Hi and welcome to my review of an amazing all incluse resort! And I mean resort! Beautiful manicured lawns and gardens everywhere! Several hotels multiple shops over 40 bars and restaurants from around the world Its like a Metropolis! Amazing staff a huge shout out to our personal butler Norielis she was fantastic! Very attentive friendly went beyond her duties! Absolutely love her! Rooms are super spacious very well decorated beautiful pools everywhere must say our suite was a swim up suite! A huge bonus all bars are well stocked with most main brand liquors and juices entertainment was fab the free constantly running road trains golf carts were an amazing addition food was of high quality and very tasty! All in all if I could leave a 7 star review I would! Fabulous! Fabulous!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We had a wonderful stay at TRS Turquesa in room 5732, and a big part of what made our trip so special was our butler, Meldy. From the moment we arrived, he took care of every detail—room requests, dinner reservations, arranging our return transportation to the airport, and ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to make our vacation memorable, even surprising us with a special treat in our room when we returned from dinner one evening. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care made all the difference. Thank you, Meldy, for helping create such a fabulous and unforgettable experience. We can't wait to return!

The TRS Turquesa resort was joined with other Palladium resort properties, so we had access to the entire larger resort. The resort grounds were very well maintained and beautiful, including the beach. The pools were gorgeous, maintained and the service at the pools was great. The best part of the resort was the amazing service! The staff catered to all of our needs and went out of their way to made sure we had great service. The most amazing part of the service were the butlers assigned to our building (Selencia and Eury). They took care of all our dinner and activity reservations, communicated great over WhatsApp, sent us daily weather reports and activity schedules. We let them know we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they even decorated our room while we were gone with balloons, rose petals and a bottle of champagne! My only criticism of the resort was the up-selling. When we checked in, they sold us on the Premium Experience package, and the next morning they asked us to meet them in the lobby for a “welcome gift”, this turned out be a high-pressure sales pitch to join their Palladium Travel Club, which took over 2 hours. It would have been nice to know about these upgrade options and the Travel Club sales pitch ahead of time.

Manuel and Cindy were wonderful! For my birthday, Manuel arranged for champagne and balloons to decorate my room!! THANK YOU MANUEL!!!! The location of the resort was excellent - property was very well maintained, all staff was very kind and helpful. There is a wide variety of food options - having a gluten allergy can make things difficult but every restaurant was able to fully accommodate!! Our favorite server, Santa, at the steakhouse, was wonderful!! She made my birthday dinner feel very special!! The biggest hurdle was arranging for transportation to and from the airport - the resort advertises for free round trip transportation but fails to proactively reach out and communicate how to arrange it.

This is by far the best hotel in the higher price segment. It was amazing trying over 20 restaurants and experience the whole PalladiumGroup Resort as a member of the TRS. We really enjoyed the room, the wirpool inside it and the beautiful beach an pool area. The smooth colours and the coral stone put together in this hotel really made us feel like in a dream. I also like the shiny mosaic in the pool and the nice pool beds. This looks much more clean in comparison to the other resorts. Pool party every Sunday and white party afterwards is a MUST! Special thanks to Meldy and Esterlin for being so kind and taking care of all our needs. 24/7 food to the room, drinks, cigars, special needs from the beach ;) this was amazing!! You could just stay in the resort and experience this for a whole week! Take your time... we spent 20 days
