We had an amazing stay at the W Punta Cana and will absolutely be back next year. The resort itself is stunning, modern, beautiful, and immaculately maintained. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special shoutout to Joselo at the Wet Deck, who was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made our experience even better. Service like his is what sets this resort apart. Another huge plus was the drinks. Unlike many all inclusive resorts, the cocktails were made well and definitely were not watered down, which was a pleasant surprise. The only minor downside was dinner. While it was not bad, it was a bit underwhelming compared to the rest of the experience. Breakfast and lunch were very good, though the food can become a little repetitive over a longer stay, especially if you are a picky eater. Overall, this was a fantastic vacation. Beautiful property, outstanding service, great drinks, and an atmosphere that is hard to beat. 10/10. Highly recommend and we already plan on returning next year.

My wife and I chose to go in October when it’s typically less crowded. We booked our stay when we boarded our flight so it was very last minute. When we arrived the W, as always, did not disappoint. The first impression was modern, elegant, clean and beautiful. Upon checkin we were greeted with a delicious beverage, I believe fresh mango juice and the staff was warm and inviting. The service was outstanding. We chose a swim up room and it was nice to be able to wake up and step outside our sliding door for a refreshing dip before breakfast. We chose the all inclusive package which was perfect for how we wanted to spend our time. We ordered room service quite a bit but the restaurants were very good as well. Luisa was amazing as it was my wife’s birthday and she took the time to make her feel special with bottle service and a cake. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will absolutely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at the W Punta Cana. The resort is beautiful, the facilities are immaculate, and the overall experience felt truly luxurious. Our room was spacious, gorgeous, and extremely comfortable—we looked forward to coming back to it every day. The food was very good, and both the pool and beach were stunning. A special thank you to Rafael, our pool waiter, who made our days by the pool even better. He was always friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that we were having a great time. The only disappointment was the mixed drinks, which often tasted watered down, even when we asked for premium liquor. I ended up sticking to bottled beer, and luckily they had Corona and Heineken available. Overall, we had an amazing vacation and would happily return. The exceptional service, beautiful property, and relaxing atmosphere made for a memorable stay.

We spent 9 days at W Punta Cana celebrating our anniversary, and this trip was truly everything we hoped it would be and more. We live quite far away, so I did a lot of research before choosing a resort. I wanted to make sure we picked somewhere special for such an important trip, and I can confidently say W Punta Cana did not disappoint! From the moment we arrived, we felt taken care of. The staff immediately handled our luggage and guided us to check-in, where we were welcomed with a drink. Everyone at check-in was incredibly warm and welcoming, and when they learned we were celebrating our anniversary, we were surprised with a room upgrade. When I tell you my mouth dropped when we walked into our room! It was so spacious, spotless, and had everything we could possibly need. And the view… WOW. The most gorgeous, stunning ocean view, plus an outdoor shower! We just stood there amazed. It was the perfect way to start our anniversary trip. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds, landscaping, and architecture are stunning, and there is so much to do throughout the day. You basically just have to decide where you want to be! There were live shows, bingo nights, food tastings, clay pot making, painting, games, aqua fit, and so many other activities. We actually came home with an extra carry-on because of all the things we made and won during our stay! 😂 I have honestly never experienced anything like that at a resort before, and it made the trip so much more memorable. A huge shoutout to the entertainment team — Danny Boy, Mr. Happy, and Baby A! They worked so hard to keep everyone entertained and brought such great energy every single day. We had an absolute blast with them. Aqua fit was so much fun, the games were great, and beyond being fantastic entertainers, they were genuinely wonderful people to talk to. They definitely helped make our stay special. The pool drink service was probably the only area that could use a little improvement. There were times when we had to wait quite a while before being offered a drink, but it was a small thing compared with how wonderful the overall experience was. Dinner was another huge highlight for us. Taman and the Noodle Bar were our favorites! The food was delicious, and the dinner service was excellent. A very special shoutout to my girls Luisa and Darling — such lovely people with amazing customer service. I was genuinely excited whenever I saw them around the resort! One of the moments that meant the most to us happened when the team learned we were celebrating our anniversary while dining at one of our favorite restaurants. They surprised us with a specially made dessert and a bottle of bubbles, and members of the staff came over to congratulate us. We came on this trip wanting to feel special and celebrated, and they absolutely delivered. They didn’t miss! That sums up our experience at W Punta Cana. We felt welcomed, celebrated, entertained, and taken care of. Between the beautiful resort, incredible room and ocean view, delicious dinners, tons activities, and the wonderful people we met along the way, this was an anniversary trip we will never forget. Thank you to everyone we crossed paths with during our 9 days. You helped make this trip absolutely amazing and gave us memories we’ll be talking about for years.
