Wee stayed here for 5 nights for the runDisney event. While the overall experience was positive. we had a bit of a struggle with the morning noise. Every single morning the maintenance staff seemed to be working right outside our door. whether it was pressure washing the floors, using leaf blowers, repairing pipes, or knocking to deliver towels. ​I completely understand that they have a job to do but it would have been much better if these tasks were scheduled for later in the day like around noon. ​If you prefer a quiet morning. I highly recommend requesting a room on a higher floor. The building shown in the photo seems like it would be much more peaceful. ​Aside from the noise. everything else including the price, the location, and the front desk staff was excellent. They really do a great job!

Great family friendly hotel with great rates! Rooms are clean and the have a restaurant / bar that actually serves really good food. Happy hour every day from 5-7 with bogo wine and beer. Parking is good and they have shuttles to parks. Will definitely stay here aga3

Myself and my family have been coming back to the Rosen Inn for over 30 years in all its iterations as the Comfort Inn, Clarion Inn and the Rosen Inn LBV. The reason we keep coming back is both for nostalgia from when we originally visited on a few occasions in the 1990’s (unfortunately now without my mother), and also because of the amazing location and excellent staff who feel more like an extended part of the family. The breakfast is still the same as 36 years ago and it’s little things like that that really add to the nostalgia. Special mention goes to Jill Osborne who has been showing amazing service to us for more than 36 years and clearly loves her job. She is an amazing credit to the company and part of the reason we all keep coming back. I have visited this hotel many times (well into the double figures) from the UK and would never recommend another hotel to anyone. Thank you for always making us feel welcome.

We stayed at this hotel a week ago for just one night, and I can honestly say I will not stay there again. I would rather pay twice as much to find a better place. To start, my wife was the one handling the check-in, but when I arrived, they told me that she needed to be there in person to pick up the room key. I explained that my wife was waiting in the car with our toddlers. I presented them with the confirmation number, but they still didn't believe it was valid. I spoke to the manager, but there was no way to resolve the issue. This was obviously very disturbing, as I provided the confirmation number and everything was confirmed. Additionally, I found the rooms to be subpar, and I didn't feel safe during my stay. For the amount of money we paid, I would have preferred to pay double or triple to stay at a better hotel. We checked in late and were exhausted from a day at the park. Initially, we planned to drive to another location, but the entire family was too tired, so we reluctantly stayed at this hotel. A hotel is supposed to facilitate easy check-in and check-out, but this experience was far from that. The rooms should be better, and unfortunately, there aren't many good dining options nearby. The food at the small lobby café was not great either. The only positive aspect of this hotel is its location, which is close to parks and other attractions. Overall, I will not use this hotel again. This is my personal review, and anyone who reads it is welcome to draw their own conclusions.

Location is great but the Hotel room was interesting. Ripped carpet, huge gap between the floor and the door. Pillows are half the size of a normal hotel pillow. Bathroom floor was filthy. We were also on “lake side” which sucked because it’s right by the highway and the windows in the room are THIN. The buffet was expensive for average hotel food. Our 3 year old was free to eat since he was 5 and under. The whole reason we booked here on our trip was for the splash pad. But it was closed.
