Our stay at Zafiro Palace Andratx was exceptional from start to finish. The hotel was immaculate throughout, with every area maintained to the highest standard. What truly made the experience memorable was the people. Every member of the team we encountered consistently delivered first class customer service. From the warm welcome and efficient check in process to the attentive service across the restaurants, bars, pool areas, housekeeping, concierge, and reception teams, the professionalism and genuine friendliness of the staff were outstanding. A special mention must go to the breakfast team and the quality of the buffet offering. The food was excellent every morning, with one of the best selections we have experienced in any hotel. The variety, freshness and quality of the food were superb, ensuring there was something for everyone. The restaurant team were always welcoming, polite, attentive and incredibly helpful, helping each day start in the best possible way. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and the team's attention to detail helped create a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. The combination of a beautiful hotel, outstanding facilities, exceptional food and superb service made for a fantastic holiday. The pool facilities at Zafiro Palace Andratx were outstanding and provided something for every type of guest. During our stay, we mainly used the Adults Only Pool and the Club Pool, both of which were excellent. The cleanliness of the pool areas was impeccable throughout our holiday, with the facilities and surrounding areas always presented to an exceptionally high standard. Despite being popular areas of the hotel, they never felt overcrowded and were always relaxing and enjoyable places to spend the day. The service around both pools was also first class. The team were consistently friendly, attentive and professional, ensuring guests were well looked after without ever being intrusive. Whether ordering food and drinks or simply seeking assistance, the staff were always happy to help and delivered service with a smile. The combination of beautiful pool areas, immaculate surroundings, comfortable facilities and exceptional service made our poolside experience one of the highlights of our stay. Thank you to everyone at Zafiro Palace Andratx for making our stay so special. We had an amazing time and would not hesitate to recommend the hotel to others. We look forward to returning in the future.

All in all, it’s a great hotel. Unfortunately, we could only give the service 3 stars because the quality varied greatly. At check-in, we received 5-star service. The staff went out of their way to upgrade our three rooms to sea-view rooms, which was exceptionally kind. At breakfast, the service was a bit lacking. Dirty crockery was rarely cleared away, and no new cutlery was provided. It was okay, but unfortunately not very good service. The breakfast, however, was very good. In particular, the very nice and friendly member of staff at the omelette station was great and put us in a good mood first thing in the morning! Unfortunately, when we visited the bar in the evening, we experienced very poor service and, sadly, the cocktails and drinks weren’t good either - we even had to turn one drink away. On two evenings, we were asked to pay 30 minutes before the bar closed, and when we were there in the afternoon, nobody came over to take another order. We eventually went up to the front to pay and didn’t order a second drink. We also found the hotel’s location to be a bit of a mixed bag. You get a lovely view from the top, but you need a hire car to get anywhere, and the small beach in the bay below isn’t very nice, unfortunately. The hotel complex itself is great, though – modern, very, very clean, and the room cleaning service is excellent. However, a bit better signage wouldn't go amiss, as the complex has a lot of twists and turns It would be great if they could improve the service in the bar and the quality of the food in the room service (the burger was unfortunately cold) to round off the experience there. We’d still be happy to come back, as the overall experience was still just right for us!

Beautiful hotel with great service and very helpful staff (they recommended us very nice beaches), it's the perfect place for a family or couple vacation with the beach nearby and many pools and infrastructures on site. The room was very nice with a pool and a great view. We had an amazing time with our toddler, it wasn't easy to find a kids friendly hotel on the island, she loved the playground and the kids club. We are looking forward to try the other hotels of the Zafiro chain.

Great hotel with friendly staff. A few minor things that stopped me giving a 5 star rating.... Cold food on the buffet and cold plates at breakfast and dinner. Booked a double room but had a twin with 2 single beds pushed together. Otherwise, excellent.

Beautiful location the staff are fantastic all go above and beyond. The rooms and all the extra touches like towels and beach bags all add to the luxury of this hotel. Not fighting for a sun loungers here, and the food huts and waiter service around the pool is sublime. Upgrade to all inclusive because the food here is excellent something for everyone. Can't wait to come back next year.
