Had a wonderful experience at this beautiful hotel. From the warm welcome on arrival to the send-off, everything was exceptional. The staff were polite, professional, and always willing to help. The location is stunning, offering a relaxing and picturesque atmosphere. The food was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, every aspect of our stay was enjoyable, and the hospitality exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay. Thanks to the team.

By far the worst service we've ever experienced in Mauritius. We stayed for a full week, and had a leakage problem since day one in our bathroom. Maintenance staff came almost every day to fix the problem, but every time it rained the same issue resumed. Not once did they even offer for us to change our rooms. I'm not even talking about an upgrade; not even changing to a similar room. They appear to be clearly understaffed, at least in reception, room service and baggage service. The rooms are apparently done between 09:00 and 16:00, but every time was done extremely late in the afternoon. We had the issue twice where we were out all day on excursions and when we came back the rooms still weren't done. Also the "please clean our room" tag we were supposed to leave out on our doors to get our rooms cleaned in priority did nothing to ensure our rooms got made sooner rather than later. Extremely poor communication between the staff. On day 1, we had to wait well over 30 minutes after being brought to our rooms for our luggage. We called the reception twice to ask where our luggage was, and each time we were met by a receptionist surprised that we still hadn't received our luggage, and each time promised our luggage was on the way and would be arriving in 2 minutes. And eventually the same receptionist came all the way to our room bringing all our luggage. The cocktails were average, and some plain bad. And we were met by rude bar staff when we sent back the cocktails. The overall room hygiene was very bad. With a constant humid smell in the bathroom. The bed sheets sometimes still had dirty spots on them, the bathroom sink area not even cleaned. The only saving grace was the food. Great buffet in both quality and variety. Also the pools and beach sides were very nice. However, the rest was extremely disappointing. Would absolutely not recommend.

We visited in June 2025. A pretty hotel with a nice location on the beach. The rooms were really nice. There are limited possibilities for swimming in the ocean due to a plethora of tour boats and other crafts just off the beach. The hotel offers various excursions by boat to better spots, but for the five days we were there no tours were actually available due to weather, overbooking etc. That really was quite disappointing to us. Breakfast was good, the ala carte restaurant could benefit from a better selection of local foods.

A romantic getaway at Paul & Virginie, and we left completely won over. What sets this place apart is the attentiveness of the staff: you're never just a number, everyone remembers your name, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The dining is excellent - a special mention for the restaurant team, always smiling and genuinely looking after you. The setting is peaceful, and the two infinity pools facing the sea are stunning. A timeless escape, perfect for reconnecting as a couple.

We stayed at this Hotel fro 9 nights to finish our Honeymoon in Africa. We arrived in the late afternoon and we were shown to our room. The rooms are light, spacious and very comfortable. Nice size bathroom and a balcony. The food is very good. Breakfast is a buffet that you would expect. Lunch is ordered at the bar or at the beach/sea front restaurant and dinner is again buffet. Dinner menu changes everyday with a selection of dishes. I really liked being able to to Mauritiuan food every night. The fish curries were fantastic. Then staff were all incredibly kind and helpful. Service was very good throughout and they all go out of their way to give you amazing service. There is live entertainment most evenings in the form of local bands or musicians. We listened to some amazing music from Sax players, pianists, still drums and local signers. Our only very slight criticism is the bar is very close to some of the rooms and therefore if you are in those rooms and want to go to bed before 10pm, you can hear the music very clearly. We did speak to staff about this and we were immediately offered a new room but chose to say as we preferred a little bit of noise for the balcony view we had. If you are staying all inclusive, you will be presented with a bill after dinner every evening. This will show you owe nothing but something to be aware of. It surprised us on the first few nights We were advised not to tip nightly but to tip at the end of our stay using the tip box at reception. All in all, absolutely wonderful hotel, beautiful location, great staff, great food and just a really enjoyable place to be. Definitely recommend!
