This was a very disappointing experience from the moment I arrived. I ended up canceling my reservation immediately and left the property because I did not feel comfortable staying there. The cancellation process took some time, but once it was completed, I left without checking in or using the hotel's facilities. The overall condition and atmosphere of the property did not meet my expectations, and the experience left a very negative impression. To make matters worse, I was later issued a parking citation even though I never stayed at the hotel and was only there long enough to process my cancellation. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this property. I hope the management takes steps to improve both the guest experience and the way situations like this are handled.

This is a great location near sea world. Dennys, Wendy’s, Walgreens and other restaurants are all in walking distance. The room was fine and comfortable. There was an ugly view of a construction site but it was fine since we were not in the room often. This is a 4 star review because the children’s splash pad was closed on check in day which is the main reason we booked. It was open the next day but my little girl was only able to enjoy it for a couple mins before checkout. It was Mother’s Day weekend and the front desk was kind enough to gift me a bouquet of flowers. Breakfast is available at the adjoining hotel, the element, for $10.99/adult and free for kids. Not the best breakfast but it was decent.

Had a great stay there. The rooms were clean-ish. I would say the floors had some hair strands down there but nothing else I noticed. The staff downstairs was amazing…very personable and welcoming! We went there for spring break mainly because they advertised a splash pad which we thought would be perfect for our toddlers but apparently it hasn’t been working in months.

I am a loyal Marriott guest and member and have consistently had positive experiences with Aloft properties which is why I want to share both the strengths and concerns from this stay at Aloft I-Drive. My family and I arrived at approximately 3:00 AM after significant travel delays with two toddlers. Rickys at the front desk provided exceptional service — he was empathetic, welcoming, and offered us a one hour late checkout given the circumstances, which we greatly appreciated and accepted. The following day, however, we received a noon call from Sara stating checkout time had passed and we would need to pay for another night. I explained the arrangement made at check-in, but she responded in a dismissive and rude manner, indicating Rickys could not “possibly” authorize that accommodation, implying that I was not being truthful. I even suggested that she call him but she just continued being rude and dismissive. Guests should not be placed in the middle of internal policy or communication discrepancies, particularly when an offer was made by hotel staff in good faith. The tone of the interaction was disappointing and inconsistent with Marriott’s usual hospitality standards. We requested to speak with a manager, and Rafael demonstrated exactly the level of professionalism I associate with the Marriott brand. He listened carefully, understood our perspective, and resolved the situation appropriately. His leadership, along with Ricky’s compassion, is the reason this rating is 4.5 stars rather than significantly lower. I remain a loyal Marriott guest, and I share this feedback constructively. Based on my experience — and similar comments noted in other reviews — additional customer service training or coaching for Sara may be beneficial to ensure consistency with Marriott’s service standards. Thanks again to Rafael and Rickys for saving the day and frankly, our experience.

I brought my family to Epic Orlando Park and the ladies at the Aloft by Marriott Orlando at SeaWorld literally put a smile on my face when we walked in from a long drive. As a Father those details make a HUGE DIFFERENCE, Thank You Ms. Kendwine and Ms. Devona you ladies make such a great team and my Family along with all the guest I’m sure appreciate it. The hotel is so nice too, love all the fun amenities for the kids and Big Kids lol. Thank you 🙏🏽 we will definitely come back :-)
