We had a very enjoyable stay at Tivoli Carvoeiro. The hotel is in a beautifull location with stunning views. Everyone we met was friendly, welcoming, and professional. From reception to the restaurant and housekeeping teams, the service was consistently warm and attentive without ever feeling over the top. Any questions or requests were dealt with quickly, and the staff always made us feel comfrtable. The only area where the hotel could improve is the condition of some of the facilities. While everything was clean and comfortable, parts of the hotel would benefit from some maintenance and refurbishment to match the high standard of service provided by the team. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Tivoli Carvoeiro. The excellent staff really made the difference, and we would certainly consider returning.

3.5 A 5-star hotel with a 5-star view of the sea, with good facilities. But a big part of staying in a 5-star hotel is the comfort to sleep - and when the problem is the air conditioning, it doesn’t make sleeping a good experience. We’re halfway through our week stay and so far, sleeping has been a struggle. The room is warm, even with AC on the whole day. The room temp doesn’t go below 24. Today I requested at 9am that maintenance check the room but only after calling 4 times during the day did maintenance come… at 7pm. There are other details that don’t make for a 5-star stay: the room doesn’t have sufficient space to put one’s things. The light switches also seem to have an electrical problem - one works, and the switch on the other side doesn’t or vice versa. Then there is only 1 outlet in between 2 beds, and the outlet can’t even properly charge the phone because it has become loose. The staff try to be helpful and that makes things slightly better but at the end of the day, the 5-star experience is not there with all the issues in the room. That said the breakfast selection is good and the service matches that. The three restaurants serve decent food, but the quality of service varies per restaurant. EDIT: the staff was kind enough to switch us to another room - it was slightly cooler.

Breath-taking sea views greet you the moment you step into the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and our room was spotless with a genuinely comfortable bed. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety to choose from each morning. A lovely touch was the hotel’s complimentary Tuktuk service into Carvoeiro and back — really convenient for getting into the village without needing a car. Special thanks go to Sayuriy and Maria from the Kids Club, whose energy and warmth made our 4-year-old feel completely at home. The 3-metre-deep pool was wonderfully refreshing, and having 24-hour gym access was a great added convenience. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

Tivoli Carvoeiro was one of the resorts we chose for our honeymoon. This resort was fantastic. Location: The resort is in a good location near other towns which made the vacation really easy to explore. Quality: The resort is well-maintained. The rooms were cozy and pretty. Price: The stay was priced competitively (1800 euros for 7 nights) Food: Hotel had some great dishes to choose from (35 euros to 80 euros) Breakfast was amazing. Staff: The staff was phenomenal. They were attentive, kind and super professional. My only advice for travelers would be to do their research when inquiring this hotel for private transfers. You will definitely find cheaper options. Definitely recommend Tivoli Carvoeiro to anyone wanting to stay in Carvoeiro or surrounding areas.

This time just came to the hotel for the food and the vibes. Went to the sushi restaurant and the sky bar. I also have been here a few times including visits to the restaurant the one. All of them are great, i have a few allergies and have had everything go great! Rhis time around for the first time in the sushi bar. The staff was great! The vuews from here and the sky bar are amazing for a sunset. The sushi Chef was great, worked around allergies and went above and beyond with attention, the same can be said from Mafalda, our server. She was very attentive to the allergies and even more so pleasing. Great conversation, great tips, great service and with a smile at all times. Once again i will be returning.
