The modern design just isn’t for me. No place to put our suitcases, the corner “couch” was useless, no place to put things in the bathroom. We did not have hot water, and even though I let the front desk know, it didn’t get fixed. Water pressure was horrible (I think the shower head needed a good cleaning.) The facility was clean and inviting though. We didn’t spend any time in the lobby, but I noticed lots of games set out on the table.

As a long time Platinum member of Marriott hotels, I was truly shocked by just how terrible this hotel was. The room never had any hot water—just frigid to one side and cold to the other. Upon call g the desk I was met with complete disinterest and “yeah, well, we get that a lot.” After my cold shower, a left the room for the elevator where the wall opposite my room door was decorated with cockroaches which ran scurrying as I stepped into the hallway. I went down to the front desk to inform them about the roaches. They just said “thank you” and that management would call me for a resolution. That resolution came about 10 minutes later—a call to my cell phone, no hello, and just an abrupt “we will give you a snack from the market but you are prohibited from telling any other guests about seeing cockroaches, and if you tell anyone you will lose your Marriott status.” I asked if I was being threatened and the caller only said, “whatever, you just can’t tell anyone or it will be a problem.” I’ve been loyal to Marriott for years but this depth of how awful this property is was shocking. Update on checkout. They asked if I enjoyed my stay, despite all the issues. I said I didn’t and that bugs (both cockroaches and bedbugs), no hot water, unclean towels, and surly staff are all not conducive to me enjoying g anything. The person at the front desk simply said, “Well, I do want to remind you that contacting Marriott about any of the issues you had will only result in you losing your status.” Avoid.

A few reasons I truly would not recommend this place : -There are bed bugs and cockroaches in the rooms, we had to ask to change the room because it was horrible. -The staff is not helping nor nice at all, for example they charged my credit card ‘by mistake’ 650 USD and no one could tell me when I’ll have it back/ why it happened. I would ask 3 different people, I had 3 different answers. I still haven’t received it back. Everyone was cold and unfriendly for no reason. -The breakfast is horrible, we ended up eating elsewhere every morning although it was included in the price. Overall, absolutely does not match the price requested.

We had a tough day of travel, flights got cancelled.. bags lost. All we wanted was to lay our heads. Rickys checked us in and was a godsend, we appreciate his attention to our tough day, was very professional and helpful. Nebraska was very pleasant as well. 3stars for location, because there weren’t any real good views or scenery compared to our other hotels on our stay, but is in a quiet area with close access to kfc. Cool amenities as well. Will be staying here again next trip.

We booked several rooms for our family of 8 during Christmas vacation, and all of the rooms had 2 queen beds. The hotel gave our rooms away and instead left us rooms having only king beds. The front desk, being run by Sara and Ricky, said we could accept the 3 king beds for our party of 8 or leave. It was terrible. We have been loyal Marriott members for years and because of incident and the atrocious service we received from management and the front desk employees, we are rethinking our membership & loyalty.
