I would like to thank the entire team at Stella Makadi Hotel for the excellent service they provided, especially the bars. They served some delicious and enjoyable drinks, and the food was lovely. They made some strong cocktails, and some of the hot drinks were lovely and suitable for the weather. I would like to thank the entire bar team, especially Mr. Yanni, Mr. Samuel, and bartender Andrew, who has some strong cocktails. The service in the main restaurant was also excellent. I would like to thank the entire staff. I had a wonderful holiday and hope to return next time.

This hotel is okay but not 5 star, would be a 3 star elsewhere. The complex is very clean as are the rooms. The food although plenty choice wise was regularly cold. The staff are all very mannerable and helpful. Andro Hany (main bar) is an exceptional member of their staff, this Hotel are lucky to have him as an employee, he brings a smile to your face everytine you meet him

The hotel was excellent, and the service was outstanding, especially in the lobby bar. The bar and its staff had a wonderful team spirit; they were always smiling. The service was quick, and they made some excellent cocktails, some of which were made by Andrew Honey in the lobby bar.
