We had an absolutely wonderful stay at The SIS Kata! The hotel completely exceeded our expectations in every way. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, spotless, and kept impeccably clean throughout our stay. Waking up to such beautiful views every morning was definitely one of the highlights of our trip. The resort grounds are stunning as well, filled with lush greenery that creates a peaceful, tropical atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious every morning with a great variety of fresh options to choose from. A special thank you goes to the entire team for being so welcoming and helpful, but we especially want to express our heartfelt gratitude to Charles. He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help or offer valuable local tips whenever we needed anything. His outstanding hospitality made our stay even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend The SIS Kata to anyone visiting the area!

I had an absolutely amazing stay here from beginning to end. The place itself is beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and exceeded all my expectations. The atmosphere, service, and attention to detail made everything perfect. A very special thank you to Mr. Charles for his exceptional kindness and professionalism. I accidentally forgot some of my belongings at a restaurant, and he personally picked me up, took me there to collect them, and brought me back to the hotel all out of pure kindness and without charging anything. That level of care and hospitality is truly rare. Staff like Mr. Charles are what make a place unforgettable. Highly recommended, and I will definitely come back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

We stayed here for 9 nights in room 2203. Room- The room was modern and very comfortable, the maids cleaned every day and were really friendly and helpful. However it was a noisy room, we didn’t sleep great because of it, there was often noise around 6.30/7am cleaning/setting up the pool area. There was also a reversing like noise near enough 24/7 we were told this was a bird singing which after a little bit of research is a local “pest” in the trees and during mating season does not stop “singing”. The lighting in the room could do with a brighten up, the shower and toilet need night vision goggles. Food- We had breakfast included and would 100% recommend this, we had some lunch around the pool one day and it was ok. Staff- Check in was super easy after a 2hr journey from the airport in a taxi due to traffic! Overall the staff were super friendly and welcoming as are all the Thai locals! Charles was genuinely helpful and really nice. The hotel is in a great location!

My partner and I spent 7 nights at the resort, and it was an amazing experience. From the modern look of the resort and rooms, to the kind staff, we had a wonderful stay. We were particularly impressed with the views the resorts pool area has to offer. The pool area also includes a poolside bar, perfext for an afternoon cocktail. The resort is perfect for couples looking to wind down and relax, and really feel like you are on vacation. It is calm and peaceful. Breakfast included a widespread but could do with one or two more international breakfast items. Something worth noting is the location of the resort on a steep hill. If you plan on walking around the area, be prepared for a trek up the hill which is a bit tiring in the hot weather conditions. Something minor, just based on location 😊 The resort is also in close proximity to multiple eateries and local bars, and a few minute walk to the beautiful Kata Noi Beach. A special thanks to Charles who assisted us when we checked in and departed. He is truly so kind and humble and always willing to help. We would definitely recommend and revisit!

Everything was great, Charles, Thoop, Chom at the reception were very nice and helpful all the time. All our needs were taken care of by the hotel staff; anything we required was brought to our room immediately. The housekeeping was excellent—the room was cleaned very thoroughly, with towels and room supplies replaced daily. The pool offers a beautiful view, and the bar serves delicious cocktails. The breakfasts were also very tasty and varied; the chefs can prepare egg dishes or a traditional Thai soup with your choice of ingredients right in front of you. Overall, we had the most wonderful time at this hotel.
