Charging for parking is over the top, to then be told there not responsible for any damage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of restaurants on location and around the area If you wanted to walk. (5⭐️) Rooms are decent, nice size tv and all the accessories you need. Towels are small, unless you are 5 foot tall..lol But I would definitely stay again. Next time, I'll try the breakfast buffet and the bar area that's available for the nightlife. Not really a bad place to stay.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel was extremely unclean, and every corridor smelled heavily of weed from morning until night. It felt more like a run-down hostel than a proper hotel. The room itself was in terrible condition. There was visible mould in the room, the air conditioning barely worked, and the whole place felt damp, dirty, and unhealthy. The smell in the room was awful, and it was not somewhere you could comfortably relax or sleep. The atmosphere around the hotel was very uncomfortable. People in the lifts and hallways were staring us up and down, which made us feel uneasy, especially as two females travelling alone. The staff were also very rude and dismissive whenever we raised concerns. We also had to pay an extra $10 a day for parking, which was disappointing considering the poor quality and condition of the hotel. We paid for bed and breakfast, yet when we went for breakfast we were told we could only have toast and coffee, which was ridiculous considering what we had paid for. The condition of the hotel became so bad that we ended up leaving and booking another hotel because we did not feel comfortable or safe staying there any longer. No guest should have to pay twice for accommodation because a hotel is not fit to stay in. I would strongly advise families, women travelling alone, or anyone expecting a clean and safe hotel to avoid this place completely. I definitely would not bring children here, as the environment did not feel safe, clean, or appropriate for kids

We stay here 3 times per year and love it. Rooms are great, very comfortable. All staff are very friendly, including the pool towel guys, cleaners, security guys. Great location. It's a shame the buffet restaurant has now closed on an evening.

I had such a wonderful experience with the gals at the front desk. They let us keep our luggage in the storage and get into it whenever we needed in between going to and from before we could check in. They did let us check in early as well. Great rooms, quiet, smelled good, easy access. If we ever return to Orlando, I will be booking this hotel again.

Broken bathtub & dirty rooms. ————————- Stayed here for 5 nights. Prices were affordable but they do charge for parking & breakfast, so bear that in mind. First room was a little dirty (coffee stains in the bathroom & someone’s hair on the mattress bag). That would’ve been acceptable except for the broken bathtub. The whole thing was no longer secured to the ground, and flexed if you tried to stand in it. Went to the front desk, and they sent an engineer to confirm the issue but could not fix the tub nor provide another room (fully booked that night). Had to go without a shower for that day. Next day we returned to the front desk, and they told us we’d have to check our bags at the lobby until that night when they’d be able to give us a new room. New room was (thankfully) fully habitable, but did have silverfish. At this point I was just done, though, so we stayed. We did get a single breakfast pass “for our inconvenience” but if I’m honest that seems a bit cheap for selling an incomplete room. ——————- Adding one star for Sasha, who was extremely kind to us during that annoying night.
