Our stay at W Goa was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel so welcome and cared for. A special thank you to Pritha from Guest Relations, who went above and beyond to make my birthday feel incredibly special. Her thoughtful surprises and kind attention to detail made the whole experience so memorable. We are also so grateful to Nikhil, the W Insider, who was wonderfully attentive throughout our stay. He surprised us with a bottle of bubbles for my birthday and always checked in to make sure we were having a great time. His recommendations were excellent and helped us discover some amazing spots in and around the resort. Finally, Chef Nikhil truly elevated our experience. He created beautiful, personalized dishes based on what we enjoy and introduced us to incredible Indian flavors from Goa, Punjab, and the north. Every meal felt like a new discovery, and his warmth and passion for food made us feel genuinely cared for. W Goa is the perfect mix of relaxation, great energy, and outstanding hospitality. The food is fantastic, the views from the Rock Pool Bar at sunset are breathtaking, and the people make the experience unforgettable. Highly recommend this special place.

We stayed for 5 days at the W hotel. Overall we had a great time. The facilities were very good. The ambience and music in the common areas was great. Breakfast was very good and the waiters knew our orders after the first two days. The greatest part o the hotel was the personalised attention to detail. Nikhil the guest relations officer was great. He would organise our dinners and suggest fantastic venues to go out. He took a keen interest in facilitating and ensuring a smooth stay. Pritha the manager was amazing, she took time to get to know us and looked after us very well. Sanjay at the bar was very friendly and always served us with a smile. Overall a great stay and I would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience at restaurant. The dishes were well-prepared and served promptly, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, the service was outstanding. I would especially like to commend Manager Manglesh, along with Nancy and Tushar. They were attentive, courteous, and ensured our comfort throughout the visit. Thank you, Chef Gurudas, for the delicious local food. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

Last evening at W Goa felt genuinely special, and a huge reason for that was DJ Reina behind the console. There’s something incredibly calming yet electrifying about the way she plays, like she understands exactly what the moment needs. As the sun began dipping into the ocean, she shaped the entire vibe with effortless grace. Her music didn’t just fill the space… it connected people. You could see it on everyone’s faces, the soft smiles, the relaxed shoulders, the feeling of “this is exactly where I’m meant to be.” Thanks, Manpreet AKA DJ Reina ✨💕

Dined at Sylvia - Spice Traders Sansuly was our server & Rohan at the bar. Really liked Rohan's Picante, real Aachari twist!! The food as usual was great with incredible view. It was my daughter's first birthday, so it was all the more special. Thank You for the hospitality!! :)
