This is my second time staying at this hotel, and once again I am very impressed with the quality of service provided by all departments. Everyone does their job professionally and with great care. I would especially like to mention the lifeguard, Furkan. His attentiveness, professionalism, and dedication to guest safety truly stood out. While spending time on the beach, I felt completely safe knowing he was always alert and carefully monitoring the area. A big thank you to Furkan for his outstanding work and commitment. Team members like him make a real difference and contribute greatly to a wonderful holiday experience.

Hands done one of the best hotels I ever stayed at. The pools are really really nice and beginning of June at a very nice temperature, not cold at all. There is food everywhere in the hotel from the snack bar, beach restaurant, Gözleme tent, the buffet restaurant, they all offer great food. The kids loved the large selection of ice cream, waffles etc. The animation team is so much fun and the shows in the evening are great too. Loved the teen party where the kids could try out all these games for free, street fighter, VR (could have been a little longer), drone flying etc. The climbing park is great and also free of charge which is great. I would like to thank Murat Aksoy from the snack bar for always making the best hot chili passion drink and the shirley temple for my kids. Always friendly and fast service! And also Ysmet Ilnez from the pool bar for giving us drinks till the very end. Also very friendly service. The football gras field is great to play. Love that all the playgrounds are in the shade. The whole hotel / garden is kept amazing. The only thing I don't like is the plastic cups when you take something out of the bar, there the hotel could change to reusable cups. But otherwise I can 10000% recommend the hotel!

We’ve had a great stay here so far, the entertainment, food and activities are fantastic especially for children. There is so much to do, and the cleanliness is great too. A shout out to Willy Wonka who looks after every guest and gives positive vibes every day! We would definitely recommend, especially for the price. The evening shows are brilliant, especially Alice in wonderland and Amazonica, and the bands are great too.

We came over to Xanadu for a much needed break for my two sons and I. We were taken back by the resorts facilities from beginning to end. The room was very comfortable with air conditioning and drinks restocked every morning in the fridge. The entertainment team were fantastic looking after the kids with daily activities. The boys loved “Willy wonka” the professional darts player who hosted darts games, bingo, ring toss and always keeping the boys happy. Great guy ! Also a highlight was a daily game of football at dedicated football pitch. The amphitheatre was wonderful with a show on every evening at 9.30pm - we personally enjoyed the ghost show and glimmer of stars. The staff are very good, taking care to make sure you are well looked after the whole holiday with providing drinks and snacks. The restaurants are amazing and the food is the best I’ve had at a hotel ! Great variety and even the kids were very happy.

What a great time we had here. First time in Turkey and we picked the best hotel. The food was top notch we enjoyed the buffet and had a couple of nights at the themed restaurants. The entertainment team was brilliant especially Willy Wonka who made our holiday. The bar service was fantastic great drinks cocktails and always quick service. The evening shows where great. Very sorry to leave and the kids want to come back
