We had a wonderful visit. Everything was perfect. The butlers helped us a lot and the service at the restaurant was super. The quality of food especially at the Peruvian/Japanese restaurant was incredible. Highly recommended. Cesareo was one of our butlers and he was especially helpful. It’s so nice to have someone like that working at the resort.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Amazing Experience at TRS Punta Cana! 🌴✨ TRS Punta Cana exceeded every expectation! From the moment we arrived, the service was absolutely incredible. The entire staff was warm, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel special throughout our entire stay. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, relaxing, and luxurious. The food was delicious, the drinks were great, and there were plenty of options to keep us entertained. The atmosphere was perfect for relaxing, enjoying the beautiful scenery, and truly disconnecting from everyday life. What really stood out to me was the hospitality and attention to detail. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and having a great time. You can tell that guest experience is truly important here. Our stay was everything we needed and more! ❤️ If you’re looking for a beautiful adults-only getaway with amazing service, great food, entertainment, and a relaxing atmosphere, TRS Punta Cana is definitely worth it! We will absolutely be back! 🌴🥂☀️ 10/10 experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely fantastic service. The staff are brilliant and work so hard. Nothing is too much trouble. We were in room 5627 and Meldy was our butler. He was amazing from start to finish. He got us reservations every night for the restaurants..organised our transport and generally there whenever we needed him

The service has been wonderful. We stayed for 5 nights, all of the staff has been very kind. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Angel Energy was a great server and attended us very well. The best staff member was Dolores by far. She was the most wonderful woman.

The TRS Turquesa resort was joined with other Palladium resort properties, so we had access to the entire larger resort. The resort grounds were very well maintained and beautiful, including the beach. The pools were gorgeous, maintained and the service at the pools was great. The best part of the resort was the amazing service! The staff catered to all of our needs and went out of their way to made sure we had great service. The most amazing part of the service were the butlers assigned to our building (Selencia and Eury). They took care of all our dinner and activity reservations, communicated great over WhatsApp, sent us daily weather reports and activity schedules. We let them know we were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary and they even decorated our room while we were gone with balloons, rose petals and a bottle of champagne! My only criticism of the resort was the up-selling. When we checked in, they sold us on the Premium Experience package, and the next morning they asked us to meet them in the lobby for a “welcome gift”, this turned out be a high-pressure sales pitch to join their Palladium Travel Club, which took over 2 hours. It would have been nice to know about these upgrade options and the Travel Club sales pitch ahead of time.
