginia is an amazing ball af energy. She fills the pool in the morning for aqua classes and keeps it full until the end. Then on an evening she's up on the dance floor. She is such a nice girl. Always available to speak to and is always happy. In the bar Gabriel, Sotos, Andrea and Mar are so pleasant and really make a big difference to your holiday. All of the people I have mentioned above are an absolute asset to this hotel and are all motivated to make your stay unforgettable.
