We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, huge breakfast buffet, lovely facilities (gym/sauna/mini golf etc), hotel is modern, staff were very friendly. We arrived after mid night and the hotel had a beautiful buffet left for us with wine! This was really appreciated after a long day of travelling. The staff also made a special effort for our daughters birthday which made her day ! The only downsides were the pools were quite cold and food at lunch/dinner was ok.

Great resort for families with younger kids! Exceptional staff, extremely clean, well appointed rooms, and great pools/playgrounds/entertainment for kids. Only feedback is that the rooms are a little hard to fit both adults and kids, as the bathrooms don't have doors and open to the living room (so if someone is sleeping in the living room it's hard to go to the bathroom without waking them. Highly recommend investing in the 2 bedroom suite if you have 2 kids. Do not come here without kids under age ~12. It's a kid focused resort, and adults (or adults/teenagers) could find better spots.

We spent a family holiday here this August. The hotel is a the rare mix of somewhere that feels as though you are staying with friends, with all the benefits of a first class resort. The staff are incredibly attentive, making the experience luxurious and deeply relaxing. The facilities are fabulous and we felt very comfortable letting our 9yr old explore the exciting range of pools which are all attended by lifeguards. Highly recommend.

Definitely would not class this as a 5 star hotel. Maybe 3 or 4 max. Food is revolting and always served cold at the à la carte restaurant. Came out within 3 minutes of ordering so had obviously been cooked a while prior and left sitting. Also booked a room with a hot tub, paid extortionate amounts to be told they are all down for maintenance Is very kid friendly, good pool choices

Returned from a fantastic trip to this hotel. Third holiday here and it seems to be getting better every year. It’s not cheap but we feel it’s definitely worth the extra money. A particular thanks to the kids entertainment team. My son has Down Syndrome and they were absolutely amazing with him and my other 2 kids. Hotel is definitely suited to families and in particular younger kids. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
