We had an amazing stay and would definitely come back. We were celebrating our anniversary and were kindly upgraded to a room with a private pool, which made our trip extra special. The hotel is huge, with several beautiful pools and always plenty of space to relax. Everything was very clean, the food was great, and the cocktails were excellent. One of the biggest surprises for us was how many families with young children were staying at the hotel. As parents ourselves, this made us feel very comfortable and welcome. The hotel is extremely family-friendly, with great facilities and a relaxed environment for both adults and children. The cleanliness throughout the entire resort was outstanding. Our room was spotless every day, and the pool areas, restaurants, and common spaces were always exceptionally clean and well maintained. Impulsive booking after seeing the backdrop of the hotel on a GMB Competition launch and frankly view this hotel as one of the best that I have visited. Wonderful experience from the moment we arrived, provided with excellent service by Ailena at Reception who accommodated an upgrade request. Room excellent, well maintained and with beautiful views. Initially B&B at a buffet of wonderful choice and built rapport with David who served us most days. After exploring the excellent dining options in Camp de Mar then Belena, who was excellent throughout, managed an upgrade to Half Board for our last three days. Having dined at Mare Nostrum on our Wedding Anniversary this allowed us to explore all the other restaurants, each providing a unique dining experience, with excellent service and 5* dining. Pedro as Concierge was approachable and facilitated dining options in Camp de Mar on our behalf. Thank you to all the Staff at Zafiro Palace Andratx for providing us a wonderful break and we will be back !
