Great Hotel in a great location just 5 mins from Disney Springs. Hotel is part way through an upgrade to the rooms (needed) but is always clean & secure with lots of security patrolling all the time. The grounds are superb & very well maintained. Housekeeping could be improved but overall a very good Hotel.

We stayed here for two weeks 2-17th of June and it was great , great location for the parks , shops close by , pool area great everything you need either right at the hotel or not far away in a shop! everyone was so friendly and welcoming especially our server at breakfast Jill what a lovely lady who was so kind to us all she had so much time for my 5yr old daughter and my baby (thanks for all the oranges!) enjoyed listening to her stories every morning she is a credit to your hotel. We will be back!! Hopefully in the next few years. Thanks so much for a lovely stay we won’t forget. Lauren , Judd , Scarlett and Emily Xxxx

We stayed recently in mid-to late June. The staff is super friendly and so helpful! They were able to help with early check in. The room however was not the best but I figured for the price we couldn’t beat it. The drawers in the room have obviously not been cleaned and were dirty. The first two days we did see some baby roaches. The pool area was nice! However my child did fall in the splash pad, and managed to get a staph infection from that fall in the splash pad. Anywho would I stay here again? Probably not.

Great location close to attractions. Beds are comfy and the rooms are clean. Bonus are the pools which this time of year is a welcome treat with scorching weather. The grounds are impressive with beautiful plants. This place is well taken care of and it is peaceful and quiet.

The room was nice. View wasnt amazing but it also wasnt bad. We could hear alot of traffic noice out of our room, but it wasnt really THAT bad. There were alot amenities and the breakfast was amazing. The pool was nice and clean. I really recommend going here if you’re staying in a hotel in orlando
