Overall we had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, well prepared and equipped with all necessary bathroom amenities. The bed was very comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel itself is quite new and in very good condition. The staff were polite and smiling, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The only small remark is that I sent an email before arrival with a request for a late check-out, but unfortunately never received a reply. Otherwise, everything was good and the stay was comfortable.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at The SIS Kata. From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional. Every staff member was genuinely friendly, enthusiastic, and always happy to help with anything we needed. It really made the whole experience feel welcoming and relaxed. The location is fantastic, with stunning views that make it the perfect place to unwind and take in the beauty of Kata. The facilities are equally impressive — everything is beautifully presented and maintained to a very high standard. It’s clear the team at The SIS Kata takes great pride in what they do, and it shows in every part of the experience. We would highly recommend staying here and would absolutely come back again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We stayed here for over 2 weeks - the resort was brilliant, clean, and beautiful. There is a gorgeous infinity pool with a great view. We got to see a beautiful sunset every evening. There's a swim up bar as well with some great cocktails, although normal cocktails were better than happy hour cocktails. Breakfast was really comprehensive - they had a fresh juice maker which I loved. The rooms were really nice and the bed was big and soft. We had some noise from the neighbouring resort, but they kindly moved us to another room upon request. Location wise, there is a really lovely coffee shop/ bakery up the hill and a 7 eleven and massage parlour down the hill. It's about 30 min walk to the Kata Night Market for some cheap food. This was a really luxurious and relaxing stay - would totally recommend.

The SIS Kata was overall a very good stay. Breakfast was very good and probably has the best sea view in the area due to its location. The only small drawbacks to be aware of are below. Glass door toilet/shower Quite a lot of noise from vehicles due to being on a massive hill which makes walking to and from the beach tricky depending on level of fitness. The noise does reduce to pretty much zero at around 11pm which is good. Minimal storage space in rooms for clothes * Small feedback to the hotel. Cleaners do not clean water glasses in the rooms which should be considered for guests :)

Great hotel. Pool area is beautiful. Rooms are smaller but very nice. Pool/beach bag and towels, robe, waters, flip flops provided in room. Good breakfast at restaurant. 10 minute walk to beach. Main downside to this hotel is there are not good sidewalks to get to main street or beach and extremely strenuous hill to climb to get back to hotel. If they would provide a ride to the main shopping/eating/beach area it would be perfect. Adults only hotel (well 13 and up) which is nice.
