Beautiful place to stay. We felt very safe here. Our room was a high floor, strip view. The room was excellent! Very clean, Curtains, blinds, lights were electronically remote controlled. Shower was steaming hot, and also had a deep tub for a great bubble bath or soaking. Huge T.V., wet bar, snack bar, etc .. Also comes with all sorts or bath toiletries, a scale, and a pair of slippers. Robes are available for an extra price. This room had it all.

The spa service is terrible. I called to book a massage and wanted to add on a body scrub. The person that booked me said they didnt have a body scrub After the call I reviewed the list of services and saw they did have that service. Called back to change and they cant seem to do without having to call the number on record. An odd level of security for a spa appt. Their call back to me doesnt go thru so I have to call back and they have to escalate to mgmt for a change. Salah was polite but I felt she wanted to explain/talk about how she was helping me vs actually getting it done so took longer than it had to.. In the end it took about 30 min for what typ takes 5 min at the resorts/spas in scottsdale. V frustrating. I stayed at Wynn last feb for Nate Bargatze. The room was just OK, loc was good tho depends what u want to be near. The lobby bar, bartender, drinks were fab. Going back in Dec w another friend that wants to stay at the Wynn. Otherwise wasnt planning to repeat Wynn.

I was here for an event (like many!) and it was a great experience. The meeting rooms were well appointed and the service very good. I ate in the restaurant in the Tower Suites a few times and, ignoring the Vegas pricing taxes, the experience was good. Tasty food, not over seasoned and friendly service. The Wynn is a good choice.

The Wynn is proof in life that "You get what you pay for." It is hands-down the best hotel and casino in Las Vegas. None come close to the attention to detail of every aspect. The rooms are always very clean and well-maintained. Services from every employee are friendly and professional. Restaurants are excellent and the gaming is top-notch as far as selection, etc. All one needs to do is to stay there a few nights. Then casually go to a few other casinos and see how run down they all are and how everything looks old and broken and stinks, etc. The Wynn is a well-oiled machine in every aspect. Maintenance is a full-time job and nothing is every dirty or broken. Every encounter I have with the staff there is friendly and professional. I regularly talk with staff and am always surprised how many have been there since it opened over 20 years ago. Their comp system rewards loyalty and if you make them a part of your stay in Vegas, they will reward you well with free rooms and credits.
