Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The cleanliness was outstanding, the food quality was excellent, and the service was always fast, friendly, and professional. The staff were helpful and did their best to make our stay enjoyable. However, there were a few areas that fell below my expectations. The variety of food could be improved, as the selection became repetitive after a few days. The beach is also very shallow, which may not be ideal if you enjoy swimming. Considering the overall experience, I don't think the hotel offers the best value for the price paid. In addition, the parking area has no shaded spaces, so my car was exposed to direct sunlight throughout my entire stay, which was quite disappointing. One more thing that really bothered me was that the Egypt vs. Australia match was not broadcast anywhere in the hotel, despite being a major sporting event. Fortunately, the management assured me that any future Egypt matches would be shown. Despite these points, I still appreciated the cleanliness, food quality, and excellent service. With a few improvements, this hotel could offer an even better guest experience

The hotel is good value for money, a lot of families and very happy setting, rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool crew, Especially lshazly who was serving us drinks and snacks was very amazing and had a great attitude the whole day. I would say the pool crew i all made me make this a five star review instead of a 4. Exceptionally well mannered and very good with the children. 🤝❤️

What a beautiful hotel! We’ve had an absolutely amazing stay from start to finish. The rooms were cleaned and restocked to a very high standard every day, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The staff truly made our holiday even more special with their professionalism, warmth, and exceptional service. A special thank you to Osama Mores for his outstanding attention to detail. t didn't go unnoticed and made a real difference to our experience. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so magical. We can't wait to return next year!

Another wonderful stay at the Steigenberger. The whole staff were again extremely friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay. A beautiful hotel complex and a very relaxing stay, the gardeners do a fantastic job. The food was once again delicious, with more than enough variety and plenty of options. A special thank you to Dr. Hosny for the kind and professional treatment to our son. All the best for your further GI fellowship, warm collegial refards :) Just in case, if you might lose something ( in our case a wedding ring or several baby shoes), dont worry, everything will be found.

The room was beautiful. Spacious, clean and comfy beds. Food really good. Plenty of vegetarian food and the separate restaurants were great too. Lovely private beach with good snorkelling. Good gym facilities Great pool with staff ready to bring drinks all day. Entertainment great especially light show person. Good trips
