⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Absolutely Wonderful Stay! Everything was perfect from start to finish! The hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, making us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. A special thank you to the housekeeping team, who did an outstanding job. Our room was always spotless, beautifully maintained, and cleaned with great attention to detail. Their hard work truly deserves special recognition! The food was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and excellent quality. Every meal was a pleasure, and we always looked forward to dining. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and couldn’t have asked for more. A huge thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Our mini-moon stay was absolutely perfect and the ideal way to relax after our wedding celebrations. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel had plenty of comfortable loungers, so there was never any need to rush out and reserve a spot by the pool. The atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious, making it easy to switch off and unwind. The food was exceptional throughout our stay, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. The cocktails were equally impressive and quickly became a daily treat while soaking up the sunshine. We stayed in a Junior Suite, which was beautiful, spacious and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed and felt like a real upgrade that made our honeymoon experience even more special. A wonderful stay from start to finish, and somewhere we'd happily return to in the future. If you're looking for the perfect place to relax after a wedding or special occasion, we couldn't recommend it highly enough. ☀️🍹❤️

What a lovely hotel! Situated on a mountain and about 30 mins drive from the airport. Views are spectacular! Bus stop is a 7 min max walk from the hotel entrance so commuting is easy, however if you find walking uphill difficult then this hotel isn't for you. Food was of excellent quality and a great range. Service overall was good but in the main buffet resturant there were two outperformers named Salman Khan and Adnan Arif. Both these gentlemen provided a top class service and nothing was too much for them they went above and beyond. Both are top class assets to the Zafiro team. Also would like to mention the young lady on guest relations, did not quite get her name it was something like Fiorentina. She provided valuable information and anywhere she saw us she came over for a chat..makes all the difference to our stay so thank you! The rooms and hotel was very clean I couldn't find a fault in cleanliness. The director Sergio was also brilliant and ensured our stay was as good as can be. Top man! Where can they improve? If I had to be really fussy I would say open the market resturant for lunch. Apart from that probably one of the best hotels ive stayed at overall. Thank you guys, I will be back! As soon as we arrived- the staff were very hospitable and welcoming. Check in was easy and we were sat down and the hotel surroundings were explained well to us. Assistance with luggage and showing us to our room was great. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent and prompt. Quality of food was excellent- all restaurants were great and there was plentiful amounts. We enjoyed the experience of trying different cuisines. All the staff were efficient and kind- especially Adnan Arif . Overall, no faults, i would be happy to recommend to anyone and will definitely return.

We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. We were celebrating our anniversary and were kindly upgraded to a room with a private pool, which made our trip extra special. The hotel is huge, with several beautiful pools and always plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean, the food was great, and the cocktails were excellent. The views are absolutely stunning, and overall we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended!
