Location is mid, beds are terribly uncomfortable as they felt like I had springs in my back. They didn’t offer breakfast for my 7 day stay. Also they have the hidden resort fee ONTOP OF PARKING fee. And it was freezing. We didn’t even use the “resort” because it was 40-50s outside. So really it was a crappy motel style bed to stay in for the week for $600 when i planned on paying $250. The ONLY thing we liked was the pillows and my kids enjoyed the bunk beds. Picture of the room set up. Also the bathroom doesn’t have a fan: which was weird. And the water in the room is 6.50 each so DONT open the water lol. We used USAA perks to book our stay which included “ALL FEES INCLUDED” which was a lie.

Don’t believe any negative reviews about this place please, I almost let the reviews stop me from coming after I booked. This experience was amazing, my kids didn’t want to leave. Water was clean, staff were AMAZING, convenience 10/10, rooms were nice even when they weren’t remodeled. Also, purchase the breakfast voucher, it is absolutely worth it. The food is awesome and not some continental breakfast!! My only reason for not doing 5/5 is the welcome package that they offer sounds amazing while youre there, but what they don’t tell you in their whole schpeal is that it’s to get you to purchase a time share!! We asked what the catch was several times, you need to pay a $100 deposit, get to the tour 15 min early, the tour is 90 minutes, BUT doesnt start til your guide gets to your which can take hours. Don’t take the welcome package is my only advice unless you want to purchase a timeshare!

Just don’t do it!! My husband and I took our children to Orlando this past weekend. If I could rate this resort it would be in the negative numbers. At check in the lady told my 8 yr old when the waterpark opened. The water park was not open Sunday-Wednesday when we were there. He was devastated! If the waterpark was not in operation this location would not have made the cut. The rooms are very outdated. Rust on all stationary furniture. My son opened up a clean towel to use it and there was a hairball attached to it! The breakfast for $20 per adult is a hot continental breakfast you get for free at a normal hotel. The shower had no water pressure. We were put on the bottom floor. The guests above us were running around or bouncing a ball at all hours of the night making it impossible to sleep. These vacations are already expensive enough, so when I am charged a resort fee upon check in I expect that level of stay. Sadly, the amenities advertisement for this hotel is very inaccurate.

Stayed here with my wife and kids this week and found the reviews to be helpful while shopping around so I figured I would leave my own now that we're home. We stayed in building 6, room 206. The rooms are decently sized but there was an unbelievably high level of moisture in our room. My kids colouring sheets remained damp the entire week, as well as some of our clothes. "Daily housekeeping service" was nonexistent. Our garbages remained full the entire week. While we requested to not be disturbed on the 2nd day of our stay, nothing was done day 3 and when my wife spoke to the front desk tho clarify the daily light housekeeping vs full service, we still had to go down to request towels (twice) after the call. Although there was a language barrier between us and the housekeeping staff (Spanish) they were all still very sweet and helpful, but regardless, we still didn't get the full service as requested that day. We intentionally planned a day outside of the resort but came back to a still uncleaned room. It seems like they've done a good job on the partial renovations to the rooms outside of building 6 and the lobby, but could certainly benefit from a full renovation. The location is perfect and they offer great amenities for the kids (seriously, kids will love it) so why not spend a little more time and money making it something guests want to continue to come back to. Overall- just OK. 3/5 stars

I was happy with my stay at the hotel. The staff were very obliging at check-in, during the stay, and Alex was also very helpful during check-out. The pool facilities are nice and the location to restaurants, the conference centre and theme parks is good too, within a short taxi ride. The hotel does offer a free shuttle to the theme parks. I stayed here for business purposes but I would imagine a lot of families stay here for the theme park experience.
