I have stayed here twice, for the cost and location it’s great value. Never had any issues at the hotel. The rooms are dated but a great size, plenty of storage and the air conditioning works well. I’ve stayed on the side facing I-Drive in block E, and this time facing the I-4 in block B. Facing the I-4 there is some traffic noise but managed to sleep fine, set the a/c to blow constantly which created white noise to dull down the vehicle noise. Staff were friendly and helpful. The free universal shuttles were convenient and was able to get a place each morning with no issues, also was able to get a late check out for $50 until 1, 2 or 3pm (midday for no charge). I would stay here again for a visit to Orlando as the value is so good, and at the end of the day it’s just a place to sleep. The pools were fairly quiet on this trip and I felt safe here. There is a bus stop just outside the hotel for the I-Ride trolley and other local buses. Icon park is 15 mins walk and The Pointe is just opposite but did not visit there this time.

I checked in today to stay for one night with my family for my birthday weekend. I went to the counter and checked in and went up to the room. When I got there I found that they gave me a room that was already occupied! There were other peoples belongings and the beds had already been slept in! They gave me access to someone else’s belongings. My son and I had to haul all of our bags back down to the car and go back around to the front. When I went back to the check in counter there was only one lady working while other workers wandered back in forth. I waited for 30 minutes while my family sat in the car waiting for the issue to be resolved. Finally, I get another room key and get to that room with all of our bags to find that the key didn’t work! I called and the manager came to open the door and did bring me another key but I feel like the least that they could have done would be offer an upgrade or a voucher for the restaurants down stairs. At this point the room should have been comped! I will never stay at this hotel again!

It's definitely a 3-4 dtar hotel. No luxury but very comfortable. I believe is a price worthy option. Its an old but very good option to be near internstional dr. If going to convention centre consider a 15-20 min walk of distance.

The room was supposed to be a suite but it’s genuinely the smallest “hotel” I’ve ever stayed at. There was bugs in the shower we had to take out. Not to mention the walls were so thin at this place I can hear everything, they even had construction come work on a downstairs room early in the morning and it woke us up. We didn’t have checkout until 11 and the housekeeping kept banging on our door at 8:00 am asking If we were sleeping?! Just a cheap motel bought by a big company to make look fancy but this place sucked wouldn’t stay here again. And they charge you $10 for parking a night. Thats no where stated on the reservation.

It's just so dark in the room, the rooms are very basic, bed, fridge, bathroom and tv.... Thats it. We had a coffee machine but don't drink coffee... No kettle... Noise from outside is loud as if they're was a window open... Its a very basic no thrill room... Ideal for only sleeping. Everything in the vacinityis 3 x the price, go in an uber and get cheaper stuff elsewhere. They were charging $5 for ceral that i $1 in other stores. If like me you have a wife don't bring her here as you'll spend 5x as much... They dont seem to care. Lol
