Torn is an absolute legend! A genuinely kind, welcoming, and smooth gentleman who went above and beyond to help us. He effortlessly arranged a taxi to Koh Mak and the ferry for the transfer. On top of that, he had plenty of great suggestions and tips, all delivered with a smile and calm confidence. We felt truly taken care of from start to finish. We are extremely happy with our stay, and Salil Hotel is incredibly lucky to have Torn. If hospitality had a face, it would probably look a lot like him — relaxed, helpful, and always one step ahead. Highly recommended!

Stay at Salil was seamless from the minute we arrived to the very last. Extremely caring and accommodating staff - they help without a nudge and gave us an early check-in, slightly late checkout since our flight was delayed. Very very grateful. The rooms are spotless and well equipped, daily servicing makes the nights great to crash in. The major call out is how close they are to the BTS, making all your sight seeing cheap and convenient. Staff at the counter helped us with change, directions and recommendations throughout. My only call out for Indian guests will be that they don’t have Indian breakfast options. It was a not a problem for us, but incase you are keen on it, check in advance. Veg options are mostly fruits, bread and granola etc. Lovely stay. Glad we booked the place. Interiors are very European and looked lovely in December with the Christmas decor. Special mention to mr. Boat who even got us a Airport taxi very last minute. It was much cheaper than the grab option. Thai people never cease to amaze us.

A wonderful hotel in Bangkok. The rooms were spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay truly enjoyable. From free popcorn in the lobby to one of the friendliest porters we’ve ever met who helped us with our luggage and took care of us - the service was outstanding. Thank you Tomas! The only small downside is the location. Getting to Bangkok’s city center takes around 40 minutes by car, depending on traffic, which felt a bit far for us. That said, the surrounding area offers some great rooftop bars and cozy coffee spots. Overall, I can absolutely recommend this hotel if you’re looking to stay in a less touristy part of the city.

Stayed here as part of a work trip for 4 nights and was very happy with the experience. Room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff were all warm, friendly and professional. Shoutout goes to Boat for helping with our luggage and with our room cards! Great hospitality from him. Overall, would recommend Salil Hotel Sukhumvit 57 to anyone staying in the Thong Lor/Ekkamai area when in Bangkok!

Such an excellent hotel from the moment the taxi pulled in until departure. I stayed five nights at The Salil and had an amazing experience. The hotel is beautifully built with a boutique, stylish design, and the staff are genuinely friendly and accommodating. The bed was super comfortable, and the blackout curtains blocked out all the light perfectly. I felt quite special while staying there. It’s within walking distance to Thong Lor station, yet tucked away on a quiet street. I really hope they maintain this level of excellence and that the prices don’t increase too much. I would absolutely love to come back again xx
