The hotel is good value for money, a lot of families and very happy setting, rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool crew, Especially lshazly who was serving us drinks and snacks was very amazing and had a great attitude the whole day. I would say the pool crew i all made me make this a five star review instead of a 4. Exceptionally well mannered and very good with the children. 🤝❤️

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything was outstanding. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms were spotless and exceptionally well maintained, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job every day. The food was another highlight—there was a great variety of high-quality dishes, and every meal was delicious. What truly made our stay special was the incredible staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely eager to make sure we had a wonderful vacation. A special thank you to Anett from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Her kindness, attention to detail, and genuine care made a lasting impression. I would also like to thank Khalid, Nour, and Marten at the front desk. They were always friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made us feel at home from the very first day. Our stay at the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel from 13 May to 20 May was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness that we instantly felt relaxed and at home. We were lucky enough to have a beautiful sea view room, and waking up every morning to those stunning views was truly unforgettable. The entire resort is absolutely beautiful — immaculately maintained, peaceful, and incredibly well kept. Every area, from the gardens to the pools and beach, was spotless and cared for to the highest standard. What really made our holiday so special was the wonderful staff. Every single member of the team was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service throughout our stay was outstanding. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference and added so much to our experience. This was our third visit to the Steigenberger ALDAU Beach Hotel, which says everything about how much we love this resort. Each visit has been amazing, and once again it exceeded all expectations. We are already planning our return trip for 2026 and cannot wait to come back again. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for another unforgettable holiday.

Great place. Sister Hotel to aqua magic. There is a small golf cart that will take you straight to the private beach of this hotel. Plenty of sunloungers at no extra charge. Service great as you can still use the same all inclusive. Sea is right there to play in. There is a water sports centre there also, that you can hire a pedalo, do banana boat, speed boat, paragliding etc. The only thing they dont have is a beach sofa (which was under repair). Great day out and if you dont do the water sports, completely free as its part of the all inclusive

We have just returned from a 10 night stay at Aldau beach, it was a great hotel with the addition of using Aqua Magic to keep our 4 year old entertained. The rooms were modern and spacious, however the beds were well used and it was hard to roll out of the dip on either side of the mattress. There was a great selection of restaurants that we booked as soon as we arrived, our particular favourite was the Teppanyaki. Service in restaurants was great, our favourite was Marco in Tamarind restaurant. Loved having breakfast with him every morning! The best server, nothing was too much trouble! Service around the pool and beach was slow, there didn't seem to be enough waiting on staff for the demand compared to other resorts we have stayed at. Overall a great hotel and location, would recommend.
