I never write reviews, but I feel the need to make an exception. Paradisus Palma Real resort is a gorgeous property, our room was very clean and well kept. Our housekeeping in building 1 on the 3 floor was amazing. Yudelkis at Mina restaurant, Edison, Milton at the buffet and Luisa at the main pool made our trip so much better. They went beyond their duties in order to accommodate our needs. They made my family feel so special. I highly recommend this resort.

We have been coming to this resort for 18 years. This is our 6th time. They absolutely never disappoint and we are very picky and particular. We have dined at Blue Agave many times. And again. They never disappoint. My husband loves flan, and the waiter ran across the resort to get him flan from the other restaurant and brought it to him. My four boys have full bellies and we have happy hearts! Gabriel was a wonderful server. Aneka the host is lovely!

Love it here! We’ve only been here a few days so far and everyone’s been so friendly! Melbine from blue agave got us in without a reservation and hooked us up with another restaurant for the next night. So friendly. And wander served us at Minu and was also sweet and friendly! Our safe broke and they came and fixed it real quick. The bedroom was so clean and all the staff is just so sweet. The beach itself they actually clean it every morning so that keeps the seaweed down. We would love to come again!
