We had a great week at Bang Tao and would definitely come back. The pools were great, the rooms were comfortable with a great layout and the food was pretty good. The only downside was the kids club was bit too young for our 7 year old but he was too young to use the teen room. I had one of the best massages of my life in the massage hut on the beach front. If you stay here definitely check out sugar cane restaurant across the road.

Fantastic Family Holiday at Bangtao Beach – We will definitely be back! 🏖️☀️ We had a thoroughly wonderful stay at Sunwing Bangtao Beach and can whole-heartedly recommend this hotel. 🌴✨ We would especially like to highlight the incredibly friendly and attentive staff. A very special thank you goes to the Senior Guest Relations Manager, Markus, who was always helpful, approachable, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect! 👏😊 The food was also fantastic – absolutely delicious with a great variety every day. 🍽️😋 The resort grounds are beautiful; while slightly showing their age in some areas, this doesn't take away from the experience at all, especially as everything is kept exceptionally clean and well-maintained. 🧹✨ There is a pleasant mix of international guests, with a main focus on families. The atmosphere is very relaxed, warm, and welcoming. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦✈️ Thank you so much to the whole team for a wonderful time – we will gladly return! ❤️🌺

We've stayed at this hotel several times, and it's always a great experience. The hotel is very family-friendly. Our kids spent a lot of time in the teenager room and absolutely loved it. A special thank you to Oksana for looking after the children – we really appreciate it. I'd also like to say thank you to Alexandra – it's so nice to be able to get help in your native language. We'll definitely be back again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sunwing Family Resort. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and truly perfect for families with children. The swimming pools were fantastic, our room was comfortable and spacious, and the beachfront location made our holiday even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety, and every staff member we met was friendly and welcoming. We would especially like to thank Raven from Piak's Kitchen for being so kind, warm, and wonderful with our children. Raven made every visit enjoyable and always made our kids feel happy and welcome. We would also like to give special recognition to Ms Polly, Ms Gift, and Ms Toey from Lollo & Bernie's Kids Club. They were incredibly friendly, caring, and helpful throughout our stay. Their enthusiasm and genuine kindness made the Kids Club a highlight of our children's holiday. Thank you to the entire Sunwing team for making our family vacation so memorable. We will happily recommend Sunwing Family Resort to our family and friends, and we hope to return again in the future! ❤️

​I couldn't be more pleased with our stay at Sunwing Resort BangTao Beach! I traveled here on holiday alone with my three young children (ages 5, 3, and 1), and as someone who had never traveled without my husband before, I was naturally a bit nervous. However, this resort proved to be the absolute ultimate family-friendly destination. ​The little details made such a big difference, like the complimentary fruit in our room on arrival, which was much appreciated after traveling! ​The facilities are amazing for kids—the waterslides were so fantastic and kept the kids entertained endlessly as did the awesome kids club! The food was exceptional across the board; the buffet was awesome, and having the "kids eat free with a paying adult" perk made mealtimes easy and budget-friendly. ​The entire team was amazing, but a few absolute standouts deserve a massive, special thank you: ​Tiffany (Reception): So warm and welcoming from the start! She went above and beyond for me and my family, which I appreciated so much. ​Markus (Guest Relations): Always kind and very friendly, offering great advice and help whenever we saw him. ​Gift & Toey (Kids Club): Truly remarkable with our kids. My children absolutely loved spending time with them! ​Sairung / "Rainbow" (Piak's Kitchen): A huge extra thank you to Sairung (who my kids affectionately called "Rainbow"). She helped me out so much while dining, watching over the kids while I tried to juggle getting food for everyone. ​Oksana (Child Entertainer): Brilliant energy! She brought the stage alive and kept my kids moving and entertained so I could actually sit back and enjoy dinner. ​If you are thinking about booking a family trip here, especially as a solo parent with toddlers, do not hesitate. We can't wait to come back!
